By u'nnecessary detailing' I meant me texturing the terrain. Though, I am sure in some plsces such detailing is necessary. Such as the ares where the Battle of Bara Magna took place. Land roughed up, brought up, impacted down, cratored, ect. It also allows me to shape an area to falls off in a larger stepped decline, like perhaps the Lake Lands are much lower down than the northern continental plate which Neala rests on, be it though that it would be gradual in some places and steeper...

Yeah the flat stone cliffs were nice, missed seeing rocky cliff sides. I am in Illinois now. Apparently my birthday will be celebrated in Chicago.

Don't eat 'em often but they're A+ tucker. Wouldn't count myself an enthusiast though - my consumption is far too infrequent.

Why Ointments?!

They're both classics so I'm feeling very...scared. After watching the trailer: Ben-Hur's remake looks OK - not a patch on the original and Lew Wallace's novel though - and the Magnificent Seven remake left me feeling like a cow that's just realised that the green pasture it strolled into actually belongs to an abattoir.

My main fear about Ben-Hur is that everything will be all CG-ed up. In the first two Ben-Hur movies, they built giant coliseums in the desert, and here they'll probably just build some dinky little 10-foot-long stand and CG the rest, which is something I dislike in movies. AND all of the religion in Ben-Hur will most likely be gutted.

Dallior, I've got some good news. Apparently, they actually built the coliseum and real chariots for the race sequence, and are using minimal CGI in that part. I've also heard it's not wholly a remake - they're going back and going over extra material from Lew Wallace's novel. This may mean that the religion won't be as gutted as we fear.

Mine is one I've had since birth, a little polar bear. Later, I also got a woolly mammoth and a koala. I still remember when I stained the mammoth by cracking open a glowstick and pouring the liquids on it, hoping to make the little guy glow.
