IC: Renthos, FowadiAs Renthos inspected the ship, he noticed what appeared to be a metal statue sitting on the deck. The only reason he didn't percieve Brukin as an actual statue is the lack of logic in having a statue on a boat, especially made of rather heavy metal. The Skakdi of Earth's suspicion of Brukin being a living being was confirmed when a Toa of Water spoke to him. Walking over to the two, Renthos smiled good-naturedly. "I assume you are the crew of this ship? I am considering joining your ranks."

IC: Auron:"Hey! I may be a Toa of Fire, but it's not me! I swear!" Auron joked, his thoughts a bit darker than his mood. The path they were on didn't have another road marker for another while, and he wasn't sure if they could get to Po-Koro before night fell, and when the desert would chill to temperatures similar to that in Ko-Wahi. With nothing that Auron could burn in sight, he wasn't sure how they could stay out in the desert during the night.

IC: Aelynn"Oh shush!" the Fe-Toa said, pushing Auron in the shoulder. Aelynn smiled for abit longer, before consentrating on the only task at hand: walking. It was a lot harder then it looked, as after a while, sand was tiring to walk on.Especially since it seemed like this road hadn't been used in a while, so the normally compacted ground was loose.

IC: AelynnThe Toa of Iron glanced around, there wasn't really much of anything, anywhere. Just sand, sand, a maybe some more sand. "Maybe a desert plant somewhere...?" Aelynn asked, holding up her hand to shield her eyes from the dropping suns.

IC: AvalancheAvalanche, Po-Toa and professional mercenary/bounty hunter, was taking a much needed drink in one of the shadier inns in Po-Koro. The bartender owed him one from the time he'd intercepted a drunken brawl."There's nothing quite like the sweet taste of Ta-Koronan Ale in the morning" he concluded as he leaned back in his chair, his tools standing neatly leant against the wall right beside him, ready to take a small nap.OOC: open for interaction.

OOC: I just noticed Silvan Haven's post... Sorry about missing that. I assume we should retcon it with another post?IC: Renthos, Po-Koro Docks"The name's Renthos." Renthos said, offering his hand as he took note of the speaking styles and reactions of both the crew members, though there was, admittedly little to take note of.

IC: DehkazSeeing as Renthos was doing fine getting to know the rest of his crew, Dehkaz walked over to his cabin. The Toa of Magnetism stepped inside, closed the door, and sat down at the desk near the corner. Layed out over the desk were maps, charts, and orders given to him from the Guard. Stacking the orders into a pile, he pushed them aside and focused on the map of the island. It was his personal map, slightly different then what other beings had. The difference being that the waterway throughout the island were clearly marked. Taking a pen and ink, he marked the pirate's last known position, just off the coast of the southern part of Le-Wahi. And judging by where they'd gone before, the beings were on a eastward course towards Ga-Wahi. If we left within the next day or so... and sailed down the eastern coast, we could, if the wind was on our side, intercept them before they reached Ga-Wahi...His plan in place, Dehkaz then focused on the pirates themselves. An overall unpleasent bunch, their captain was a massive hunk of Toa, fire, and muscle. No really knew his name, and he had a thing for lighting people on fire... The other two beings of his crew that the Guard managed to identify were two Skakdi. One of fire and the other possibly iron or stone, they seemed to like flaming cannonballs. The rest of his crew weren't known, and Dehkaz didn't really like that...IC: AelynnThe Toa of Iron realised one simple fact. Something that she really didn't like at the moment: the fire wouldn't be enough. Sighing, aelynn scooted closer to Auron, the Ta-Toa being the only other source of heat aviable.

IC: Aelynn"Oh shush," the Toa of Iron said, and considered moving farther away. But Aelynn didn't exactly like the cold that much, and she could live with being next to the Toa of Fire for it a bit longer.

IC: AelynnThe Toa of Iron looked over at Auron, before glancing at the horizon. There wasn't much to see, so Aelynn layed back, and watched the stars as well. The sand was surprisingly comfortable to lay on, and there were hardly any clouds in the sky. "Well, I suppose that's one thing the desert is good for: stargazing," the Fe-Toa said, "That is, if you're interested in that sorta stuff."

IC: Aelynn"Really?" the silver-armored Fe-Toa asked, never hearing about that before. The thought facinated her, as the future wasn't really something she'd thought about in recent days. Or at all, actaully. Being able to actaully see what was going to happen seemed pretty neat. "Tell me more."

IC: Auron:"Well it's not easy, that's for sure," He started, "I know in some villages, the Turaga and their astrologers often watch the stars in machines called telescopes. From looking at where the stars are in the sky, and where that red star is at the moment."He pointed at a certain star, a bit higher in the sky, and definitely red, "It takes years for anyone to get good at reading the stars... But those who do, they can basically see the future. They see certain events that will happen, and sometimes they record them in stone."

IC: Aelynn"Huh," the Toa of Iron said, thinking the concept over. Perhaps one day she could visit one of the telescopes, the Fe-Toa had heard about one in Ge-Koro, but they didn't have time to visit the last time they were there. All the more reason to go back there, I suppose..."Thank you," she said, looking at the stars differently now.

IC: Aelynn"Mmm..." The Toa of Iron agreed, not really paying attention to what Auron was saying. Aelynn was tired tired, and still focused on the stars. It made her wonder... If there were other poeple out there, looking up at the same stars that she was.

IC: Lux Saran - Po-KoroLux cocked his head to one side, an odd smile on his face, "That's the general feeling on this island, I suppose. As long as I've been here, this island has always been beautiful, no matter what Makuta's done. I just don;t always realize it..."Turning to point out a nearby building, "Is that the place you were talking about?"IC: Rynekk Simul - Po-Koro"Manachang?" Rynekk chirped up from behind Naona, having miraculously wandered into her vicinity a few moments ago, "Isn't he your servant?"-Void

IC: HakilveThe Toa of Stone nodded in agreement to Lux's statement. The Po-Matoran was right, it really was nicce on this island. Glancing over to the building Lux had pointed to, Hakilve nodded."Yep," the four-armed Po-Toa said, "That's the place. Want to go in?"IC: Aelynn"Oh hahaha," Aelynn said, sarcasticly, although the Toa of Iron just a bit nervous. "I think I'll wake up as soon as I feel it."That happy thought on her mind, Aelynn rolled over onto her side, facing away from Auron, and closed her eyes. Sleeping on sand wasn't so bad, besides, the Fe-Toa was sure that she'd slept on worse before.
