I'm gonna guess...how Takanuva got down to the Southern Islands.
-
Gosh.

Interesting movie...rather light on the plot, though. Makes me wonder what non-movie story there could have been...
When you say Tera is an Earth Glatorian, what do you mean? Is he supposed to be from the Rock Tribe? Sand? Iron? Some new tribe?
Does this mean the Element Lords were planned as 2010 sets?
What happened to the Skrall at the end?
So the vague 2011 set plan was "dinosaurs"?

Saiph, I understand how autism and Asperger's work. I study it, and I work with kids and adults who have it. I understand that people with autism can act in ways that are socially unacceptable because of how they think. This is perfectly natural, and totally forgivable.
But it's not excusable.
Plenty of people with autism can lead normal, happy lives. Kraggh is obviously one of those people. This means that he has an obligation to try to work and understand people, same as how everyone has an obligation to work to understand him. This means you can't say "it's okay because he has autism." Kraggh is clearly an intelligent person. He CAN try and understand people. This means he SHOULD. Social faux pas are understandable. Obsessive behavior is understandable. This doesn't make it okay to actually do so.
Kraggh is a person obsessing over another person. He needs to stop. I get why he's doing it, and I get why it's hard to stop. I'm totally sympathetic to this. But he needs to at least try and stop, because it's unhealthy. You can't excuse socially unacceptable behavior with "because he's autistic." Kraggh deserves sympathy and support, but he also needs to try and understand what other people want, not just what he wants them to want.

Could you make it light blue and gold?
Who else would be happy with that?
I think that's kind of implied. Toa of Water are referred to as "blue," but we know they can be light blue, dark blue, medium blue, and even green or white.
-
I wasn't expecting colors or Matoran info, very nice.
Although I'm not used to having a Toa who's basically a Kanohi hodge-podge. Correct me if I'm wrong, but a Toa with a Suva and a Matatu, Suletu, Volitak, Mahiki and Komau would be able to do pretty much everything a Toa of Psionics could, only better, right? (Better because of no "organic only" limitations and the Komau beats hypnosis.) Don't get me wrong, I know that in actual practice most Toa don't devote themselves to gathering a Kanohi collection, so it's unlikely you'd find a Toa like that, but still.
Better than a Toa of Gravity. They're hodgepodges of exactly one mask. The Mask of Gravity.
-
Here's a question: would it be possible for a Toa of Psionics to absorb thought, "blanking out" the mind of her opponent and making it harder to think?

I'm perfectly empathetic to anyone with autism. That doesn't it all right to obsess over people who've expressed that they're not interested in you romantically. Nor does it make it all right to call that person your "significant other," when they are quite plainly not that.
-
She's not your significant other unless you're actually dating. I know you're going to argue with me on this, and say that her meaning to you makes her "significant" or something like that, but you're wrong. "Significant other" is a phrase used to describe the person you are in a mutual, open romantic relationship with. You can't make up new definitions for phrases.
I'm sorry, but that really just stuck out to me, more than anything else. Hearing you use such a possessive romantic term for someone you're not romantically involved with is honestly rather disturbing.

Freedom in character customization.

We're still pretty squishy, you know. No matter how cool your technology might be, if you can be killed by a rock to the head, you're mortal.

Daleks can be destroyed with a powerful enough energy attack, as seen in Evolution of the Daleks.
Godzilla takes death rays to the face at least twice a week. And these are death rays the size of HOUSES.
So, we have two combatants. One has a death ray the size of an eggbeater, and can be destroyed by enough energy. The other has an atomic blaster ray the size of a city block, and can easily survive a death ray far beyond the capabilities of a Dalek. Hmm. I wonder who would win here.

When he does a finisher, he should shout "AVON CALLING!"
Also, yes, W rocks. It has the weirdest monster themes ever, though. MMMMMUNNAY!

Remember, kids, learning is good for you!

Kraggh, my post was criticizing your essay for mentioning someone with little to no relation to your subject, which was made even more out of place by his political status and connotations. I fail to see how it was worth deleting.
-
I'd totally buy that. I eat that kinda stuff up.
-
Kraggh, this girl explicitly stated your constant attention makes her uncomfortable. It's really unhealthy for you to keep obsessing like this.
-
Well, I dunno what the dictionary says, but philosopher literally means "lover of wisdom." It's from "phil-" meaning love, and "soph" meaning wisdom.
-
I feel like at this point I just need to ask, for both your sakes: If you admit you don't understand people, why are you so sure she has romantic feelings for you? People smile when they're nervous.
-
Yes...that is the definition of a philosopher.
-
It's just that the whole thing is phrased as a correction and meant to teach a lesson, when I can't really see any reason anyone will listen when you say "Your RPG title is wrong and here is why."
