    TCMII: Bluefire

True, true, it comes a lot easier for some than others. I can't even remember the last time I've released two comics in one day. Tahukan, on the other hand, is just on fire right now (no pun intended huehuehue)

    Studio Comic

So if everyone's done I guess Kakaru is mine, then Btw these comics are asbolutely beautiful
  9. Actually, the comic was more of a filler while I think of a proper introduction for Loganto. You'll be in the next one!
  10. Speaking of Spiders and all...
  11. OOC: This is my first one, I was honestly wondering the same thing myself =P IC: Tekro It seemed he hadn't landed well from the fall. He could barely move his arm without pain slicing throughout. It wasn't until he looked at his shoulder that the cause of the pain happened to be several small metal spikes, one of which had penetrated his cloak and armor into his flesh. What...? As he excruciatingly pricked it out, he noticed the Kavinika had suffered a worse fate: it had landed flat against the edge of a large rusting sheet of metal that had fallen with the wolf from the roof, nearly severing the Kavinika in half. I am getting way too lucky today, he thought. Still, with the metal protruding from its abdomen, it started crawling on its side toward Tekro, and for a moment, he felt a tinge of pity for the bleeding creature. "You're like me," he whispered. He retrieved his knife, walked over to and bent over the dying Kavinika, and quickly slit its throat. After carefully stepping over debris, he swung open the door and stepped outside.
  12. Yes, it sure would be terrible if this turned into a competition for people to produce content that others will like. Truly a shame. I would love if it only worked like that. But I've seen too many "lms" posts on Facebook with 50+ likes to get my hopes up. That's more what I was getting at. And actually, it would be great to see this give everyone a bit more motivation to produce likeable content. I just don't want to see it abused and turned into, as others have so eloquently put it, a popularity contest. Some may start viewing their value to these forums side by side with their number of upvotes. EDIT: I was happy to hear B6 point out that the number of upvotes doesn't appear on one's profile. I think that might be what is needed to null that "popularity" factor for the most part.
  13. I'm hopeful for this update, but I can't help being a tad skeptical. It could definitely be helpful for pointing out beneficial posts, but with just as much potential for turning into a get-the-most-likes contest. Like facebook. Ew. In any case, its worth will be determined by the integrity of its user, and I'm trusting that BZP users will handle it well.
  14. IC: Tekro He poked his head out of the open trapdoor leading to the roof where the Kavinika stood. It appeared to be watching someone approach the building and preparing to pounce. He heard Teclorus's warning from under the roof. He needed to take shelter from the oncoming blast, but he also need to kill this hound before he reached his prey... then an idea hit his brain. Tekro hopped climbed out of the trapdoor and shouted to get the attention of the Kavinika, which immediately spun around and charged toward Tekro on the other side of the roof. At the same time, Tekro ran to reach the beast as quickly as possible. Right before the two met, Tekro jumped and forcefully slammed down with his feet as close to the Kavinika as he could. With their combined weight, the roof collapsed in that spot, bringing both the contenders with it. You know, this could actually turn out to be the stupidest thing I've ever done, he thought as he fell.
  15. That's a good point, but I imagine people would mainly use this for repetitive exercises like writing one letter repeatedly for practice. This kind of thing isn't really practical for anything else. Maybe you could turn the lines of circles into light grey outlines, and the writer would only need to trace the outline to start a letter.
  16. Some say his stomach is paradise.
  17. IC: Tekro It took a moment for Tekro to reorient himself after the blast before he noticed that the Fe-matoran was about to hurl another sort of grenade. Ears still ringing, he picked his knife back up and scrambled toward Teclorus's shelter, tumbling through the window. "Pardon me," he sputtered. As he fell into the building, he swore he saw a Kavinika standing on the roof on the shack they were hiding within. "We, uh, have a slight problem," he said as he pointed out the rotting wood ceiling start to slightly bulge downward. "I'll take care of him, just concentrate on throwing that thing." Tekro ran to a ladder on the other side of the room and climbed to the roof.
  18. I got a little filler for ya while you get dat fixed!
  19. IC: Tekro He followed the two Toa and braced for another confrontation until he heard a grunt come from Teclorus behind him. He spun around to see the Fe-matoran being approached by the same wolf that the Toa of Ice had tried to incapacitate. "Toa! Help!" He shouted, but he knew that they may already be too busy with the two other Kavinika that had just approached. He ran and prayed that someone was following to help him with Teclorus's attacker: he knew he wouldn't get quite as lucky in taking down this guy. He started to run for the Kavinika when he heard someone shout "Look out!" and saw a small spherical device land in the rahi's path. A grenade. "Teclorus, run!" OOC Triple Edit: THERE we go.
  20. IC: Tekro Tekro scanned the area for advancing Kavinika and was about to point out another heading for Teclorus before it was clubbed by another random matoran from the bar. It was far from over, but everyone around the inn seemed to evenly match the onslaught of wolves up to this point. "Not toward us." He started toward the Fe-Matoran to help him up before he heard a howl from behind the Inn. He spun around to witness several Kavinkia pouring out from an alley behind the Inn. Two of them diverted towards the Toa and two matoran. He pointed to the alley. "There! I think they're surrounding us!" All of us, he thought. Someone is coordinating these rahi. He helped the Fe-matoran onto his feet before remembering that they had a fourth man. "Where's that Toa of fire?"
  21. IC: Tekro He saw the Toa of Ice fire 4 shots, one landing in the shoulder of the lead Kavinika and the other striking one of its followers. The rahi then starting charging the Toa in blind fury, allowing Tekro his chance to flank him. Before the rahi could reach the Toa, Tekro charged and slammed his shoulder against the gigantic hound, leaping high enough to sink his dagger between shards of armor into the backside of his neck. He had underestimated the beast's size and strength, though -- Tekro hung onto the knife while the beast kept charging full force, though Tekro's body force did veer the rahi off course enough to closely miss the Toa. Still clinging on the blade, Tekro was dragged several yards before he managed to push off the ground and swing halfway onto the rahi's back. The Kavinika couldn't bite back far enough before Tekro jerked out his knife and plunged again closer to the base of his skull. It was close enough -- the beast let out a whine and collapsed, taking Tekro down with him. "Yahh!" he yelped as the hound fell on his lower torso. Dang, that thing is huge. The worst out of it would be a bruise or two, but he would still need a moment to free himself. He yanked out his knife and starting lifting the carcass to slide himself out.
  22. OOC: I think most of us are pretty close to each other outside the inn: half of us were still conversing when the Kavinika appeared. IC: Tekro "They're coming!" Still following Teclorus and the Toa of Ice, he pointed to a trio of Kavinika approaching from their right flank very quickly, one beast headed for each man. The lead hound was headed for the Toa. Tekros had overheard the Toa mention his lack of dependability in close combat. He decided there was enough space between the lead and the other two Kavinika for him to blindside the one headed for the Toa of ice. "Toa, go find your nest!" He raised his blade and dove for the animal.
  23. This looks so creepy. I love it already.
