I prefer 1%, but it was never my choice and now I do not like the taste of anything else. IDK the health benefits between any of them, and don't care since the taste is the most important aspect.

And yes, over, not under. My roommate of two years did that, and the rest of us wondered who it was doing that. Grrr. (He is not anymore. No, not because of this.)
