Hapori Tohu
In his quest to scour the LEGO website for all the content he can find, Gatanui noticed that the Customer Service site has been updated. The big improvement is a 'Call Center Status' indicator, letting you know how long you can expect to wait for an email reply or for your phone call to be answered. TLG takes pride in providing great customer service, so it's good to know they're continually working to improve.View the full article Quote News Forums Q&A
Toa Smoke Monster
That is cool. I've never used the Customer Service site, personally, but I imagine this would make it better to use. Gatanui
Lol at the first sentence. Seriously, I knew the service site would be updated eventually, so I checked it every now and then. I think it´s the last section to be updated for now, though. I wonder if the Call Center Status indicator will ever change? I guess it will around Christmas.-Gata Quote - Gata Please don't use my avatar or signature without permission, thanks!
Samus Aran-Bounty Hunter
Well, that's good. It's nice to know how long you'd have to wait if you called or sent an e-mail. And who knew the great Hapori Tohu could misspell things too? (Title of topic) Zakaro Quote They call me Zakaro. You should too.
D-D-D-Ddude
Gata is a bit like the Sherlock Holmes of Lego; he notices every minute detail and change that occurs. :PNevertheless, this is an interesting find. Obsessionist
They've added some really nice features! I love Lego's customer service, definitely the best I've ever dealt with. I'm glad the site got the facelift it needed.
Meiko
I love the new support site! Thanks for pointing it out Gata! LEGO is doing a much better job in web development recently. I wonder if they've had any big event change how they've been doing it, but either way, it's great. Too bad I don't use the support site very often.
