So yeah, I've been playing Skyrim all day. Best game ever. Played for almost six hours before even getting to Whiterun. Though I think I found most of the dungeons in the south-west. Anyways, if I disappear for a few days. You know what happened.
So I was wondering: In order to play modern games, (e.g. Skyrim, Assassin's Creed...) do I need Windows 7? Or can I run most games with XP? I haven't used a Windows PC since before Vista came out, so I'm a little out of the loop on such things.
Okay, imagine this: A game, set in the Naruto Universe, with the quality and depth of Skyrim. Would that not be the coolest thing? Other good universes would be Zelda, The Last Airbender, and Pokémon. Seriously, can someone get on that?
So I was playing Final Fantasy VII, trying to get Omnislash. I walk into the battle square with my 130 GP, ready for the long haul. 2 and-a-half hours later, I'm on my last 10 GP. Only 250 points away from the necessary 51200. Get insta-killed. 7 points short.
Well, looks like the board's back up. You know what that means... Anyways, I'm done with finals. Finally. Been tag-team marathoning Doctor Who, Majora's Mask, and Final Fantasy VII to keep myself busy.
So, Valve is releasing a Portal 2 DLC on May 8th. Puzzle editing. It's gonna be awesome. I'm already thinking of crazy tests. Gonna be some mad science up in here.
Just got back from a Needtobreathe concert. Fourth time I've seen 'em live. If you haven't heard if them, go look them up. Right now. They're the best live act I've ever heard. They're fantastic. The annoying part is that I could see the building where Brickfair is held from where we parked, but I just can't make it when Brickfair's actually being held.
Woah. That ruled. The first song was a little lack-luster in my opinion, but Cadence's song was so awesome! A few things from the MLP staff: The names of the songs were, in order: B.B.B.F.F This Day Aria Love is in Bloom The Changeling Queen's name is Chrysalis. Anyways, I saw Derpy a few times, but never Derp'd. Also, HOLY COW VINYL SCRATCH UP IN THIS! And Lyra/Colgate voices! I don't know if anyone else saw it, but when Rainbow rescued Fluttershy, they totally nuzzled. IT HAPPENED!
I'm holding off on the finale until I can watch the whole thing in one sitting. Preferably in 1080 pi. So it might be tonight. In other news, I just had to chase a swarm of bees out of my cat's food dish so he could eat. wut.

So, I've officially decided that div and curl fields are the coolest things ever. I love math visualizations, and this is hands down the coolest one I've ever done. I seriously can't get over how much fun it is. Oh god did I just say it was fun? I blame you, Wind.
Finally got around to playing some. Someone in my Physics class wanted the Professor Portal acheivement. I didn't have a mic, so the solving was pretty one-sided.
