IC: (Damek) With a thud, Damek tumbled to the mud and rolled. As soon as he had his bearings, however, he fired a crossbow bolt for the Toa's midsection, aiming for a chink in the armor. Due to the type of crossbow he was using, the propulsion itself would keep the projectile immune to the effects of altered gravity. Basically this meant that Silo couldn't gravitise it away from himself.

IC: (Damek) The Onu-Matoran, stop his steady steed, raced towards the assassin and his would-be prey. He pulled to a halt some twenty feet behind Silo. "In the name of Onu-Koro, you are under arrest," he said, crossbow drawn and directed at the Ba-Toa.

Does anyone know where I can find pictures of any sets? It seems as though some members have already seen the upcoming wave, and I still wasn't sure if this was really a thing.

Mine is torn apart and stored in the attic. I really wish I'd gotten the Mata off the internet before I lost interest- it'd be cool to have the originals.

Alas, pizazz is costly. However, with an influx of new members comes the possibility of an influx of new premier members, and that means possible upgrades. Who knows? Maybe we'll get flashy animations or something.

IC:(Damek) "Look out!" Damek shouted at the top of his lungs as the throwing knife flew its course.

Was the Fythold Ultimate Dragon meant to invoke the feel of How to Train Your Dragon? I say this because it features a black dragon tamed and ridden by a shaggy brown haired dude. Either way, these are all very well done. They remind me of your Lord of the Rings sets, and like those sets, they're higher quality than some of the sets real Lego has been releasing of late. The dragons are all beautiful, but I have to ask: do they stay together very well? What kind of mobility do they have?

IC: (Damek) The Ussalryman sped his Ussal up, riding Sull to the top of a hill at a speedy gallop to gain a vantage point, some sixty yards away from the tree Silo stood in. "Hmm...just as I suspected," he said grimly, spotting Silo in a tree, throwing knife in hand. The job was simple- take out the assassin before the assassin took out his target. Pulling out his crossbow, he aimed straight for his target's head, waiting to see whether or not the Toa backed out or not; he preferred taking lethal action only when absolutely necessary.

IC: (Damek) "And you say this Toa of gravity threatened you for information?" asked the Ussalryman, voice chasmic and serene. His deep tones helped to calm the worker. "Y-yes," stammered the Onu-Matoran in reply, "I believe he's heading for Le-Koro. Following someone." "Don't worry, my friend, he will be brought to justice." Damek, determined as ever, climbed back onto Sull, his Ussal, and with a nod of assurance to the worker, took off after Silo. OOC: To Le-Koro.

Onarax- ahem, sorry, "Hubert": I don't think this counts as staff favoritism (as you stated in white text between your lines), as the concept of "Carmen Sandiego" is an inconsistent and fluid character in the various games and such she was involved in, and Basilisk has put far more thought into her backstory than the majority of the games ever did. Trust me, I played them when I was a wee lad.

IC: (The Black Knight) Against the wall, a vastly detailed and authentic, though seemingly ornamental suit of black armor stood atop a pedastal, on which the words "Knight" had been engraved. This suit, an imtimidating mass of metal formed into humanoid form, was lifeless as far as the occupants of room could tell- though Romulus knew better. Inside the suit was hidden a soldier, peerless in his trade. For seven years he had trained as a swordsman, and for years since he'd trained yet more. He, too, remembered the Congo, and the men lost there... Legionnaires fell at all sides, the sound of death drowning out even the sound of gunfire, but the Black Knight did not fall. He stood, downing beast after beast as best he could, but slowly...surely, the number of demons grew larger than the number of bullets left, and he realized a very simple fact: survival never came without blood. First, his gun clashed to the ground, then his helmet. It was time. The Knight roared. This transformation, this mutation, was never pleasant, even in optimal conditions. Once again, he roared, even as abominations closed in on him. Inside his body, one thousand implosions occured, the final cultivation being a superhuman, sword of black steel in hand, staring down the Brothers' hellions with malice. With one last roar, he hacked the head of a man-sized cockroach clean off of its ugly form. He hacked again. And slashed. And jabbed. He did not relent until his ebony armor was stained in the blood of his enemies, their entrails littering his chainmail. This was the last time the Black Knight of Hellfire had taken it upon himself to use his ability- a hidden weapon that likely only Romulus knew of.

IC: (Leah) "You all can thank me later for not letting the food burn," she murmured as she presented the tray of oriental burgers to her newfound teammates.

Rules have changed in some areas (not at all to say the staff is letting things slide or the like, they all do a great job) but as far as linking to other sites and what not, things have moved past where they were in BZP's earlier years. With an influx of new members, many of them likely being young, impressionable kids, will rules revert to their original state? Or will Moderators simply crack down?

IC: (Leah) Leah was already distracted again, mind moving from one piece of charred meat to the next. Muttering something about Daken's burgers, she disappeared into the kitchen.

IC: (Icha) "Nice to meet you, Mahluk, and welcome to Ko-Koro." He gestured behind himself. "We should head back to the village. I can only hold back the blizzard for so long."

IC: (Leah) "Poor guy," Leah said of the mess of bones and flesh splattered against the pavement below, "all he wanted was Dakey's love..."

IC: (Icha) "Icha Boud, at your service. Lieutenant of the guard and friend to all lost travelers," he assured with a smile.

OOC: Yup, you're right. My mistake. IC: (Leah) As John lunged, she sidestepped gracefully, twirled, and aimed a rough kick at his lower spine, likely causing an incredible amount of pain if it hit. While he had his back to her, she channeled a tendrillic stream of flame to follow his head, wherever he moved it. Even if he dodged (which wasn't likely, as he literally couldn't see it coming), it would likely set fire to his hair, which, at its short length, would burn to his skull before he could put the flames out. "Feel free to take a seat," she said to her comrades, "animal control is always simple with a little fire in the mix."

OOC: Wolverine's claws grew back as bone rather than metal, but from the context I'm assuming Howlett's skeleton is naturally metal. It's whatever, really. IC: (Leah) "I don't think Daken is listening to you," she said in response to John's rambling. The pyrokinetic tilted her head as Howlett grew claws. This didn't worry her, however- she had a number of advantages, the least of which was not the powerful team of superhumans she had allied herself with. She threw an appreciative wink in Angela's direction but getting down to business. John had a few factors in his favor as well. She just had to turn them around on him, something she could do and had done for years. His claws were his first advantage. She had no melee weapons, so she couldn't deflect or block them- all she could do was dodge. Bending her knees, she ducked under the swipe. Momentum was his second tool, his most powerful...but also his most easily turned on him. As she ducked, she darted hard into his knees with (slightly) superhuman strength. Unless he had developed the ability to teleport, he would tumble over her, landing flat on his back.
