PROPOSAL 82(which I think is thematic):

When a player with a Scary Rahi attempts to rob or attack another player who owns a Terrifying Rahi, they must achieve a 6 on a D6 roll to succeed instead of the attack from Rule 27.

So as not to condemn the poorer players to destruction, this gives them a fighting chance.

I would like to withdraw one widget and mine.

I SECOND PROPOSAL 81

Edit: fixed tags and proposal number.

Pupwa mined 5 ores.

Mairanui mined 2 ores.

I SECOND PROPOSAL 81 (although theoretically, people could already host contests and give out their property as they wish, since no rule prevents it). I SECOND PROPOSAL 82.

Norik, Rule 77 only specifies that guards are "chosen by the Turaga Council." Now, there is a Chief Turaga and a Matoran Council, so that is more than a little ambiguous.

EDIT: I agree that 82 is thematic.

EDIT2: I mine for ores. I mined 3 ores.

Unoffical contest time.

If you can PM me a Depressing/Edgy/Grimdark picture, And if I like it, it will be my next avatar.

Here's a baseline so you know what to look for.

Yes I know something is wrong with me, but if I find the one that will be my new avatar, you get ALL of my widgets.

Also, try to keep it SFW and SFBZP.

Looks like it's the end of the line for 21.

I believe the following proposals are thematic.

Proposal 83:

When Terrifying Rahi attacks or attempts to steal from another player, the attempt is an auto-fail if targeted player has both Scary Rahi and armour.

Proposal 84(finally Disc Forging stuff):

This rule establishes the Great Foundry and the Protodermis Reclamation Yard.

To access the Great Foundry, a maintenance tax of 3 widgets are paid(this goes to Treasury).

In the Great Foundry, players may use one (1) to nine (9) ores to forge Kanoka. When creating Kanoka, the Host will roll a D(x) where x is the number of ores used. To succeed, a 1 must be rolled. The corresponding manufactured disc has a power level of x. If the discs fails, it is known as a Failed Disc Level (X).

Failed discs can be sold to the Protodermis Reclamation Yard, whereby the player gains a refund of widgets, the number equalling to half of x, rounded down.

NOTE ALSO: The Foundry can be used only in between twenty-four (24) hours beacuse of game balance issues.

All discs owned by a character are listed in the first post of this game.

Proposal 85(separate the rules so it is easier to see):

This rule creates Vakama's Workshop. At the Workshop, players may combine only two discs of different values together at each 24 hour interval, for a fee. The fee is 5 widgets that goes to the treasury and the resultant disc is of power level (x+y) where x and y are the disc power values. Players must wait 24 house between each usage.

The chance of success is rolling at more than y over d(x+y) where y is bigger than x.(rolled by host)

E.g. A player wishes to combine Disc Level 3 and 5. The chance of success of getting a disc level 8 is rolling a d8 and getting 6,7 or 8.

IF it were a disc of 4 and another of 4, a roll of 5,6,7 or 8 will suffice.

All discs owned by a character is listed in the first post of the game.

Proposal 86 to transmute 77:

This rule will establish the Ta-Koro Guard. The Guard are payed by the state via the Treasurer, and chosen by the Matoran Council. Being a Guard gives a player the ability to stop a killing or a robbery from any means once every 24 hours. There is no limit to the amount of Guards that can be hired except for the funds in the treasury. A Player may leave the Guard at any point in time. Guards cannot be robbed by Scary of Terrifying Rahi, and a Scary Rahi cannot kill them. A Terrifying Rahi can, using the dice roll of the Scary Rahi. The payment of the Guards will be decided by the Secretary. Killing of Guards arrests and executes the perpetrator if they fail the d6 roll per Rule 27. The player, if caught, can go on bail for half the number of widgets and half the number of ores they own, rounded down.

Proposal 82 passed and is now a rule.

Proposal 86 may transmute Rule 77, but it may not simultaneously amend it, so the transmuted form will still read "Turaga Council."

EDIT: It was another loverly day (but the same loverly summer), and Brutaka was, once again, sitting in his rocking chair. This time, though, for extra security, Brutaka had scotch taped his pockets closed to ensure none of his widgets would be taken. However, unfortunately for Brutaka, rocking made him sleepy. Once he had fallen asleep, a terrifying tarakava came and used a pair of scissors to snip open all of the tape pieces one-by-one, until nothing remained to stop the terrifying tarakava from snatching all the rest of Brutaka's widgets and fleeing into the day.

I wish to deposit all my ores and widgets, then withdraw one widget and mine.

Edit: UGH ignore Proposal 86 guys and second this instead.

Proposal 87 to amend rule 77:

Killing of Guards leads to a separate d6 roll. If 3 or less, it causes the Ta Koro Guard to arrest the murderer, who will be caught, otherwise he escapes scot free

The player, if caught, can go on bail for half the number of widgets and half the number of ores they own, rounded down.

Uhm, when do we pay this tax per the law 2? Edited by Just Norik

I knew those scissors would pay of some day.

I would like to mine.

Toarobot, you did not pay the tax, but because no one else did, I'll assume you forgot and judge you not gulity.

Looks like it's the end of the line for 21.

You are also not gulity for the same reasons above.

Same goes to dapper.

Everyone else, pay a fine of 7 widgets.

My contest is over.

Nobody entered.

Winner is me.

Sorry guys I was busy yesterday, I'll fix the tax system now. Pupwa, I don't know if you can really fault them for not being able to pay the tax when it was, quite frankly, broken. *shrug*

also, I SECOND PROPOSAL 87

 Proposal 88

This creates the Automated Widget Payment System, or AWPS. This system allows for any player to set up an automatic transfer of their own widgets between any player or non-player entity. Said Widgets will be moved by the host on the designated day that the Player recommends, allowing for hassle free payments.

All a player must do to set up a AWPS transfer is post in the Topic, stating their desire to open an automatic transfer. They must then clarify how many widgets must be moved, to whom or what they will be payed, and in what intervals it will be payed. Any AWPS transfer may be canceled by the Player who created the transfer at any time.

As well, here is an edited version of Law 2 to make this easier for everyone.

Law 3

This Law establishes the Protection Tax, which is used to fund the Ta-Koro Guard. 7W must be payed to the Treasury every 7 Days or else a dodging tax fine of 10 through 50 Widgets will be enforced. Members of the Council are exempt to the Tax, and do not have to pay, because of their important role to the community.

I SECOND PROPOSAL 87 and 88.

Everyone, you do not have to pay the fine now.

I will edit this post as I get to things unless someone else posts first, so check back later. First thing I noticed was no one has actually been accused of breaking a law, as far as I can tell, and therefore I have not forwarded any cases to either of the judges (Pupwa or me) to be decided.

EDIT: First post updated. Pupwa mined 3 ores.

I SECOND PROPOSAL 88. 88 is now a rule.

EDIT2: Portal, may I assume that new law is amending Law 2?

One pleasant evening, Spiriah was strolling across his front lawn, picking weeds, when what should approach but a terrifying kardas dragon! Spiriah called for his zyglak, but try as it might, it could not stop the dragon from making off with ten of Spiriah's widgets.
