The first chapter of RoboRiders Re:Start has been posted in the Epics forum.  My intention is to flesh out the RoboRiders story, since the original had virtually nothing aside from setup and I would like to try giving it some more details and substance.

I don't know if I'd say that.  There's something wrong with everything, but when the most vocal portion of a fanbase focuses solely on the negative (and not in an analytical way, just straight up hate), it can be very difficult to find anything positive about the thing, and that starts to encroach on your own viewpoint in ways you don't always realize.

Actually, maybe you do start to feel that there's something wrong with it, and that makes you wonder if there's something wrong with you for liking something so wrong?  I guess that might be part of it.

In my experience, when everyone who likes the thing you like also hate it, you start to hate it to.

And hating even the things you like is a terrible way to go about things.

The Eon Flute is definitely one of the coolest features in any Pokemon game ever.  Just listen to that beautiful music!  Plus it's how you access many of the numerous legendaries you can catch in ORAS, and you have a chance to find a cave housing all 28 types of Unown!  I hope it's something they retain in future games, or at least something similar to it.

Don't worry, he'll be fine.  As someone who has gone overboard obsessing over a character in the past, I can tell you that as time goes on, it passes.

One could question whether or not it ever totally dissipates, but I assure you that his symptoms will lessen soon enough.

Weeeeell, I'm still figuring out all the specifics.  It seems to suggest your party members as Friend Medals more often, and there's supposed to be some connection between parties and Raid Bosses--when you lose to one it says it sends a request for help to your party members, but I'm not sure what happens next.  I suppose we'll figure that out the next time one of us gets knocked out.

EDIT: Okay, it looks like if I get killed by a Raid Boss, you get a prompt to fight it--it'll retain the damage I dealt to it, so you just need to finish it off.  And one of the pages I looked at mentioned "Friend Points", but I'm not sure if that's just referring to the Medals or if there's something else.  I'll look into it.
