  1. I agree with Moby. "It's..." is just too cool. B) Turakii
  2. Ooh boy, you're in trouble now... But hey, at least Tohu's still smiling at you, and not frowning! That's a good thing! Turakii
  3. Whoo! Go DN! If you want, I'll send LarryBoy over to help you take your blog back...although LarryBoy might decide he likes it too much and try to take yours, too... On second thought, maybe I'll just lend you my Vader-blaster. LarryBoy: Actually, this blog would be pretty cool, if we just edited the name and some of the content blocks a bit. Hey, DV! What would you think of, "The Star Destroyer Lair"? Turakii
  4. I guess Onuki's not the only one with three eyes. I should add the thing about your three eyes to my "little known-member facts" content block. Do you mind, Achilles? Turakii
  5. Hmm, sounds good. I think I'll try it. If frosted shredded wheat and Sprite taste good alone, why not together? My dad used that same sort of logic when he once surprised my mom by making spaghetti mixed with Hershey's Kisses. I did, too, when I had blueberries on my tuna sandwich, because we were out of onion. But, unlike the chocolate spaghetti, that actually tasted good. Turakii
  6. Okay, I'll edit the entry to let everyone know. I'm glad I can still encourage them to come up with their own, though. Thanks a lot for dropping in and clearing that up for me, Makaru! (Pssst...what's PotC?) Turakii
  7. *Stares back.* We should ask the Admins to add it to one of the busy server messages. That would just rock. Mighty interesting avatar you've got there, LK! Is that Gandalf or Obi Wan? Turakii
  8. That happened to me at the beginning of last October. My mom realized I was finding out way too many spoilers about Web of Shadows, and to keep me from spoiling the movie for her, told me I wasn't allowed back online until Halloween. We got the movie then, and everything was happy. Ugh...hate viruses... :annoyed2: Turakii
  9. It certainly looks professional. And you made it the right size for a banner! It's probably better you don't put names on them. Besides saving you a lot of time and trouble, it can prevent the temptation to make up odd nicknames and hiding them in the URLs. *Coughturkey-eyecough.* I've got a lot more spam topics I've found, but I was going to wait until you got your spam museum updated before I sent them in. Should I continue waiting a bit, or just send them in as soon as I get them? It's your inbox. Turakii
  10. Once I played a futuristic character named Pixel at my church's VBS. I had to dye my hair blue with odd-smelling hair spray that rubbed off on everything and made my hair stiff. But it was still cool. B) I'm going to dye my hair blue when I get older. (Maybe.) Turakii
  11. Okay, I just had a brilliant idea! I was thinking how un-original it is to simply take a song from Veggietales and use it for the server song, although it does apply. So here's my idea. Members (other than LarryBoy or myself) can write poems, limericks, haikus, or songs about the busy server message. Without flaming, of course. A song entitled, "How Much I Hate the Busy Server Messages," wouldn't really work. Just a little thing I could use in the Busy Server Content Block. An example: "I know that you've got lots to do And you wanted your post to go through But I don't care a rap Here, pop some bubblewrap And that's all that I can do for you" I'm pretty sure it would be allowed, but I might have to make a topic in the Q&A to make sure, unless a Blog Assistant (always capitalize titles!) happens through this insignificant blog of mine. Okay, here's the deal. Other than BZP contests, contests are NOT allowed, however, you guys can feel free to suggest busy server messages, and I can put them all in the Busy Server Content Block. LarryBoy: I've already got a winner of a poem: "I am a message that is busy And I am getting dizzy And my root beer's kind of fizzy Oh look, the server has quickened!" Is quickened even a word...? I don't know. So...I've nothing else to say here. Bye! Turakii
  12. I've added those and a few others, Nukora, to both the content block and the entry above. I put them all on the end, although I may spread them around later on. I searched in the member list. It's Nuvaro. (That's probably the only search that works.) Turakii
  13. What are Shurikens? Are they a kind of knife? I'll check it out tomorrow, because it's ten o' clock here and I'm kind of tired. Turakiip.
  14. You expected something else? It really does go through my head whenever a busy message comes up. It does, K, it does. Poor Larry, stuck upside down without even his lobster to keep him company, while the busy mayor and doctor find time out of their busy schedules to sing that they're too busy to do anything! LarryBoy: That's the problem with referring to earlier shows, nobody knows what you're talking about. The top one was done about a month ago, while the bottom was done just this Saturday. However, the uncomfortable chair, major resizing, and lack of knowledge of how to use Primacolors made the second one pale in comparison to the first. Does anyone think they could suggest more songs to go with our server? I could start an "official BZP song content block." Turakii

    Resume!

Why can't we just resume pronouncing it "reh-ZOOM"? That would make things so much easier...(Yeah, that was a dumb pun.) Just list all the things you had to do to get your rank, and mention you've had lots of experience with computers. That might help. Haven't got that far yet, but if I were still as devoted to BZP then as I am now, I probably would. Yeah, you pretty much summed up what I would say. Turakii
  16. Oh, so you've seen the Little House on the Prairie series? How is it? Does it stick close to the books? Happy birthday, Tempus' sister! Turakii
  17. If you get as interesting as I think you will, you'll have the Blog of the Week in no time! Wow. That sounds...interesting. Do the buses actually look like ducks? And how do they turn into boats? Can I have my cookie now? Turakii: Away!
  18. *Salutes.* And to you as well! I hope so, too. Especially if we have people just voting for their favorite person without even reading any of the stories, not even the one they voted for. The loyalty in that is nice, but it really isn't fair to the other members who entered. Still, sometimes you don't need to read the whole story to know it's good. Turakii
  19. So, who's your brother? Sir Kopaka? LarryBoy: ...? ...! ... ...... ... !!! ??? ...! ... (...this is kind of boring...) I was wondering why you didn't haven't had any new art up recently. That okay, PM me as soon as you do and I'll review it. Yup. B) --- Oh, hang on a minute... ... Hmm, should I tell them now or keep them in suspense? Choices, choices... Ah, I'll keep them in suspense. Turakii
  20. Nothing. ... Okay, I'm joking. I'm blogging, and that's not nothing. I was thinking I should add the Spiderman staff's real identities to the little-known member fact list. "Little-known member fact: Gwen Stacy is really -Kex-," etc. It might help prevent confusion for new members, not to mention myself. Any objections? I added the "BZPower busy server themesong" content block. Really, that songs reminds of BZP in its busy times, and it always goes through my head when a busy message comes up. I simply couldn't resist. Oh, if anyone didn't notice, LarryBoy now has two pictures. I was using them to compare my old and new colored pencils. The top one is colored with Prang pencils, the second with Prismacolor. The prang are much lighter, almost pastel, but their coloring is smoother. (Of course, the second picture is reduced to about thirty percent of its original size, and that will effect the quality a tad.) Hey, are there any other quizzers on here? You know, jump seats, study guides, T-shirts. This year we're studying Acts. Probably not, but just thought I'd ask. Turakii
  21. Hey, I didn't say it, Larry did! LarryBoy: Why not an "International Veggie Day"? Nah...I'll think up something unique for my little veggie friends. And it'll rock. Trust me. Although, my Bionicle/Veggietales crossovers might be enough already... Now that would own. LarryBoy: Seing him pranked as Petunia -sigh- would be almost as good. Wouldn't you just love to see Beinkmiester as Archibald? Are you suggesting you want me to help point out the errors left in it? Turakii
  22. Yeah, I've played that one. Cool game, that. Random fact: I rated your blog five stars, DV. I would have made it six if I could have, because it's your blog now, but that option was unfortunately unavailable. Turakii
  23. I had an experience with that sweet (but hazardous) material yesterday. My family had just finished delivering flyers for a church picnic, so everyone went back to the church for ice cream. We were planning to have the exact same Reeses stuff on our ice cream. The only problem was, they had put it in the refrigerator. We tried microwaving it, but we only got a little bit of it to come out, and it was extremely thick and sticky. Mostly, it was like a rock. So there's another lesson on Reeses topping. Never, ever refrigerate it. Turakii
  24. I've not much to say here, so I'll just post another member fact: DudeNuva once got his hands frozen in Reeses chocolate. Thank you, that is all. EDIT: Oh yes, and yesterday bonesiii PMed me and asked me if I wanted to help judge the S&T entries. Since I was doing most of the judge-ish stuff already, I accepted. (Thanks again, bonesiii!) So, if you need or want one more judge to totally tear apart your story and point out every grammatical error and typo, PM me! LarryBoy: Hey! What about me? Don't I get to say anything? Turakii's already in the pool. Drat. Well, I'll just finish up this entry and then jump in after him. I see everyone's changing their avatars and names to this spider guy who imitates my super-suction ear swinging power. How come nobody ever has any pranks about ME? I'd love to see that Kex guy with "LarryBoy the Cucumber" as his name. Maybe I can start a fad on July twenty-ninth! International LarryBoy Day...I like the sound of that... LarryBoy
  25. Your blog deserves to be up there. Of course, I practically listed the entire Gated Community Blog [/sheerluckjoke], so it doesn't really narrow it down much... The river's deep, the river's wide The river's water is alive! So, sink or swim, I'm divin' in! Actually, I'm not divin' today, because it's raining. So you have a pool, too? You can say that again! LarryBoy: I swim in my LarryBoy suit. It's a little constricting, but the belt keeps me from slipping out of the inflatable tube. Only I wear a diver's mask instead of my helmet... Okay, fantastic! I don't know...I don't think very many members make topics asking if KIE owns a chair ninety years old, or asking if Onuki's a member... Still, it's a content block I can add to, and it's surprising what you can find out. And it keeps my blog from getting boring. Turakii
