    GOODBYE!!

ALIENS ARE COMING TO ABDUCT ALL THE GOOD-LOOKING AND
    SMART PEOPLE.

DON'T WORRY: YOU WILL BE SAFE. I'M JUST BLOGGING THIS TO SAY GOODBYE!

I've noticed that the ads near the top often reflect the subject of the site. Makes sense. This is a lego forum and most of the ads are for lego stuff. But I've mentioned stuff like Full Metal Alchemist and X-men on my blog and the ads for my blog reflect what I write about. So in a day or two I'll post some random words and see what happens to my ads.

    Did anyone else notice this?

That's the number on my post count.

I know many of you don't feel that is so awesome, but hey, I believe in making my posts count, not caring about my post count. (I also have little time...)

So, I noticed that. I'm also "soaring champion" and have all six kanohi colored in!

I need to get a rank/sub name thing that says "Piraka Fusionist" or somthing...

So, I got Inferno today! (Bionicle Legends #5)
Where? Barnes and Noble along Route 50 in Northern Virginia (The one near Home Depot and Shoppers)

Well, I'm only on chapter 3, but it's great. I enourage you all to find it and buy it and read it ASAP.

So far, Axonn and Brutaka have had a big battle, the Piraka have faced Irnakk, and I have read the quote we knew a while back.

Well, I don't think it would be wise to post spoilers, but you can ask me about the book.

I'll post a non spoiler review in the book topic, and maybe I'll write an actual review once I get permission to write an actual review for #4. (bonesii, if you are reading this, when is that OK?)

So, who thinks Wikipedia is awesome?

    I do!

For those of you that don't know what Wikipedia is, it is a huge online Encyclopedia. There is stuff there for essays and reports, and fun stuff, such as...The Bionicle Entry and The BZPower Entry!

So, what are you waiting for? Check out Wikipedia!

So I was talking with my brother and we thought that LEGO should make soem X-men sets. They have done Spiderman and Batman, so why not?
It wouldn't be to hard either, on LEGO's part.

    Set ideas:
The X-Jet Part of the Mansion City battle with police cars Cerebro Minifig Ideas:
Cyclops (minifig head contains visor) Wolverine (New piece for hands: holds and has claws) Storm (With cape) Professor Xavier (with wheelchair actually built from pieces) Nightcrawler (tail might be kind of hard...) Jean Grey Magneto (with cape and helmet) Mystiqe (sp) Juggernaut (big helmet) And the sets have various arrangements of good guys and bad guys depending on the set.

    So, what do you think?
    Any ideas?

So, the big questions comes up: Do I Trick or Treat this year?

    Reasons why I should:
    Free Candy
    Friends
    Fun(?)

    Maybe I shouldn't:
    I'm 16,
Thus I'll probably get weird looks
One friend I usually go with might not be allowed to this year
(On Fun(?)) It seems easier not to worry about it, maybe buy some candy November 1st, and right now I'm thinking I don't want to. (but how do I explain that?--Seriously, what do I say to my 7 year old sister and my parents?)

So, this is a distress call to anyone with this kind of experience, maybe in the same rut. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

And in case anyone's wondering, I'm dressing up as Dark from DNAngel for Cosplaying on Monday, which I'll use for Halloween, but I'll be covering myself in Caution Tape if the school lets us dress up that day.

So, on Sunday I went to this awesome Youth Rally. It was at my school and had some totally fun stuff.
(PS, I go to a catholic high school and this was a catholic youth rally, and I'm catholic. (The original!!!))

    Cool stuff:
Catholic commedian Judy McDonald (very good)
    Rock wall and inflatables
    Stump the Priest
    And...

This awesome (christian) band Stellar Kart!

Yeah, their concert rocked! They had energy which gave the crowd energy which they fed off, and everyone was jumpin' and waving their hands and, oh, I loved it! I havn't had that much fun at a concert since...ever.

They did an awesome remake of Bon Jovi's "Livin' on a Prayer," and have two CDs full of rockin songs with some deep faith focus. They played plenty of songs, had some awesome parts, and fun fun fun.
In my opinion, they sound like ReliantK. They have a website (StellarKart.com) and a ########.
    Catchy Songs and titles:
    Student Driver
    Superstar
    Gone Fishin'
    Procrastinating
    Activate
    Lose Control
    I Wanna Live

And we all had "Life Is Good, Eternal Life is Better" stuck in our heads after ward.

How good are they? Let's just say that, besides what I already said, I bought both their CDs that night. (And got them signed!) Also, they havn't left my CD player since I got them.

So, I encourage you all to check them out. Christian Music not your thing? Well, believe it or not, it sounds good as well as everything else out there.

    Q&A:
*"Procrastination," "Activate," "Lose Control," and "I Wanna Live" are on their new CD: You Can't Stand Sitting Down.
*It is wierd how some people have heard of some bands, but not ones right next to them.
*I did have a good time.

While I am typing this, I have blue hair. I do not normally have blue hari.
On Teusday, I wore a robe, my jeans inside out, and used a hiking backpack at schoo. That sure was wacky.
Tomorrow, I'm going to dress up as if I was a teen in the 70's.

    Why?

It's Spirit Week! That week before Homecoming, where the school does crazy stuff. Teusday was Wacky Tacky day, and is one of my favorites. I got ton's of open mouths and stares using my big hiking backpack for the day.
(Wednesday we had the PSAT )

Today was Spirit day. Basically wear a school shirt, or dress up with the school colors (blue, grey, silver, white) Ton's of people died their hair, including me. It was totally fun.

Tomorrow is Decades Day--dress up like the designated decade. Freshmen-50s, Seniors-80s, fill in the gaps. I'm a junior, so I dress up from the 70s. I'm basically going to wear my Star Wars shirt. Wish I had some bell bottoms though.

So, that's spirit week. How have your's been?

So, apparently, my Anime Club is going to be cosplaying soon. I'm thinking of dressing up as Dark. This is the Phantom Thief Dark, Dark Mousy, Daisuke Niwa's other person, the DNA part of DNAngel. He pretty much dresses black, and has some awesome wings. So, I'd like to be him.

    My idea:
    Jeans
    Black t-shirt
    grey long sleeve shirt
(I have all of these, so that's why I'm not buying black jeans and some other accesories)

    I need:
    Black angel wings
    black gloves

I'm thinking of scrapping the wings, as it is kind of hard to find some. Perhaps I'll make some with wire and black fabric, but it won't look too good. So perhaps I'll just hold a black feather.
I'm also hoping a dollar store will have some cheap ($1) black gloves.

Other things I'm thinking of dressing up as:
    Cloud (from Final Fantasy)
Problem: How do I put a lion head "door knocker" on my shoulder?

    Kite (from Dot Hack)
Problem: I don't have orange pants, shirt, hat, anything else for his costume. So that is pretty much scapped.

Any ideas for Dark? Or on things to cosplay? I'm also thinking of using this for a halloween party.

ps, font in black today because of the topic of Dark Mousy

So, I've realized that I don't have many blog posts under my section "Boy Scouts."
    So, here's one.

I myself am a Boy Scout. I am part of the National Capital Area Council (NCAC, Washington DC)
My troop # is 875. I went to the 2005 National Scout Jamboree and my troop # was 520. That was a great time, the Jambo. I got a red Yoda patch, the X-men back patch, and the spam patch, if you know what I'm talking about, just to name a few of my collection of over 2 dozen.
BZPers I met at the Jambo:
    RC-1136
Bionicle Master the Mighty, now known as ChrisKopaka (check out his blog!)

Currently I'm a Life scout, working on my Eagle badge. I have a couple half merit badges and my Eagle project to get done, and I'm done.
I am Assistant Senior Patrol Leader for my troop, but have been nominated and went running for Senior Patrol Leader twice. I was also Head Guide, guide, Patrol Leader, and Assistand Patrol Leader.
Oh, I'm 16, so that helps put some things into perspective.

My troop goes camping a lot. Once every month Sept to May. Biking, Hiking, Rock climbing, caving, wilderness survival, cooking, shooting sports, canoeing, and more! It's a blast. I love camping, even if I am allergic to pollen and practically camping. Fire!
Oh, yeah, Fire. It's big with every Boy Scout. It's part of out DNA. My troop made a 14 foot tall campfire once. Staff got marshmellows and had to use a 6 foot long stick just to heat up the marshmellows!

A scout is...Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obediant, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, Reverent, Hungry, a pyro, and Duct tape.
Oh, Duct tape. That's saved for another blog entry....

So, yeah. Please don't ignore this if you are a scout too, and please post. Anyone else, well, you can still make coments about how much you love the BSA or whatever you feel like in this blog.

    Soon to be Eagle,

So, today I went on a practice hike for Philmont, BSA's section of the Rocky Mountains that is used for some serious hiking.

Today, we walked a bit with our big backpacks, getting the feel of them. We cooked some Ramen to get a feel for the camp stoves (even though we had our own lunches). We also set up our tents, because that's important to try out.

    Nothing too exciting, but fun.

    Anyone been to Philmont?

Lemony Snicket's 13th book of the Series of Unfortunate Events series came out today, on Friday the 13th. It's titled "The End"
My brother has it, and I'm going to have to figure out a way to read it when he isn't. Last year for book the 12th, I read a chapter a night when he was sleeping. That might work again this year....but he is very possessive/selfish.
Well, it's exciting it's out. Can't wait to read it!

Edit: Just to let anyone what wants to post, I haven't read it yet. Probabaly in about a month (hopefully sooner) I will have read it. (Basically a time period for people reading this in, say, a year. I would have read it by then)

So on friday, a movie came out that I really want to see. Sadly, I don't see any time in the next two months for me to see said movie.

    What is this movie?

    Alex Rider: Operation Stormbreaker

It is about this teenage spy (14 year old Alex Rider), hired by MI6 (Brittish FBI). It is based on Anthony Horowitz's book Stormbreaker, part of the Alex Rider Series.
Here, Alex has to figure out what is wrong with these super-fast computers that are being given away for free. He needs to sneak into the Stormbreaker main plant and snoom around. Cool gadgets, fun characters, adn action/suspence.

I don't know the rating, but my guess it PG. (I think I'd enjoy it more if it was PG13, more action)

So, anyone see the movie and/or read the book(s)?

    So Brickmaster set came today!
I'll do a review on it later, just because I can. (It has, say, 20 pieces)
    Anyway, I have a pic!

I'm calling it "Wipe-out Wizard" because whenever I send it zooming across the floor, it ends up flipping over.

It has some sweet pieces in it I'd love to use. (except in blue and yellow. Oh well, I might find a use)

I'm thinking about making a small space ship out of it, putting a magnetic brick on the bottom, and putting it in my locker.

Thanx for comming in without knocking. (J/K)
So now that school's out, I will try my hand at this blogging thing using my time that would have been spent on homework when I was in school.

    To start:
I'll be posting about my latest Bionicle Life. Basically, if I do something that deals with Bionicle, you'll know about it.
I'll also have random stuff up here so it will be totaly worth every minute of your time on BZP to read this.
I'll probably post links to stories and such and other blogs because I think they are cool.
I'll also show off some MOCs to get your opinions on before I post them to the board.
And there will be plenty of random quotes to fill a book. I love collecting random quotes. I also love collecting Kanohi and having long walks on the beach. (J/K)

And on a last note, please check out ChrisKopaka's blog, an awsome BZPer friend of mine whom I have actually met.

And finally, I am the winner of the Piraka Fusion Building Challenge! I'll blog on that later.

So reply on what you are like, looking forward to, and reply here on both and that you are reading my blog.
(And perhaps I'll look at yours)

So, yeah, perhaps you've heard that Omicron is making his own holiday. So, the day after his (sept 30) change whatever you have in your sig to something of me.
Why? Just because we can. A little competition between friends.

All I want is for you replace, say, your omi banner with the word(s) ChocolateFrogs.
Yeah, that's all you have to do! ChocolateFrogs!

So, see you sunday, or even before then!

    Hello,
    I need some help.
In short, I need this logo (look familiar?) in one solid color. Say, for example, take the middle right logo, and color it completely black.
Any takers? Please? It'd be a big help.

This weekend we had a campout. Ropes and Rocketry.

The ropes course was fun. Some teambuilding activities and high ropes. I climbed the Centepede: three long peices of wood hooked together with big staples on the sides. Like climbing a telephone pole but it moves underneath you and is tough.

Low ropes were good in teambuilding, with some new challenges to me. A lot of balancing and seeing how you comunicate with your team.

We almost didn't launch out rockets, due to weather (wind) and timing. We planned on launching in the morning because the ropes took up the whole day, but these scouts didn't feel like working together in the morning, so we were about an hour behind shcedule and only had a half hour to launch.

We build rockets, and had a bunch of B6-4 engines. The rockets were from cheap kits, so they were pretty light and we didn't get some of them back. Fun.
(I didn't launch mine, afraid this would happen. It is a "corkscrew" that twists around on its way up, leaving a spiral of smoke, hopefully)

But it was fun, and was a great starting campout.

Other things: The food was awesome. Staff eats really well. We had shrimp for dinner and some good S.O.S. for breakfast.
There was a train going through nearby everyonce in a while. It woke me up at 12:15 AM.
The Mosquitos were the larger than a penny. (for you Americans...) They could bite you through your shirt.

    yeah, I love camping!
