  1. IC: ZealokanHe snapped out of his daydreaming with a shake of the head. 'Sorry. zoned out. What did I miss? Ah, Merror, pleased to see you again!' He didn't remember walking with Miha. Must've been a vivid daydream.
  2. IC: SayltSaylt promptly fell unconscious, having willingly embraced the dreamworld, the world of freedom.IC: DanaveBeing a Toa of Psionics, she was able to see through the illusion. She gathered up a ball of pure psychic energy in her hands, drawing on the illusionary world that everyone else was dreaming of, and launched it at the Shepherds's chest, hoping to break his armour.
  3. IC: SayltThe Toa of Ice dragged himself to his feet, and opened his eyes. Then he realised that they were already open, and that the whole group was shrouded in darkness. 'Oh, bother.' He was able see his companions to a small degree, feeling the lack of cold at certain points in the shadow. He found the Makuta's cold signature, and launched a torrent of ice at it.IC: Danave Danave was able to pull off a similar trick, but with mental signatures. She attempted a telekinetic attack, sweeping his legs out from under him. If she succeeded, the Makuta's concentration would be broken, and the shroud would fall.
  4. IC: ZealokanHis jaw gaunt, eyes fixed forward, it may have appeared that he didn't want to say anything more to Miha. The truth was, it's not that he didn't, it's that he couldn't. Hearing what this Matoran had gone through, carrying on despite all the horrible things that had happened in her life, it was inspiring His eyes softened in acknowledgement of Miha's words. 'You're stronger than you know.' With that, he modified his pace, moving along the path at a light jog.
  5. IC: Zealokan'So you're going to let other people's choices and assumptions about you get in the way of having a good life? Look, even if it was your fault, who cares? Like you said, you messed up, it happens to all of us. Sometimes you just have to look people, and life in general, straight in the eye and say "Sod off, I'm going to be happy, and there's nothing you can do to stop me." Now, I'm going to admit that I'm not the best motivational speaker, otherwise I'd be doing more seminars, and less risking life and limb on a daily basis. For all I know, I'm rambling.' Zealokan then came to the sudden realisation that he WAS rambling, and promptly shut up.
  6. IC: Zealokan'We all do. That's why we were formed, right? So that everyone would get a happy ending.' He tried to slide his hands into his pockets, but remembered that he tore up his robe for the Glider's wing membrane. 'Which brings me to an interesting point; when this is all over, when the Makuta's gone and we don't have anything more to worry about... then what? I suppose we all just sit on our backsides and wait for the next threat to rear its' ugly head so that we can jump into action.'He sighed, his eyes flashing in the light. 'Maybe I'll become a Turaga. Lead the people, you know?' He laughed loudly. 'I can see it now, hunched over with a cane and a limp, yelling at whippersnappers to get of my darn doorstep.'
  7. IC: ZealokanHe held a finger to the Matoran's mouth, shushing her. 'I get it. Problem is, everyone's left. It's going to be Karzahni gathering them all again.' He looked forward along the path. 'Failing that, I'll find Payiges, and we'll settle down in a nice hut, by the seaside, just the two of us. And Aki, of course.'
  8. IC: Zealokan'Tell that to Dekuna. I think I can still feel the lump on my head.' He chuckled, and looked around, admiring the tranquillity of the jungle. 'So, what do we do after today? I mean, most of the Hau Karda have gone AWOL, Payiges is missing outright, we're barely a team any more.'
  9. IC: Zealokan 'It's ironic because you're walking too fast for someone who controls Motion itself to keep up at his normal pace.' There was a few seconds of silence. 'And I'm sorry.'
  10. IC: Zealokan'Ironically enough, you're walking too fast.' He brought Miha back to her original pace, and sped himself up. 'That's better. I never did apologise for interfering with yours and Havon's fight in Ga-Wahi, did I?'
  11. OOC: ..... I only just read that. SNELLY. Y U KILL OFF COOL CHARACTERS.IC: Zealokan'Echelon.... He was in Po-Wahi that one time, wasn't he? With all the Kofo-Jaga?' He altered her speed slightly, slowing her to his own pace.
  12. IC: Zealokan'It'll do until we can find some Widgets, I guess. I've already put Aki in a stable, I don't think there's anything else we need to do. Onwards.' As they set of for their night's accomodation, Zealokan folded his hands behind his back. 'I can't help but feel I should go see Skyra at some point. He helped me through a lot.'
  13. IC: Zealokan'Ahh, right. Good lord, I'm becoming forgetful.' He scratched his head awkwardly.
  14. IC: ZealokanHe and Miha conversed for a while before Zealokan noticed Havon's absence. 'Where in Karzahni is he?' He felt something on his back, and pulled it off.'Don't worry about me, I just need time to clear my head. I'll catch you guys later. - Havon. Alright, he was our boss, after all. Speaking of, you want to grab a drink?'
  15. IC: Reaver'Tillian?' Not the first person she wanted to see, but she was grateful nonetheless. 'I've seen better days, but they say I should be fine.' She gazed at the far wall. 'Sorry about the Casa. Fine place, it was. Well-stocked wine cellar.'
  16. IC: Reaver'We have SO much in common,' she stated in a sarcastic tone.
  17. IC: Reaver'You could cut my predictability with a knife, there was so much of it. Oddly enough, I did a lot of that. Except it was people, not predictability.'
  18. IC: Reaver'You probably wouldn't have if you knew who I was when I had the Mark.'
  19. IC: Reaver'Stood by and watched me bleed out on the street, hoping that someone else would happen along me and help me here before I died.' She spoke grimly, matter-of-factly. 'You had a choice, and you chose to help me, and that is why I thank you.'
  20. IC: Reaver'I guess so, yeah... Thank's for getting me here, by the way. Don't know how long I would've lasted otherwise.'
  21. IC: Reaver'Well, I was in the wine cellar, I went out of the wine cellar, everything was on fire, I-' Reaver was interrupted by another coughing fit. 'Sorry. I went back into the wine cellar, building collapsed, I crawled out of the wreckage, you found me, and here we are.'
  22. IC: Reaver 'Do tell. Or, you know, don't, if you're not comfortable with it.'
  23. IC: Reaver'Oh.' She went red. 'Sorry.'
