Lego Support Site Updated

In his quest to scour the LEGO website for all the content he can find, Gatanui noticed that the Customer Service site has been updated. The big improvement is a 'Call Center Status' indicator, letting you know how long you can expect to wait for an email reply or for your phone call to be answered. TLG takes pride in providing great customer service, so it's good to know they're continually working to improve.View the full article

Lol at the first sentence. :P Seriously, I knew the service site would be updated eventually, so I checked it every now and then. :P I think it´s the last section to be updated for now, though. I wonder if the Call Center Status indicator will ever change? I guess it will around Christmas.-Gata signoff.jpg

Gata is a bit like the Sherlock Holmes of Lego; he notices every minute detail and change that occurs. :PNevertheless, this is an interesting find.

Generation reeeeeeeeeeeee: If you see this, don't copy it into your signature. Get off your computer. Go outside! Go for a walk! Appreciate the beauty of the world while you're young and energetic and full of unwarranted enthusiasm.

I love the new support site! Thanks for pointing it out Gata! LEGO is doing a much better job in web development recently. I wonder if they've had any big event change how they've been doing it, but either way, it's great. Too bad I don't use the support site very often.

This new support site is much better. I use the support site almost every day, because I look through the instructions for inspiration for mocing.
