Dear readers, since Lewa got a chance to speak alone after the joint Onua/Lewa interview, I figured I should extend the same privilege (?) to Onua. I caught him on his mobile phone, hard at work in a tunnel.
 Interview with  Onua, Toa of EarthGaliGee: Since Lewa had a few things to add since we three last spoke, I wanted to see if you wanted to say anything else. Onua [over loud background noises]: Hey! Ruko! Shut down that crab for a minute! I can't hear a thing! [noises stop] Sorry, GaliGee, now I can hear better. Uh, yeah, I guess I want to let the BZ members know that Lewa and I don't really fight all the time. GaliGee: Yes, Lewa said that, too. Onua: Of course we have a lot of fun teasing each other. And we were feeling pretty punchy, since he had just pulled off the krana. You know, we had a really frightening experience together, and we needed to let off some steam. But usually we are too busy to do much of that. GaliGee: I would think so. So many Bohrok, so little time. Sounds like the trap you and Lewa built worked great. He says you're quite a good inventor. Onua: Me? That was Lewa's idea! GaliGee: Are you REALLY his babysitter? Onua: Yes, I AM really his babysitter. But he is my babysitter, too! GaliGee: Has he ever saved you? Onua: Countless times! The infantry always can use air cover. Or should I say, the Corps of Engineers? GaliGee: You and your villagers ARE very impressive engineers. We at BZ have been wondering how you dug all those tunnels and mines. Onua: That was almost all their doing. I'm really proud of them! They have come up with some simple but really effective ways to move a lot of earth. And they really keep the economy of Mata Nui going, with the protodermis and all. They do it by digging, and digging, and digging... there aren't many slackers in Onu-Koro. GaliGee: What do you think of the Onua Nuva review that Dimensioneer just posted? Onua: Onua Nuva review? GaliGee: Yeah, I e-mailed you a link to it. Onua: Haven't checked my mail yet today. But I'd love to see it! What's it like? GaliGee: Well, you're gonna have a lot of the same parts -- head, body, gears, and so on. Lots of new armor, and some tools that look like saws, or bulldozer tracks, to wear on your hands or feet. Onua: Cool! I can't wait! When do I get the new look? GaliGee: Sometime in September, I think. Onua: Awesome! The Turaga have been telling us about the prophecy, where we transform after the Bohrok battle. But you know how it is with prophecies. They are kind of vague, and sometimes they seem different by the time you get all the details. Like we knew that Makuta could change shape, but who knew he would show up as a Tohunga? Good thing Kopaka saw through that one. Even though we all had the Akaku by then, he's still the best at it. GaliGee: What have the Turaga told you? Onua: We know that we will unlock the secret of the Bohrok with the krana, and that there will be a big battle with the creatures behind the swarm. We know they are big and ugly! And we suspect we will prevail, because afterward we will be transformed. But you never know... we could be transformed into a pile of loose parts... It's good to know we may have a pretty cool future. GaliGee: I hope I haven't spoiled the ending for you. Onua: On the contrary! Even when we read stuff on BZ or K-P or Moderator, we still don't know how the story will finally play out. Only the Great Beings know that. But you have given us new hope. We are bracing ourselves for an awful fight, and having faith will make us even stronger. GaliGee: My BZ signature says something about that. Onua: Good for you! Well, I'm gonna take a break and check out D's review of the new me. Am I handsome? GaliGee: Definitely. Onua: Maybe Gali will finally go out with me... Oh, well, I can dream, can't I? GaliGee: No comment. I've gotten myself into too much trouble talking about that stuff already. Onua: Yeah, I heard about what happened to your house. Sorry about that. GaliGee: Well, it's my own fault. I had it coming. Onua: Thanks for calling! Keep in touch! And say hi to BZ for me! GaliGee: I sure will. Thanks so much for talking with us. [click] Onua is looking forward to the Nuva, too, folks. But I hope that he and the other Toa will still be the same strong, selfless heroes in their hearts! This is GaliGee reporting. Hmmm...I know I read this before, but I guess I never did post a review...Well, here's what I have to say:
Great job as usual, GG! Yes, Onua IS Lewa's babysitter, isn't he?  But we never hear about the many times Lewa has rescued Onua...Maybe I should write a story about that. No, I probably need to finish "From Boys to Men" first!  That was funny about the "Corps of Engineers"! You know in WWII, they had the Seabees, who built bases, airports, and ports for the navy. Well, now, the Tohunga have the Onu-Bees! They'll "go anywhere, dig anything, and fight anything that gets in their way!" Ok, I don't know why I thought of that... But, again, GG, GREAT interview!
