The legend of Okoto may have ended early, though what was set out to do has been done. I wanted to take a look at the mythology of G2. Firstly, I must say that Ekimu is God in the universe while Makuta represents the Devil. Ekimu is regal and bright blue while Makuta has demon horns on his mask and is a dark purple. He became jealous of the praise the Okotans gave Ekimu and he wanted to take over the world for himself. Makuta spawned demons and undead creatures to attack the knightly toa. Ekimu is on paradise while Makuta lives in the dark underworld. What does anyone else think about this?

Lewa Uniter is cool and has a great color scheme but his arms are almost impossible to pose around, I also like Umarak the Hunter, he is a solid set with a unique color scheme as mentioned before, and it comes with the mask of control.

That cape is amazing, too bad Lego was cheap and wouldn't release it anywhere else, right along with that gold skull grinder mask. That's one of the many things which made me upset about the new bionicle since last year. Still though, it's beautiful and will it work for any Uniter or just Tahu?

Do you all want to know the honest to God truth? These were only commemorative sets. They are basically "Bionicle Stars 2" and that's why it doesn't have much of a story. These sets were literally just made to let fans relive their childhood. But as fans, we wanted something more, and even thought we were getting it. But even I knew right off the bat bionicle would be short lived. It's unfortunate but it's the truth, they are commemorative as heck.

They should make a special edition makuta using the leftover pieces and sell him to the public

No it wasn't. You wanted Bionicle to continue to live on, and it will forever in our hearts. I think if everyone held more hope then I think the line could have been saved.

The last episode of Journey to One is the ending of Bionicle. The final wave of sets are currently out for sale, though appearing very rarely now. Thank you to everyone for your support! I will not let you down.

Hello all of the Bzpower community. After recent events, I think it's time that I've come out and apologize about my behavior towards the community and Bionicle itself. I've shared much negativity and distaste for G2 Bionicle, even to the point where can I became a bully, and then out of no where my words rang true and bionicle ended. It was never my intention to *want* Bionicle to end, for when the day came off the announcement I was confused, in shock and heartbroken over the ending. It made me wish I had treated everyone and bionicle with more respect. It's true, you don't know what you got until it's gone. Therefore, to all of Bzpower, I am sorry for the trouble I've caused. You won't see me do it again, I want to help preserve the spirit of Lego Bionicle now more than ever. I have no doubt in my mind bionicle will make a comeback again some day, though I wish we had gotten to experience more of the story on Okoto. They took away our elemental pie before we could even finish the second bite. Is there anything at all you regret about G2?

Hero factory was really interesting. Especially in the beginning, I was still unsure of what to feel about Bionicle ending, but I looked towards Hero factory when Von Nebula caught my eye, he was a complete Bionicle and I had full faith in the Lego group that but bionicle would never truly end. That certainly was the case, was it not?

That's right, G2 was simply a reminder that Bionicle still exists, G3 will come. This is promised!

No no no I think just matoran would be a wonderful idea actually, giving them a fun adventure type story and the enemies would call back to the classic rahi in a big way, essentially big monster type animal characters for the Matoran to fight. That would be an amazing way to continue the stories of Okoto, preserving the lore of Bionicle that we have now and opening even more potential for the story. Though, I felt like that's what G2 was lacking in 2015.

We needed to explore these villagers more and I felt that them having all the same mask gave them no identity at all, and gave a hivemind vibe. While I understand it in the story they are just the villagers and the cells they could have played an even more prominent role, and mask packs definitely would have helped.

The only thing that saved the series was the matoran help the toa fight, I have not laughed that much at a long time

Bionicle didn't die it just went back to sleep for another thousand years.

I am heartbroken over the cancellation, for after all we waited all those years to see the return of Bionicle, Lego makes it terribly, and then it dies before it has a chance to get better. Unbelievable. They hyped us all up, they even went as far as to forge new solid 14k masks, and still we were all let down. It's almost like Lego knew it was going to die from the first year. But I will still hold hope that some better constraction theme, or even a G3 will one day rise up and take the world by storm. They tried to reboot the story, they brought back old characters and completely wiped their colorful history, while ruining their personalities and borrowing old visions from the original run.

It didn't end because of your opinion. I don't know why you said that.Oh my mistake, I meant that because of my negative opinion and other facts contributed to my prior knowledge of bionicle's end, but apparently my opinion was bad and that the line was actually amazing and doing well. That's how it was.

Clearly, just like how bionicle wasn't ending simply based on my negative opinion and that it was in the same situation as oil.

I was very bitter about the line, especially on its last year. Though I was completed shocked and disappointed when seeing the announcement, I had no idea bionicle was doing THAT bad. Now that it's gone, I feel deeply guilty about not appreciating the line while it was here, but there was just not too much to appreciate. G2 was a learning experience for us all. And I may have been a hater, but I'm really NOT celebrating.

They (Lego) did mention to someone that Bionicle could make a comeback, so I think that it will come back again one day. You may be right, they may want to change up their style completely, and maybe that's what bionicle needs.

You call it fallen, I call it saved. Okoto was wrapped up, it was saved, and it belongs to us all now, the Okotans. Toa I know how upsetting it is, it is the only line I like too, but at least we got two more years, and it didn't have to be rebooted at all. I shared a lot of negativity about the new bionicle and now I am feeling the guilt of not appreciating it enough while it was still generating. Though that doesn't mean we can't go back and fix our mistakes, one day Lego hinted at G3 being a possibility. But for right now we all need to keep Bionicle in stasis.

Do not let your childhood die again! We are the fans, we are Bionicle! We keep bionicle going even when it's not on the shelves, we've been given a golden opportunity and while the window of time for that opportunity was very small, a few of us managed to at least get some of the new sets which I urge you to continue to play with and use their pieces. The future of Okoto belongs to us now, the Protectors. Let the legend begin.

If they had just released mask packs...I would have been satisfied, set-wise. The story did not engage me enough though and I felt very disappointed, even before I knew it was ending. I remember in 2014 the hype train was finally getting rolling, and in 2015 we finally were reaching our destination, but the hype train started to roll on too long and it crashed along with all of us... Though despite the mistakes of G2 I still feel like the fans did not deserve this kind of betrayal. But alas money is more important than our desire for bionicle. I think it could have lasted just one more wave. What does the future hold? I can see that bionicle could happen again someday, as the newsletter seems to imply. Keep your firestaffs lit in this time of dark.

It doesn't necessarily have to be dark or edgy it maybe requires more mysticism, questionable animations maybe like the early 2001 animations with no narration or dialouge, in 3D with a bright but not too colorful background. I don't know. It's really upsetting that the story was lacking in any way at all. I don't even know what to say.
