I've never played a Battlefield game before, but BF3 looks rather sweet, despite the less-than-successful beta. What's the point of having an alpha when you change absolutely nothing for the beta? I usually don't get games on launch, but I may pick it up in the future, depending on it fairs. I just hope that the PS3 version is good, I have no interest in buying a high end gaming PC just to witness this beast in its full glory. however, watching xcalizorz destroy at BF3 is entertainment enough

I don't think Cod as a franchise fully deserves the hate that it gets from some parts of the community, however I definitely feel that the game has become over saturated. World At War and Cod4 were great games, MW2 was a total mess, and Blops had more than its fair share of problems. Overall, I have no excitement for MW3 and will not be purchasing the game.

I played through the first Portal a few weeks ago. Phenomenal game, even if half of it was spoiled to me because of internet memes. Sooner or later I'm going to pick up Minecraft and Portal 2. Otherwise, I just haven't been gaming since school started.

Man, it's been a while since I watched a movie. I'm going to have to say 'Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 2' shortly after it came out. It was a good film, although somewhat jarring to jump back into the middle of the plot. My IMAX viewing of it was horrifically marred by the awful 3D, which went in and out of focus every time the scene cut. I'd say its a 9/10. I really need to start watching some more movies, it used to be one of my favorite hobbies.

Aside from Mass Effect 3, there is no other game that I'm more excited for. I platinumed Uncharted 2 and came to close to platting Uncharted 1, so I guess you could say I'm kinda of a UC fan. They really have raised the bar in video games in visuals, storytelling, gameplay, and sheer awesome moments. I expect UC3 to be no different, even if I don't really plan on playing the multiplayer much. I've been much more excited about the movie since it switched hands to the Limitless (phenomenal movie) director and considered Nathan Fillon for the role (a much better choice than Mark Wahlberg) but I agree that Nolan North is logically the best choice. After all, they based large parts of Nathan Drake on him.

I started watching Arrested Development for the first time with my roommate at the start of the school year. I'm the second season right now. I enjoy it immensely. Gob is such an awesome character. The fact that they just announced a movie and new season pleases me immensely. 2013 couldn't come soon enough.

this and as a reformed LP fan, i'd say it's all a matter of taste, although you can't go wrong with classic rock like Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, and AC/DC ;D
