  1. Kingdom of the Crystal Skull comes out on my birthday, so I'm planning to see it then! :happydance:

I'll get the bootleg of Wall-E... not worth the amount of kids in the theater.

    ~AA

Or you can legally see it in theaters after it's been showing for a while. Or watch it at night. :shrugs:

  2. When walking by windows in the dark, I find myself imagining bullets shattering them in their course towards my head...

I have that exact same fear. :fear:

And maybe it's a good thing you're afraid of needles, because vaccine shots are bad for you. For one thing, they're not natural. Metal chemicals mixed with the blood of various animals, and who knows what else to "prevent" a simple illness. I'd rather eat non-GMO fruit and vegetables to remain healthy.

Also, I might have a slight fear of heights, but it's an exciting, adrenaline-type of fear.

  3. Add Artemis Fowl, or Butler's gunna throw you out the window.

Well, I don't know who Butler is, but this is a list of books I've read, (and a select few I plan to read,) and I haven't read anything from that series yet. But if I do, I'll be sure to post my opinions.

Surprised I don't see you more often in my blog, though in all honesty it's been a while since any of my entries have maintained that Lemony Snicket vibe for which I started it. Still, please check some of the older entries out if you haven't already.

Actually, you've been on my blog favorite's list for a while now. I guess I just haven't commented on anything yet.

I've read the first, second, and the first book of the sixth item on that list. Personally, I didn't care whatever the meaning of that trilogy was, I just didn't really think it was any good. Kinda boring. Now, The Bartimaeus Trilogy, that's a good trilogy. And Percy Jackson and the Olympians.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll be borrowing The Lightning Thief on my next trip to the Library, so after I read that I'll post my opinions.

I also have a list of books I want to read, though unfortunately, my library doesn't have any of them. If you've read any of the books listed below, could you tell me how you liked them, or didn't like them? The books are...

    - The Glass Books of the Dream Eaters - G.W. Dahlquist

    - The Mortal Engines Series - Philip Reeve

    - Mister Monday: Keys to the Kingdom - Garth Nix

    - The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen - Alan Moore

  4. There's a movie called Avatar, but it is not going to be the cartoon, it a diffrent type of movie.

But there's also going to be one based on the cartoon. Here's the Wikipedia link, since I can't link to where I originally found the press release.

    Was there a new episode?

Yeah. It hasn't aired in America yet, but you can find it online.

  5. *twitch* *twitch* The occasionally insuppresible grammatical stickler within me decrees that I must point out that it's spelled "college." With an e. Otherwise it's a compilation of images. :lookaround:
Oops. I guess I need to fix that. Oh well, thanks for pointing that out for me.

There's always opportunities for collage as long as there are scissors, glue sticks, magazines and a little bit of imaaaaaagination!

All that aside, best of luck to you! You've still got time to decide on things, so don't stress all that.

Oh, I'm not. I don't plan to go to college until I know I'm ready. Which might not be for a year or two after graduation. I'm taking my time on this. ;)
  6. It's not as if I plan to be single forever, it's just that I don't see anyone who's really worthy of my love right now. That, and I think Middle School is too young for dating.
    Same here.

And -KW-, I think you may be over-analyzing this. Being single isn't bad. But you're right in that having a genuine relationship with someone is something everyone needs.

  7. Okay, worst thing you can do is probably organizing by color.

It's easier to find a red 3x3 quarter-circle in a pile of quarter-circles than it is to find a red quarter circle in a pile of other red parts.

Okay, I see what your saying...

All of my pieces are sorted into small plastic drawers according to shape. For example, all the 2x2 bricks go stacked with each other in one drawer, all the 2x3 roof pieces get their own, etc. I arrange the drawers according to how their content relates. So all the slant piecesare by each other, all the bricks are by each other, all the 1/3 plates are by each other, etc. Of course, not every single shape gets its own drawer; some of the related ones share. I have three sets of drawers, too. So all of the more basic pieces like bricks, slants, plates, etc. are collected in their own drawer. Another drawer contains more "particle" pieces like the one-stud cylinder pieces, those little clasp connectors, stuff like that. And the third drawer has more functioning things like hinges and wheels. So there's structure, aesthetic, and functionality.
Thanks, organizing like that makes much more sense. I'll try a system like that.
