  1. I tried making a MOC of Uira a while back only to realize that I don't have the parts for it. I also tried Ahkmou and the same thing happened.
  2. How about the Kanohi Rode with light-blue eyes. Also, I have no idea how to make GIFs operate, so if anyone can help me, I'm new to this.
  3. Thanks! I have tried employing stop-motion, but I lack the necessary equipment to do so. The best I can do at this point is just take pictures and make it a slideshow. I still have ways to go with the voices. After all, I am only one person, but thank you for paying mind to that point! I want to make Episode 5 in the style I mentioned before, because it will be a huge plot point for the rest of the series. If you can provide any tips of how to go through with it, please let me know. I actually might have something in mind. I'll PM you about it a little later. For the voices, I mean trying to pull off different accents and tones. For example, in addition to my normal voice, I can do impressions of Gollum from LotR, Sean Connery, and Robert Carlyle. For those last two, my tone sounds similar, but I'm employing different speech patterns and accents for each, and that makes all the difference. I've already tried that on other characters. Now to nail down a deep, menacing voice and a (somewhat) female-sounding voice, unless you know anyone who could do that for me? Episode 5 is going to take a lot longer than I had expected. I've run into some problems with editing and uploading, so it'll be another week at the most. That means that a short holiday themed video will no longer happen. UPDATE: I just got done with a lot of editing, and it turns out that Episode 5 could possibly be the best episode in the series yet. I will try to work on it to get it out by the weekend, but I can't make any promises. Finals are coming, and they bring with them stress... UPDATE #2: Episode 5 has been released! I created a list of ideas for episodes above! Let me know what you think! Just got done editing a short. It will be titled "Episode 5.5" because it is just a running joke that I have seen going in the Bionicle community at the moment. It should be up by the end of the week depending on if my internet connection decides not to give up on life or not, as it has been slow today and is kind of bugging me... Episode 5.5 is online! Watch it ! Also, a big thank you to the people who have been with me since I started this project. You really help me in giving me the motivation to continue. Episode 6 is finally online! In this episode, I feature the Okoto Online Game by bionicleFanatic, as well as my thoughts on the Pre-Alpha of the game so far. You can watch the episode .

  5. I loved the knockout reaction by Ahkmou. That was surprising but hilarious!
  6. Finally got done that video I promised to make. I made as part of my ongoing series, so feel free to watch it in its entirety before going on to Episode 4, being the video regarding Nova Orbis. I already made a topic for the series here. The series has a plot that I'm trying to work in, and it probably won't make sense unless you watch the first few videos.
  7. In the situation where Matoro used the Ignika, it was more like the Ignika was using Matoro. First, before Matoro even put the mask on, the Ignika told him to put it on (or maybe it was Teridax? Someone can correct me later). After Matoro put the mask on, the mask took control over him and absorbed his energy to revive Mata Nui. The Ignika is just a strange mask to comprehend. It can do so much and could even do more than we know, and I don't think we will ever really know all of what it can do.
  8. I wanted hands in various different colors, not more silver! The torsos, limbs, and Skull Spiders do not make me mad. I actually don't mind the silver hands, in part because they match the silver heads. To be honest, I actually consider the Tr. Light Blue hands on Kopaka a bit stranger. I appreciate them for variety's sake, but I wonder if Silver Metallic or White might have been a better fit for the set (Silver Metallic because it would match the head, or White because it would match the feet). What I meant by the hands was that they could have been the primary colors of the characters. Tahu -> Red, Gali -> Blue, etc. Silver hands, now that I think about it, are more "universal" that colored hands, as the color can match even if there is only a little silver in the rest of the color scheme. On one of my MOCs, one hand is black while the other is not. I made the black hand match a black "arm-band" that also goes with black "boots" to look like some form of "clothing" over the armor. So, I guess you can pull off having other colors in a figure, as long as they don't stick out like a sore thumb.
  9. I like the sword pieces from 2013. Combined with the curved blade from 2009, you can make a pretty cool Mata Nui-esque sword.
  10. 1x Poisoned Hau Nuva (idk which forehead, probably without the green, I think) 2x Gold Vahi 1x Trans w/ glitter (?) Avohkii (is this considered rare? I consider it to be rare )
  11. I wanted hands in various different colors, not more silver! The torsos, limbs, and Skull Spiders do not make me mad. Remember when the titan sets were only $20? Wish that was still the case. The prices are just through the roof. I am lucky that I got Queen Beast for only $25 for Black Friday PLUS retirement pricing. Also, I become happy whenever I say that the Hero Factory sets are now on retirement pricing. Bionicle is so close!
  12. A lot of the Mata Nui Online Game names are actual proper names taken from all kinds of languages (including Japanese, Finnish, Latin, Greek, and even English), and some of them are surprisingly hard to find on the Internet. So it's quite possible that either LEGO, Advance, or Templar has a hard copy encyclopedia of proper names from around the world, or something to that effect. It's the kind of thing that could certainly be useful to any one of those companies. Why's Jungle a bully? I'm surprised it took that long for someone to come up with that joke. I used the Afrikaans word for tree "boom" (not pronounced like it looks, English) so decided on Buli after Bumi came into my head. Well, we've had similar language thingies come up in the past. In Russian, Lesovikk means "he, who resides in the woods", and Lariska isn't an uncommon name. I'm Ukrainian, and the two languages are really close (e.g. Lesovikk vs. Lisovikk). Maybe we'll get Tiribomba at long last!
  13. I would prefer new names for each of the Protectors, but also to make them simple. I remember when I was younger and would constantly forget the names of some Matoran because they were so strange and somewhat complicated.
  14. Wait, how many Toa were present at the end? I don't know, I think a little over 45? *shrugs*
  15. I would love for this to happen: Yellow, dark green, blue, light blue, purple, and orange. Maybe even red and lime-green.
  16. My favorite part of MOCing is coming up with a design that others have not seen before and getting constructive criticism on those designs. When a MOC just comes together after a while, I just feel good about it. Tweaking finished MOCs is also fun. I just put some yellow/keetorange accents on MOC that used to be just metru-red and white. It doesn't sound good in writing, but it looks good when you see it. On the other hand, I hate it when I can't find the right color part to match the scheme of a MOC, which then makes me feel the urge to use the pat anyway and then cover it with another piece. I also hate it when a part of a MOC is fragile or cannot carry too much weight. I have had this problem with some upper-arm designs that have now been dismantled in favor of more structurally-sound designs.
  17. I liked the Ignition saga (2006-2008). As far as artwork goes, I prefer the styles used in 2008 and 2009-2010.
  18. I hope the Toa of Magnetism will live to be a member of the Novus in future chapters. If not, then I hope he goes down for a good reason.
  19. My favorites are the Kanohi Rode, Iden, and Hau (Lhikan's in particular). The Rode and Iden can work together, as the Rode allows someone to see any invisible beings, including someone using an Iden. Also, being able to tell if someone is lying and being able to fly around as a ghost are pretty cool powers. On another note, Lhikan's Hau (from the 2004 set) is just cool. I know now that pretty much anyone who touches the mask or even goes near the mask either dies or gets destroyed. If you don't believe me, watch this
  20. The Ignika is with the Toa, Matoran, Agori, and Glatorian that are assembling a new society on Spherus Magna. Also, if Mata Nui is in the mask now, does it still have the "curse" effect? In other words, in previous story years when beings would touch the Ignika they would have a "curse" put on them, such as Vezon being fused to the mask and Fenrakk/Kardas or Mantax being able to absorb energy from anything around him. So, would the mask still have this effect on anyone who touches it now that Mata Nui is inside of it again? Voporak still has the Vahi, and that's just it. We don't know what he wants to do with it. He also had an obsession with the mask, so maybe he just wanted it because he thought he could amplify his time powers.
  21. I found Bionicle by getting the comics first. After I got (I think) the first two comics of 2001, I got Jala Tohunga in a Happy Meal. I was in preschool at the time, so all the other kids got the other sets, like the Toa and Rahi, while I only had Jala. Eventually I got my first canister set, being a Kohrok, and enjoyed the story even more for the fact that my parents would read the text from the comics to me, as I was still learning to read. Anyway, Jaller (who will always be Jala in my head and my way of saying it) was the real reason I got into Bionicle. I was just getting into Lego, and Bionicle was the best way to go for me. But the comics were the home of my continued enjoyment. I even reached a point where I cared more for the story than the sets the story was based on. However, I will always remember my feeling of excitement when I found Jala in a Happy Meal box, and he will always be one of my favorite characters. Also, I was young, and this sums up what I think Lego thought of back then: red + yellow + young boy + (money from parent/guardian) = success
  22. I love it! It's super unique, the last character to have a chest canon of any sort was Keetongu and that was well concealed. I think the chest blaster on the Protector of Earth looks really nice, and the way the armour is built around it looks great. Weapons yeah, seem a bit weak. But the colour scheme is glorious, a definite return to form for purple. If I was to get a Protector, it would be this one. The review has sold me on it. Thanks for the review! -NotS I'm not saying it looks bad, but I think they did well with working the armor around it. I just don't like the fact that it is so open and easily triggered when compared to (your example of, thank you btw) Keetongu's spinner, which would be revealed after activating a mechanism built into the figure. I understand that the Protector is small, so I'll give Lego credit for pulling it off, given the size constraints. And before anyone gets on my case, size does not matter to me. I was always the smallest in school, so I know how it is.
  23. I got one: The Voyatoran are the Matoran versions of the Toa Metru. Can't get enough of that one...
  24. I just think that it's a little weird that one of the weapons lies in his chest...
  25. Homework, building MOCs, revamping existing MOCs to pave the way for Gen 2, and saving up money for the sets.
