Hapori Tohu Posted February 24, 2016 Share Posted February 24, 2016 The 2016 LEGO Bionicle mobile game app Mask of Control has finally been released on iOS, seemingly worldwide. The Android version has also finally gotten a worldwide release, having previously only been available in select countries. The free app combines the touch-based gameplay of last year's Bionicle: Mask of Creation app with more of a fighting game style. Presently Tahu, Lewa, and Pohatu are playable, but the other three Toa will be added in the next update. Follow the links above for more details or to download the app! PASS It is also quite literally free. Passing on it just because it's not 100% complete YET and because it's based on another successful mobile game's formula seems a little silly. I mean, I would've loved a game like this in some of the later years of G1, when all we got were mediocre-to-terrible browser games... VahiHolder02 Posted February 25, 2016 Share Posted February 25, 2016 I downloaded it this morning, and have played it for a little bit. It's pretty fun, I have to say. The action sequences are great, and it offers a reasonable level of challenge. The only two things I feel could be improved ironically have nothing to do with the gameplay itself. I miss the character bios from Mask of Creation, and it would be great if I could look at the comic without having to restart the game. Of course, I could be wrong and maybe just haven't found these things yet, but I'm really at a loss for where these controls might be.
