  1. Why is Tren Krom's island (the most important island) not on there.

Oh my god, I freakin' love the retro vibes this series is giving off, especially in chapter 0. The way the fight scene was visually laid out is a really strong callback to the more seriously-styled comics of 2009. Very nice job, I'm looking forward to reading more!

That is the flag representing Egoist Anarchism, a philosophy that Kasapar is very fond of. The image on the wall is of Max Stirner, who is often considered to be the founder of that philosophy, and subsequently became an internet meme among his critics. He is also my avatar, however not because I subscribe to Egoist philosophy, rather because it's a cool picture.

Was going to do that, unfortunately I found this to be easier to draw and less time-consuming. Comic 6 is out!
  5. Oh I'm sorry dude, I didn't mean for it to come off that bluntly. But anyways, I think my favorite part is how you did the lighting. The way that the streaks from their jets stands out against the night sky without being too jarring looks rather nice.
  6. Did you intend to spell 'mercenary' with an 'i'?
  7. That kind of reminds me of this one guy who went to my elementary school. He played trombone in the school band, and instead of putting the slide oil on the slide itself, he would pour it down the mouthpiece and into the tube.

All apps have been accepted, and have been included in the most recent comic. PGS applications are now closed, with a total of 12 characters.
  9. Forget Odell Beckham, that was the catch of the century!
  10. It's a very intoxicating experience to sift through ancient Brickshelf folders filled with poorly made sprite comics while listening to atmospheric vaporwave at 2 o'clock in the morning.

I know what it is, but those who don't might think you're on drugs or something

"listening to atmospheric vaporwave" yep, totally think he's talking about drugs. boy, do I sure love listening to drugs

You're good. You and the PGS's from the TTV MB's appeared in the latest comic. Gonna need more info than that, laddie.
  13. I love how you included some of the lesser known Rahi that inhabited Mata Nui. It helps the island to feel more alive.

Note: Unfortunately I will not be able to continue making comics for The Partisans because all of the image files I've used for it are saved on a computer that is currently not functioning. Instead of going through the meticulous work of trying to recreate them, I've decided to start fresh. I do intend on returning to The Partisans at some point, however it will be quite a while until I can get the computer fixed. This is to keep me busy for now. With that out of the way, I would like to welcome you, dearest reader, to The Irrationale. A comic of ego, existentiality, mutual aid, and humor. Character Sheet Pilot Comic 1: Finding Friends Comic 2: The Ego and His Own Comic 3: A Merry Band Comic 4: The Nihilist and His Own Comic 5: Twelve is Company Comic 6: Home Invaders Comic 7: A Night in Paradise Comic 8: The Popular Assembly Comic 9: Roll Comic 10: Current Events PGS applications are now closed.
  15. To be honest, the big red button on the panel is what brings the entire scene together. Well done.
  16. I'm Max Stirner, and this is my philosophical study. I work here with the Young Hegelians, and my friend Bruno Bauer. Everything in here is my property. One thing I've learned after 49 years is that you never know WHAT fabricated societal function I'll falsify next.

  17. It's certainly better than some other Makuta MOCs I've seen. Often I'm pretty critical of larger MOCs, but this one is able to nicely convey personality without making it an incomprehensible jumble of parts. Although I would recommend adjusting the color scheme to include less gold. I think it would look rather nice with just black, red, and silver.
  18. Thanks, I'm glad you like it!
  19. So I read that Macku once had a run-in with a Takea Shark while she was canoeing on the Hura-Mafa River. Clicky
  20. In all honesty, I've started to see that even long before it's announced cancellation. I'd say as far back as March of this year. With all of the hype around 2015 depleting, the average number of active users also started to dwindle.
  21. Kind of surprised I haven't seen a topic about this already. Anyway, what do you all believe the future holds in store for BZPower now that Gen 2 has kicked the bucket? I wasn't around the first time this happened, so for any of you oldies who were, what sort of events unfolded as the community headed into uncharted waters? Do you predict that anything similar will happen now?
  22. I'd like to help out. I know a thing or two about designing concept arts for landscapes and characters, so I may be able to offer that talent to the group. Problem is, I'm having some trouble joining the Slack group. It says that I already need to have my email accepted with the group itself before I can participate.
  23. My vote went with "unlikely". If the rumors are true in that BIONICLE Gen2's sales were as horrendous as speculated, the retailers probably aren't going to be willing to purchase Lego products with the BIONICLE label on them in the future.
  24. It's not coming back. If it did as badly as it appears, retailers aren't going to consider purchasing Bionicles from Lego again.
  25. To the second part of your question: I believe that in combination with spending a great deal of time in Mangia (which is near to Metru Nui) as well as gaining the knowledge that Mutran learned from Tren Krom, it is very likely that Teridax was able to accumulate some of the information from Mata Nui's research. Him periodically traveling down to the Core Processor is not unlikely.
