so the Helryx (Hoseryx, whatever!) that was pictured earlier in this topic didn't win? well that's a relief! still, the best (in my opinion) was the Helryx i mentioned in my initial reply! she just looks so amazing! also, the winning Helryx is hunched over? what is she, the freaking hunchback ov Notre Dam? i just don't like seeing Helryx as a hunched over character (especially since she's a freaking (female) TOA!)! now, i know there are Toa like Onua and Pohatu who were hunched as part ov their design (until 2008) but still! as for my "art", bro if you saw any ov my erotic MOCs you would probably be disgusted! i am not proud ov those MOCs and i was never a good MOCist in the first place, but whatever! i do better at singing than i do at building Bionicle (or even HF) MOCs! i originally intended to form a Christian Rock band at some point, but with this stupid pandemic still in existence i don't think that'll happen any time soon! so regardless ov whatever "art" i create it'll never live up to anyone's (not even my own) expectations! like i said, singing is a passion i have but i haven't been able to do ANY covers for a while now! so i'm pretty much screwed in all directions! lol anyway, i'm sorry for having an opinion (which i am entitled to) on the canonization ov a character from a children's toy line! and i'm sorry for being a jerk (if i ever was) about this stuff! i'm not usually like this, but when something set's me off i get unhappy (for lack ov better terms)! it's bad enough to find out my father's Uncle Bob died sometime Tuesday morning, so i'm not happy about that (i'm actually very sad. ), so yeah! and i'm sorry for the long reply, but i just felt i had to say what was going through my mind! (plus i'm Autistic, so... ) i'm sure you understand!

i'll say this; the contest was freaking rigged! i'v been avoiding TTV for the longest time now (please don't ask me to explain cuz' i won't!) and them being accused ov tampering with the votes for this contest is no surprise to me! the drama involved in this contest is freaking ridiculous and stupid! i choose to avoid contests altogether (no matter what site is hosting them) cuz' i just don't have the energy to put into a MOC that'll never win (mostly cuz' some ov my MOCs are a bit erotic), so it would be a waste ov time for me to enter in a contest just to lose! it sucks! also, the winning Helryx is NOT the winning Helryx for me! not by a freaking long-shot! this is the Helryx i believe should be canonized: but yeah! well, congrats to the winner anyway! i was really hoping for the Helryx i mentioned would win, but whatever! stuff happens!

yeah, i kinda figured that, but thanks for replying anyway! also, Krakua does look sorta "steampunk/cyberpunk"-like in terms ov looks! so credit to the MOCist for the design ov the MOC! now if only Helryx had a similar canonization contest, OH WAIT!! SHE DID!! (thanks to TTV) lol

well this is new news to me! once again i have discovered something that i have never freaking heard before! is this gonna happen all the time from now on? lol anyway, i first saw Toa Krakua in the Lego Club Magazine (most likely in 2005) and he had a dark grey Hau! and i always thought that was his actual mask! that was until this topic was made! lol no but seriously, this is interesting to hear 15 years later! i also never knew the Kanohi Suletu had a "normal" variant (proves how much i know! lol)! oh well! i believe the dark gray Hau was meant to be his actual mask since that's what he had when he first appeared in the Lego Club Magazine, but i guess the Toa Krakua model seen in the LCM is just a MOC someone made? i don't know! lol

yeah, i guess you're right! maybe i'm just blindly biased on it due to what i heard in the past! either that or i'm just stupid beyond my Autism (lol)! i'm sorry if i offended you about Latin and i won't do it again! and i can understand why people like to study it, i just don't see myself studying it in the future, but you never know! anyway, prejudice dropped, and i pray for your forgiveness! maybe there are some things YOU could teach me about Latin (through PM, obv.) that i haven't heard before! and potentially kill my blind bias towards it! i'm legitimately interested if you want to help! also, advice on the Japanese language would be nice too!

oh, my mistake! well, i just don't believe in the use ov Latin (especially nowadays) considering there are easier languages to understand and speak! i plan to (at some point) learn how to speak Japanese! i already know some words thanks to the anime realm (call me a weeb, i dare you! lol) but i can only understand the word if it is translated from Japanese alphabet to the English alphabet (but the word is still in Japanese, just not with the symbols in their alphabet)! like the word "kawaii" when translated means "cute" (apparently) or "arigato" means "thank you" or "sensei" means "teacher", etc.! why i chose Japanese? i want a Japanese girlfriend at some point in the near future! ha ha! so yeah! i just don't think Latin is worth trying to write or speak nowadays! and it hasn't been used since the very first iteration ov the Holy Bible! i could be wrong though! it's just dead and i don't see any use in it in modern times! sorry!

for me, definitely the island ov Mata Nui! it's an island paradise where the Turaga and the Tohunga/Matoran enjoy being in! the scenery is nice, the friendly Rahi are interesting creatures, the structures built by the Tohunga/Matoran are amazing pieces ov work, the colors ov the inhabitants are vibrant, the atmosphere makes you feel like you are actually there, the plant-life/vegetation is nice to look at, and the overall beauty and natural essence ov the island really shows many wonders to behold! other settings were cool, too, but the island ov Mata Nui is the one that really stuck with me and MNOG really solidified my love for the island! everything about the island ov Mata Nui is amazing and surreal (well, except Makuta trying to destroy everything! lol)! i can't think ov a better place to be in the Bionicle universe than the breath-taking island ov Mata Nui! it's that awesome! also, as a side note, i really should play MNOG again! been wanting to play it again for the past couple years and just never did! but i will when i can!

i don't remember a single freaking time in Bionicle's history where Latin was used! in the comic page the Nuva carvings that are shown are merely just cave drawings/carvings! they have nothing to do with a language that has been dead for the longest freaking time! get over it! also, the "bumps" i don't remember either! someone elaborate please! this is new news for me! :/

huh! this i never even knew! well that just prove how much i know! (lol) honestly i don't even know what to make ov this! i do agree with Hahli, the Chronicler tho! so the basically lay within your own post, however anyone can interpret the information (on the BS01 pages) as mis-information! really it comes down to this; draw your own conclusions! that's all i got for ya!

haven't they always made bad decisions during the entirety ov their existence? i'm not saying it was HF's fault, i'm saying it's just not as good as Bionicle was, and furthermore, the CCBS style was either loved or hated by Lego fans! while i'm not defending the theme for playing a role in Bionicle's eventual resurrection (regarding CCBS) i do think the theme had some potential! ov course, i'v never really thought that way before, but looking back it was an interesting and somewhat enjoyable theme (albeit a little less practical than Bionicle)! being totally honest here; i HATED HF for a long time! and when Bionicle G2 was discovered to be a thing i was soo happy (maybe even relieved) to see HF die in 2014! back then i didn't know better! then eventually i decided to re-watch my HF DVD's (the ones that WERE released officially) and while it was still corny, i found myself enjoying it (especially Savage Planet because Witch Doctor) and i came to realize "okay, maybe this isn't so bad after all!" lol while the story was still mediocre, it was fine enough to entertain the kid-at-heart in me! i don't want people to hate me for (originally) hating HF! so i apologize for ever criticizing the theme from my old "rebellious" point of view! in recent times (actually starting sometime in 2019) i have come to accept HF as a significant (yet still insignificant in some ways) achievement for Lego! that being said, i still prefer Bionicle over HF any day! i'm not trying to sound like a jerk, but sometimes Lego can come out with the dumbest themes nowadays! there are worse themes than HF released by Lego! and honestly, i don't have the time nor the energy to bash all the themes that i think suck right now! i'd rather read the Holy Bible than waste my time tearing apart the themes that i think were total mistakes that should have stayed in their creator's head!
