Note: Slight spoilers for the Pokemon Generations videos are below. Don't read if you haven't seen them yet. I've seen the first four episodes of Pokemon Generations, And I have to say that I've really enjoyed what I've seen so far. It's really cool to see events from the Pokemon world from other viewpoints besides those from Ash and his friends at the time. Plus, many of these events are from the games themselves, which is also neat IMO. I really like the animation they used for make these
Today the latest Pokemon video was released, showing some of the Pokemon that will be exclusive to either Sun or Moon. I'm personally liked the Sun exclusive ones a little more, especially Rockruff's midday form of Lycanroc. It looks like a really cool Rock Type Pokemon. The midnight form of Lycanroc looks alright, but its color scheme just looks off to me. As for the two other version exclusives, Passimian, a Sun Version exclusive, looks really cool. I can see it's ability being very useful
So I got on Twitter this morning and learned that today is apparently Batman Day. I don't think its an official day, but I still think it's cool that The Dark Knight has a day named after him. To celebrate this occasion, I'm going to post some Batman related videos in this blog entry that I think all fans of The Dark Knight will like. Here we go. First off, here is a
. I've watched this video a few times since I found it, and I think that it does a better job of presenting this speech then
So a couple weeks ago, I asked you all what should be the next set that I have laying around my room that I should build next. The set that won, at least according to what I read in the comments of it, was General Grievous. I wasn't able to build him at the time I said I was going to because life events got in the way. But yesterday I finally just sat down and got him built. Overall, I think he is a really impressive set. He definitely looks like his film counterpart. He is also bigger than I
So Star Wars: The Force Awakens appeared on the Starz channels this last weekend, so I decided to watch it after work because I haven't seen it since it was in theaters. Man, I forgot how great the music is in that movie. All the Star Wars movies have good music IMO, but the music in this one is particularly good. It was actually cool just to see the movie again in general. I really like it a lot. And I bet the Starz channels will be playing the movie a lot for the next week or two, so I'm
And yet more info on Pokemon Sun and Moon has been revealed visa another video. At this rate, we'll know everything about the games by the time they come out. But anyways, here is what I think about what was revealed in the latest video: 1. The new Pokemon look interesting, but their not the most exciting Pokemon revealed for these games IMO. Null looks cool, but I think its strange that its just a Normal type. Based on its design, I would've thought that it was part Ghost or Dark type, or
Another day, another Nintendo Direct. And this one had some interesting stuff in it. The reveal I liked most from this Direct would be that Super Mario Maker is coming to the 3DS. I've watched videos of people playing levels and I've wanted to try the game out, but I don't have a Wii U to do so. This 3DS version of the game will give me a chance to try it out. And it will even let play some Wii U levels from the game as well, which I think is neat. There's also a Mario Sports Superstar gam
Well, look what got released earlier today. Batman himself Ben Affleck released this short teaser of this DC fan favorite character on his Twitter account this morning. While there isn't that much to talk about, it is cool to see him here and I imagine this means he'll show up in the Justice League at some point. I admit, my excitement for that movie has gone up a little since watching this. I just hope the character is properly portrayed in it.
If you were to write a song, would you want it to be loved by the majority of people, become a classic as time went on, but not make any money off it at all, or would you want it to be hated by the majority of people, forgotten as time went on, but make millions of dollars off of it?
Some of you might remember this blog entry I made a few months ago asking which of the sets I had bought that I should build first. I only had three at the time: Tahu Uniter, General Grievous, and Darth Vader. And Tahu won in the end. But now I have six sets just sitting around because I haven't gotten to building them yet. (This can be blamed on a combination of my job, Pokemon Go, Federation Force, and my love of Youtube videos and TV shows. ) But now thanks to school starting up, the slow s
So I got Metroid Prime: Federation Force yesterday, and got some time to play it today. I only made it through the tutorial mode and a practice match of Blast Ball with an AI opponent. Overall, I really enjoyed what I've played so far. While the look of the game is different from that of the previous entries in the series, I still think it looks great. I look forward to seeing what the planets look like when I get to them on the campaign missions. The controls also work really well. The are
So truth be told, I actually saw this movie when it came out a few weeks back. I just haven't had the motivation time to type up my thoughts on it. I've seen it two more times since then, and since I have some free time now, I'll go ahead and get my thoughts posted on it. There are spoilers below, so read at your own risk.
Here it is, folks. The second trailer for the upcoming Star Wars: Rogue One which will be out in December. One of the things I noticed about it is that it has a darker tone to it than from what we saw with The Force Awakens trailers. I really hope that they keep this tone for the whole movie. I don't mind a few jokes here and there, like the couple they have here in the trailer. But overall I kind of want a darker story to be told in this movie. But that is just me. I also think the visuals
And here we have DC's third movie in it's connected universe. While I did think it was better than Batman vs. Superman, I do think it had some problems. Here are some of the pros and cons of Suicide Squad IMO. Warning, in the following I will talk about some spoilers about the movie, which is why its in spoiler tags. Read at your own risk.
*Thirty years ago yesterday, video game players were introduced to a lone bounty hunter by the name of Samus Aran, who began her journey to rid the universe of Space Pirates and Metroids in the 1986 game titled 'Metroid.' Since then, there have been several titles that have been added to this growing series. Metroid 2: Return of Samus. Super Metroid. Metroid Fusion. Metroid Prime. Metroid: Zero Mission. Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. Metroid Prime Hunters. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. Metroid: Other
It's been a long time since fans of the Metroid series have gotten a new game in this franchise. That ends this month with the release of Metroid Prime: Federation Force. It's hard to believe that we are actually just a couple weeks away from its release. It still feels like its months away to me. I really hope the game is good. I know that there are some fans who think that this game will be bad, and they could be right. But I'm going to play it myself and make my own judgments on it. For al
The latest Pokemon Sun/Moon trailer is here, and it has a ton of new info in it. Here are my thoughts on it. 1. The new form for Exeggutor looks interesting. It seems like it went on a extreme diet. Though I think the biggest change about it is that it is part dragon instead of part psychic. I imagine that there is a certain way to evolve Execute in the game to get the Exeggutor that you want, because not having the original in the region, as least as an option, would be kind of disappointing
Goodbye, Gen 2 Bionicle. You were fun while it lasted. You gave us some cool sets and some really amazing masks. (Mask of Creation FTW!) And while your story wasn't the best, it did have some good moments. Plus you gave us a TV show, which is something Gen 1 never got. (I still need to watch it though. ) R.I.P Bionicle. Maybe we'll see you again sometime in the future.
It's been a long time since I've asked one of these, so I thinks its time to finally ask another random question. If you could pick one real-life place to live on earth, whether it be a city, town, or an other place, where would it be?
Over the last few weeks, Pokemon Go has basically taken over whatever country it has been released in. There have been numerous stories that have been caused by the game. Everything from people snooping behind police stations to people falling off 100 foot cliffs to people even finding dead bodies! And those aren't even the craziest stories people have from playing this game. I started playing the game last week, around the time I went to Las Vegas. I had a lot of time to play the game at nigh
So like I said in my previous entry, I did a lot of stuff in Las Vegas while on vacation. (Nothing that I can't post about here though. ) I thought I'd give a quick breakdown of what exactly I did while my Dad and I were there. 1. We stayed at the Paris Hotel, which had a huge ground area. It was bigger than any other ground I have ever seen in a hotel. Though that is to be expected for a hotel in Vegas. But since we were staying there, we got a discount for a trip to the top of the Eiffel
My trip to Las Vegas has come to an end. Thus, I am back home and again active on BZP. I did A LOT on this vacation, but since I just got home an hour ago as of this post, I think I'll save those details for a future entry. I still have four days off from my job though, which will give me plenty of time catch up on everything that has happened on BZP, videos posted on Youtube, and get info on the other various sites I visit.
