  3. Lawn darts are illegal in Canada, and are illegal to sell in the U.S.In Texas,A law requires criminals to give their victims 24 hours notice, either orally or in writing, and to explain the nature of the crime to be committed.(note:although I myself am from Texas, I did not know this until I first read it.)Not all people from Texas like chili and/or other spicy foods. (personal experience,as I'm from Texas)
  4. I apologize for not replying sooner. I am a professionally diagnosed aspie. Good to see this topic back. I'm just suprised the Mods haven't gotten involved yet. So, who else here finds science fiction extemelely fascinating?

  7. Last night, my team, the Dallas Cowboys beat the former rivals the St. Louis Rams 34-7! that's 27 points! After a 2-game losing streak, the Cowboys beat the Rams by 27 points! Now, the Rams, I know haven't won a game all season, but 27 points is a lot!Next week, we take on the rival Eagles. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!*suddenly cut off by a picture of a Toa Mata Nui set writing something on a piece of paper, then holding it up so the words "The end" are visible.*
  8. Can you please un-capitalize the t and p in my name on the list of those who have voted for Kahi? thanks!

  10. This new layout is quite fascinating. However, some of its complexities are most illogical. Spock spoofing aside, this is a cool new layout.
  11. More Barbeque Sauce is consumed per capita in St. Louis than in any other city in the U.S.
  12. Today was an early release day kicking off a 4 1/2 day weekend! No school tomorrow, or Monday! I can stay up without fear of it interfering directly with my schoolwork!
  13. Does anyone know when the next BBC contest is? I'm really anxious. thanks,
  14. As a Rangers fan, I feel your pain, but at least you don't live in St. Louis. Say what you want about the amount of support for the Rams, but most people I've met here are very proud of the Cardinals.

  16. This is the review topic for my latest epic,The Legend of Omorynot. please read the story before posting here.http://www.bzpower.com/board/index.php?showtopic=861-the story itself.please reply!
  17. THE LEGEND OF OMORYNOTPROLOGUEImagine, if you will, a world made entirely of what would appear to be pencil and ink, along with all its inhabitants. Now imagine Toa-like beings that can change their shape in a small, hurricane-like swirl. The reason I request this is because this story takes place in a world just like that with those exact inhabitants, among other species. This story is about one member of the aforementioned Toa-like species n particular and his journey to change the world and save it from the rule of a tyrannical king, and how this journey changed much more than just that for the rest of time. The being’s name was…Omorynot.I know it's short, but It's a prologue. please post what you think in the review topic.http://www.bzpower.com/board/index.php?showtopic=862-review topic
  18. I like the Cowboys myself. I'm actually from the Dallas area, so that's partly why. That and Tony Romo's awesome.
  19. This is a topic for useless and entertaining facts and stories. I'll start us off with some random facts. [*]In 1976 Rodrigo's 'Guitar Concierto de Aranjuez' was No 1 in the UK for only three hours because of a computer error. [*]Peter Karpin, a German espionage agent in World War I, was seized by French Intelligence agents in 1914 as soon as he entered the country. Keeping his capture a secret, the French sent faked reports from Karpin to Germany and intercepted the agent's wages and expense money until Karpin escaped in 1917. With those funds the French purchased an automobile, which, in 1919, in occupied Rurh, accidentally ran down and killed a man, who proved to be Peter Karpin.[*]Police in Radnor, Pennsylvania, interrogated a suspect by placing a metal colander on his head and connecting it with wires to a photocopy machine. The message "He's lying" was placed in the copier, and police pressed the copy button each time they thought the suspect wasn't telling the truth. Believing the "lie detector" was working, the suspect confessed.[*]The waffle iron was invented August 24, 1869.[*]The alarm clock was not invented by the Marquis de Sade, as some suspect, but rather by a man named Levi Hutchins of Concord, New Hampshire, in 1787. Perversity, though, characterized his invention from the beginning. The alarm on his clock could ring only at 4 am. Rumor has it that Hutchins was murdered by his wife at 4:05 am on a very dark and deeply cold New England morning.[*]The same man who led the attack on the Alamo, Mexican Military General, Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna, is also credited with the invention of chewing gum. Please reply!
