This Law establishes the Protection Tax, which is used to fund the Guard. 1W per 24 hours must be payed to the Treasury or else a dodging tax fine of 7 through 49 Widgets will be enforced.

Members of the Council are exempt to the Tax, and do not have to pay, because of their important role to the community.

If I change a Law before it's put into action, does it count as a new law?

Well, a law comes into force as soon as a Council Member seconds it. If you change it, then it would have to be seconded in the changed form. Does your agreement with the first law proposal constitute a second?

 

EDIT: If I may make a suggestion to the Council, I think judges are pretty important too.

Portal, no. Not unless a rule gave someone (for example, me) the authority to move anyone's money, and then you required me by law to move one widget from each account. As it is you could order me to change the record of the accounts in the first post, but since I still wouldn't have the authority to move the widgets themselves, the first post would simply be an inaccurate description of who has what.

 

Pupwa, there is, sort of. Actually, Rule 67 does allow widgets to be given to other players. Unfortunately, the Treasury is not a player.

However, the type of the Scary Rahi is largely irrelevant, and this isn't making a rule or anything, so I'm not going to bother to worry about whether that applies in this case or not. Purchase processed.

One day, when Toa Iruini was exploring his friendly neighborhood, gazing at the sun, and enjoying the peace and tranquility of the afternoon, suddenly, a giant ussal crab appeared. Right before the crab jumped on top of him, Iruini was able to observe that it wore a little dog tag labeled "Ron Paul," which he thought was the strangest name for a ussal crab he had ever seen.
