....Warrior looks pretty cool too... I know for a fact I'm skipping Scorpio. That thing is just ugly.

Ekimu vs. Skull Grinder is going to be one of the best sets ever for obvious reasons. At first I didn't like Ekimu being a shrimp with a generic Protector mask but then I remembered that he's fighting for his mask and possibly his life, which gives the set a sense of urgency. Skull Scorpio on the other hand has to be the ugliest, laziest, most abrasive set I've ever seen. If I ever gave the LOSS any flak this guy gets it ten times over for being so generic and lame. Those legs remind me of some happy meal Transformer legs. Basher and Warrior look kind of cool, though.

Alright that's it. I'm only grabbing the Mask Maker/Skull Grinder set. Mostly because I also want an Xbox One but also because the other sets just look... unfinished? The legs have these huge armor pieces but then the arms are bony. The masks look cool and the weapons are nice but other than that I just don't know if any of the other sets are worth picking up. If I had to choose, I'd probably grab Warrior, Basher, or Slicer. Probably Basher.

I think I fixed it. The black gear in his box was loose so I just pushed it around until it stopped jiggling. Success?

What part keeps falling off, the socket joint or the axle joint connected to the ball? Um... The entire left arm falls out and I have to shove it back in. I was trying to ask what pert keeps disconnecting, but looking back my wording got kind of jumbled. I assume you mean the axle comes out of the gearbox. My first guess would be a loose axle, though I'm not sure how it could be that loose. Maybe the gear it connects to is loose or cracked. I'd say to check how you assembled it, but I can't imagine any kind of error that would result in the arm "falling out" as you say, aside from leaving the gear out entirely. Unless you mean the socket disconnects, in which case a cracked or defective socket might be the culprit. The set looks fine to me....

...TAHU'S ARM KEEPS FALLING OFF. In other news, Gali is everything I could have hoped for and more. The funny thing is, even though I said I like her battle mode, I prefer her Adrenaline Mode because she just looks so slim and light and ready to dive into the deep.

INIKA. I grew up with these guys as my first Toa team and I can't tell you how many accounts I have under Hahli's name. Funnily enough, my Xbox Live Gamertag is Hahli Nuva. I like both teams, but I just felt too relatable to the Inika. They were so new and had these cool powers and personalities that I couldn't ignore. I didn't get to experience the other Toa teams but the Inika were my first. I guess this is why 2006 holds a special place in my heart.

Eh... what? The Piraka chilled in a dank lounge with rap music, and their the tagline was "The Gang is on the Loose". Heck, Piraka.com took place in a police station with each character getting a mugshot. I fail to see why you fail to see people referring to them as gangsters, cause they clearly were. -NotS I loved that site.

I loved Bara Magna. The entire Gladiator thing was fresh and it really set a nice pace away from the whole gloom and doom of the previous year.

I really hope they go for a more organic route. I never would have been as interested in Bionicle as I am now if they were fully robots.

If I hear someone mention the word 'books' one more time, I am going to go insane. I don't mean to be offensive, but I have seen at least 10,000 people mention the Bionicle books. Remember that the target audience for Bionicle is boys from the ages of 6-12. The books (if any) will most likely be very cringe worthy and mind numbing. Oh yeah? Sorry to burst your bubble, but 2001 was the worst year for Bionicle. in fact, the story didn't start picking up until 2003. I never cared about the 'magic' or 'mystery'. 2006 had all of that and more. Giant axe wielding monsters? Check. Lightning powers? Check. An important storyline that would shape the future of the series? Check. 'But wahh! It didn't have stupid online games and mask packs!' Too bad. It didn't need any of that. It had awesome light up swords and rain drenched garages with the AAR backing the heroes as they assaulted the evil Piraka base. In fact, I regret not getting any of the Piraka now because back then I didn't have money. And since you pointed it out, YES, I like 'gang culture' and dark and gritty stuff. What's wrong with that? It's better than some childish stick robots trying to fight rolling balls. Good for you. FYI, people are inclined to have their own opinions and disagreeing with them is not reason to start bashing on someone. Personally, I don't feel that the year that can be summed up in the words "Yo, yo, Pirika" is the best. Also, why does everyone praise the 'darkness' of 2006? I'm sorry, but 2006 is a walk in the park when compared to stories such as A Clockwork Orange or the Lord of the Rings. 2006 was a wannabe gang attacking deformed villagers while a Toa team saved the day and (failed) getting the Ignika. LOTR is (basically) about the end of the world and the dominion of the dark lord Sauron. I don't think that I can get into A Clockwork Orange on BZPower. My point is that 2006 to me never reflected the comments of many others. For example: "2006 was so great and dark" Why was it so great? "2006 was really dark" How was it dark? "It had the Pirika, and Mata-Nui was dying, and... did I mention that it was dark?" You just got mad at a poster for bashing someone's opinion, and then you continued to bash his opinion. Exactly. The hypocrisy was just too great.

That's the one with Pohatu, right? Amazon has one listed new at 86 USD, give or take some change. If yours is opened, but still in good condition and has all its pieces... I'd say you could maybe sell for ~65-ish? Though don't take my word for this, you might find a buyer willing to pay more. It's a little dusty but other than that it's in good condition.

I feel that the LOSS needs his own name. He looks like a lord, but his set really strips him of that title. He's more of a Goliath spider than a Lord.

I FINALLY HAVE THE ENTIRE WINTER WAVE! I love everything about it! Just one problem: I'm building Onya and his instructions say to use two black bars for his hammer. I only have two left and the one I have left doesn't bring the top half of the hammer down to his fist. I am left with a small grey back and a black peg and a little blackball. Any ideas where I can find that third bar? Did I do something wrong? He looks fine to me. It's just his weapon.
