They should be evenly matched. The only reason a Makuta is more powerful than a Toa of Light is because he would have extra Rahkshi powers. Since the Kra-Matoran don't have them, it would be a matter of the skill levels of the Matoran.

Wasn't a virus, it was the same sort of infection that Infected Masks had. In fact, the Comets were just laying next to a Infected Kanohi, if I remember correctly. That's what I mean. I'm not saying that they're the same, but I'm saying that the Virus could make someone sick in the same way those infected Comets did.

I think Garan deserves to be a Toa. I would choose the Voya Nui Resistance Team. Minus Velika. And for the last one, I'd say the Toa Hagah. They would make great Turaga. They basically were for a while, when they were Rahaga.

I'd say Turaga Nui for all the reasons stated above.

But how could a Skakdi of, say Psionics work with a Skakdi of Gravity or something? Don't the powers need to be combined, like what Hakann and Avak did?

Could a Toa of Sonics fly by using sound? Also, any Toa could fly if they wore a Kadin, right?

Before the Core War, there were no Matoran. The MU was made to help fix the world after the Core War, and the Matoran too. For the Agori and Glatorian, it was peaceful, but not much else is known. The Element Lords were basically in charge, and there were different sections of Spherus Magna, but the Agori seemed to be content with this. Also, there was the Iron Tribe disease fiasco. That's all I can think of. But to answer your main question, the Agori lived in villages, or something like villages. Not robots.

I remember hearing that in the scene where Halhi is giving the speech to the Turaga, Nuva, and Matoran in MoL. someone says "he's just a giant robot!" when Mata Nui is mentioned, so there were a few hints here and there.

We all know that Skakdi can have elements such as fire and stone that can be used in conjunction with another Skakdi. But can they only have the six main elements, or can there be Skakdi of psionics or magnetism, for instance? If the answer is no, does that mean that there can theoretically be a Skakdi of light or shadow?

So, it's a failsafe for the failsafes of a failsafe? Geez, these Great Beings love their backup plans.

It can mutate any MUans, but Spherus Magnans might be a different story.

Electromagnetism is essentially electrical current travelling in loops--you can make a simple electromagnet simply by running a current through a tightly coiled wire. So I'd say that, for a sufficiently skilled Toa, creating an elctromagnetic field would be quite easy. It's worth noting, though, that she would have no direct control over the magnetic force, only the current generating it--she could make it stronger or weaker by siphoning more or less power into the current, or cut it off entirely by killing the current, but she wouldn't be able to, for instance, prevent it from acting on something within its range. "Songs that the Hyades shall sing, / Where flap the tatters of the King, / Must die unheard in / Dim Carcosa." So basically, a Toa of Magnetism vs. a Toa of Lightning would make for an interesting fight.

For the first I have no idea For the second however, I would guess the Nova blast would increase the gravitational pull of everything around the Toa effectively letting the targets eat dirt, and dirt eat the targets depending on how you look at it. I feel like that would be really odd though. I mean, everything just hitting the ground or floating when this wave hits. I dunno, it's just... odd.

I'd say most likely to all of them. Hmm... Can Toa of Lightning create magnets? (electromagnetism) Also, I'm wondering how a nova blast of gravity would work.

Technically the Mask of Life could be used as a mask of death.

Elemental powers can do that, but I don't think Masks can.
