LEGO pulled a complete 180 on me! These new sets are awesome and the new show is exactly what I wanted last year to be! Awesome action, great animation, and different voice actors! Picked up all six Toa plus Umarak at a LEGO Store in Seattle last month. I'm running out of room for more sets!

I prefer to display the sets with the studs, but I am the only one allowed to touch them and in Skull Warrior's case I keep his alternate weapon as his Primary and the Bow is kept on his back.

Can someone please tell me how the heck I'm supposed to put Skull Warrior's bow on his back and his spear in his hand? The back of his box shows the blade in his fist with the handle under his fist and the bow is apparently hooked to the back by the top handle except in the actual set there is no room for either. The thing is, I prefer his spear because when I'm handling him I don't want to accidentally shot his bow and lose a stud. (Which happened once already.)

I REALLY hope they don't re release the same characters year after year. Let's hope LEGO does enough to make me want two Gali sets.

Yes! Now I can ship Onua/Korgot! In other news, while I'm totally happy she's a powerful Earth Protector, It will take some time for me to get used to the fact that the blue sets (Which are my favorite,) won't be pure female all the time anymore.

Bionicle has the best mask designs period. I can't even begin to tell you guys how awesome Skull Grinder's mask is. Ekimu manages to give the cool yet worn Protector's mask a heroic, regal feel. and that Sawblade Shield is a nice touch. I didn't expect it to come with Ekimu, but now that it has I can't see him without it.

How about we let people do whatever they want to do with their set and not act all snobby, hmm? In other news, I REALLY want to order the new sets from LEGO.com but due to parental concerns I might have to wait forever.

I was gonna skip out on Skull Scorpio but I want all the new bad guys. THESE were the bad guys we needed. Basher and Warrior look so cool. Slicer looks okay. Ekimu vs. Kulta is by far the best set of the entire reboot for many reasons. I just wish the stand for the Mask of Creation was a bit bigger.

...Why the heck are the Skull bad guys running TOWARDS the Toa after taking a mask? It doesn't make sense. Also, Gali should have gotten an opponent. ...Also, Onua should be more than able to take on Skull Basher. Eh. Whatever.

Seconded. And you get the mask of the year, the Mask of Creation. It'll likely be the most expensive set this year, but I consider it worth it. Agreed. I might pick up one of the Skull Warriors down the road, but for now the big set is the only set that catches my eye.

I wonder when the second episode of the show will come out. I liked the first one and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be.

Honestly the only Summer set I'm impressed with is Ekimu vs. Makuta. It looks so special and fun and I get two characters instead of one.

The episodes are terrible, though. With horrible animation and cringe worthy writing. I can't even bring myself to watch the newest episode because I know it'll be full of narm.

I have the whole winter wave as well, and aside from Tahu's arm problems and a few botched sticker placements, all the sets are nothing short of incredible. Gali in particular. I might grab the Master Chief one bundle and the Mask Maker Set. I don't really care for LEGO's other themes aside from maybe Elves, but there is no way a grown man is going to be taken seriously with Azari's Bakery on his shelf.

I never have, because I prefer my sets to be canon built. THIS. Also, Should I even consider buying any of the Skull Villains? My birthday is in August, and I want an Xbox One, but dat Mask Maker set doe....

A million times this. I love Bionicle, but if I knew this was what it would end up like four months in I think I would have just bought Gali and that's it. The animations are horrible, Tahu is the only one with any screen time, the only villain is a stupid spider, and the heroes have no sense of depth or relatable concepts to them. They made my favorite Toa, Gali, look like a complete fool running in and trying to attack the spider when in Gen 1 she wouldn't have done anything like that.
