In my opinion, Random Access Memories is their best album after Discovery. Like Tenebrae said, its probably harder for people who don't like the dance music of the 70s to get into, but if you can its an absolutely awesome musical experience. I recommend it highly.

Sherlock, Doctor Who or 24, as far as live-action goes. For cartoons, either Johnny Bravo or Adventure Time.

I pre-ordered Random Access Memories by Daft Punk on iTunes, as well as the Get Lucky radio edit/single. And also I got the album Like Drawing Blood by Gotye. Woohoo.

Just heard it due to your post. Honestly, it's not that mega-amazing like I expected it to be, but it's not bad. Surely it isn't. I would have liked more of the robot voice; not that Pharrell's is bad, however he gives the song a sound that is more pop than techno-electro-whatevergenreDaftPunkare, in some spots of the songs. After all, it's just a song out of an entire album, so I don't think this has ruined my excitement for Random Acces Memories. I just hope for a song of the style of Digital Love to be in it. That would be the coolest thing to happen this year. Yeah, well the band has noted that the new album has a more "west-coast vibe" to it. Meaning there's not likely to be as much electronic style music on it, but I believe the robotic/vocoder voices will still be included. (Seeing as they were in Get Lucky.) Also, this was only the radio edit, so there could possibly be more Daft Punk vocals on the album version, which is an entire 2 minutes longer than the radio version. I heard that there's actually only one song off the new album that's entirely techno/electronic. There's still elements of electronic music in the other songs, but I think there are a lot more "natural" instruments on this album. (But at least the robot voices are still here!)

Anyone else bought the new single yet? Or heard it? Absolutely not disappointed!

Wow, I still remember watching this when it came out. Hard to believe I was only six years old when I first saw it. And I remember watching the heck out of it, too. Now that it's nearly ten years old, I feel pretty old. Dang...

So, I've thought a lot about whether or not to continue this comic series over the past week since the finale happened, and I haven't really come to much of a conclusion at all, but I at least know a little bit about what I'll be doing. I've left this series off at a point where I can either pick up where I left off, or end the series entirely. Which is highly convenient for me, seeing as I haven't quite decided what I'm going to do yet. But I know one thing, and that's that I will at least not be comic making for awhile. I know that "awhile" doesn't give any hints at all really of when I will return, or even if I will return, but as I've mentioned, I really don't know yet. So, basically, what I'm getting at is that Timely Insanity will be going on an indefinite hiatus. This may possibly even be the end, depending on whether or not I'll ever have the time or motivation to do this series again. If I do decide to return to comic making one day, I hope you will all still be around to read them! If I don't return to comic making ever again, I'd like to thank each and every one of the supporters I've had over all of these years. Even though a good lot of my supporters over the years will likely never see this, I still want to thank all of you, even if we don't chat any more. I'm glad to have hopefully entertained all of my readers over the past 5+ years, and if I never get the chance to say it, or end up slowly phasing out from BZPower, I wish that you all will bright futures, and great lives ahead of you!
