GameStop's website said they had a couple new copies in stock but they didn't (I just walked out of the store). And the used copies they had were all scratched up.

 

I guess I'll get it from Amazon. =/

To be honest, the used copies run like new, even with Scratches.

I got a Pristine copy of Halo 3 from GameStop, no damage at all.

I'm getting Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. That'll tide me over.
