I understand what your trying to do, but this article basically gives any C.I.R.C.L.E. member to break Canon in any way they please, because the entire universe would be alternate. I suggest that your rephrase the article to simply change the Toa count in this time period. Again, if I am not mistaken, we have already moved away from the Canon Universe. We agreed in a previous article that a handful of Makuta were not killed by either Makuta Teridax or the Order of Mata Nui; they went into hiding in the Zone of Darkness, if I recall. So we already are differing from the Canon Universe, even though Greg Farshty has stated that all Makuta but Teridax were killed.

If I am not mistaken, there is no stated census in the official Canon storyline of how many Toa there are currently in the Matoran Universe. That number has NOT been stated in any book, serial, or fan-created story that has been made official Canon; Greg Farshty has said to BZPower that 57 is the number of Toa, however not everyone knows that unless they have read it in a BZPower topic or on Biosector01. The only reason I suggested the article is because I was concerned that we have surpassed that limit without thought of it. Therefore, this article is not a way to weasel out of this "census"; I just wanted to save people the trouble of possibly re-writing their epics.

I have made a decision for Article 189 and have voted 'Nay.'

Oh yes, very true... It's nice to see something.... different, I guess is the right word. It's a blend of both the Piraka animations and the GCI scenes from '08, which I like.

Aye to Article 196. I would like an example of what's in between 'Great' and 'Legendary,' but it isn't necessary. Aye to Article 197. Although "Deziin" sounds better to me, I am fine with the original spelling. Aye to Article 198. I see no problem with this article. Aye to Article 199. I see no problem with this article and I like the concept for what it is used for. I actually would like to use this in my epic. Aye to Article 200. I see no problem with this article. Aye to Article 201. I see no problem with this article. EDIT: Aye to Article 202. Thanks for straightening it out, Ausar and Cap'n. EDIT: Aye to Article 203. I don't see any reason to oppose this now.

The only reason I proposed the article is because I was certain that there would be members that would wish to keep (some of) their Toa alive if they wish to write their epic(s) during the time of Teridax's Reign. Just to throw this out, GregF is the one that gave the current amount of Toa in the Matoran Universe, unlike the Makuta census which was told to us by an Order member. The prologue of my epic, Withering Soul, explains why he's making it. =) Okay, thanks. I'll try to carve out time to read and review your epic.

I have changed my vote for Article 186 from 'Nay' to 'Aye.'

Which Rahkshi do you want? I have at least doubles of all of them, so I'm willing to sell you one.

Nay to Article 184. If I'm understanding this correctly, then it seems best to use the Mask of Possibilities, since it's along the same lines and is already Canon. Aye to Article 185. I like it. Metroid, anyone? EDIT: Aye to Article 186. I now have no problem with this article. Aye to Article 187. It seems fine to me. Nay to Article 188. I think that the user won't be able to fight because they need to concentrate on the copy. EDIT: Nay to Article 189. As other people have said, it is a bit too similar to the Kanohi Faxon. Nay to Article 190. It seems a bit too powerful, especially if it can deflect mental attacks. Nay to Article 191. It seems a bit too powerful. Aye to Article 192. I see no problem with it. Aye to Article 193. I see no problem with it. Aye to Article 194. However, I think that it should not be able to effect beings, as one could use a Shelek. If that part were added in, it would be perfectly fine with me, but I'll vote aye. Nay to Article 195. It seems too powerful to me.

Aye to Article 177. Hmmm... That "short period of time" escaped my eyes when I was asked if it sounded right... No, I don't mean that it's only for a short time: I mean the whole time. Sorry about the confusion. I mean that the count of 57 Toa in the universe not apply to our universe, since we would be waaay over the limit. If I could trouble you to change that, Ausar, I would appreciate it. EDIT: Aye to Article 178. I now ahve no problem with this article. Aye to Article 179. I see no problem with it, but I'm afriad I can't picture him making that species of Rahi. Aye to Article 180. I see no problem with it. Aye to Article 181. I see no problem with it. Aye to Article 182. I see no problem with it. Aye to Article 183. I see no problem with it, and it settles the matter on what species Lariska is (for us).

I think this is the first year I have used a Makuta for a main character, and I haven't even used him to fight anyone aside from killing a few CPUs that were no one's. I have a little plot going on with three of my characters, and hopefully it will take off this upcoming year, but I have to start the engines first. I don't think that anyone else has a Makuta like mine, but that's not for me to decide.

Sorry, I'm afraid I'll have to drop out. I have had no time to work on anything big. However, I will build what would have been my entry sometime and perhaps bring it to Bricks by the Bay.
