i know that it's up to interpretation whether Wander is truly "good" or not, but i consider him to be a good guy so i figured i'd put him in there.

I know most of you are probably going 'Wait Sephiroth a Hero?! Wut?' but need i mind you he was not always a crazy psycho path. No as Crisis core reveals a bit more further he was actually quite the good guy being recognized as a hero to most of Gaia. He was among the highest ranking member of Soldier. So yeah I want to commemorate Sephiroth's past since it is so commonly forgotten.

He had his own Fan Club in Crisis Core!

The only reason I can think to null her would be that she's not really a villain, but other than that it's fine really.
