As others have said, these things happen in life.
If you just want to relax, I recommend meditation. Sit down for as long as you want, but just don't move, and listen. Think about things if you want, and breath calmly. Just sense youre body at rest, and when you're done, get up and carry on with whatever you were doing.
I do that and I feel much more relaxed.
