  1. Honestly, I just see Ehrye during his it's not easy being green phase.
  2. I'm nine episodes into Selector Infected WIXOSS and holy crud it is fantastic. I mean, absolutely terrible and screwed up, but so good. I think this is probably what watching Madoka without being completely spoiled would have been like. It's great. I hope the end keeps it up. And I hope that the second season is great. Really though, it's a lot of fun. I feel like the people behind WIXOSS were watching Fantasista Doll, realized it was just terrible, and decided to deconstruct the heck out of it. Then they did, and it was good. I started watching Digimon Frontier again after some 3 years. It's not as great as I remembered it being. Just as expected I suppose. I'm also watching El Cazador de la Bruja. It's not that interesting seven episodes in.
  3. Actually, that was an artistic design choice for MoC-less Ekimu. Blue eyes represents the power of the mask filling him, just like how Makuta gets red eyes from the MoUP. Part of me thinks that the reason Nilkuu comes with a blue brainstalk is so you can switch it with Ekimu when he dawns the MoC. If done, both characters have eyes similar to their depictions in media.Edit: OH, you mean the body color. I think it matches as well as it could, were you expecting trans. cyan? No, I mean eye color. I said eyes like right after I said Ekimu. That winky emote's smugness is misdirected. And we won't really know if it's an "artistic choice" until we actually see Ekimu wearing the MoCr in the animations. (like, the new ones.) which I don't think we have. I think it's just a detail that changed in the set between when the legend video was made and when the Ekimu set was actually finalized. I disagree but we'll see. I think the Mask of Creation looks better with blue eyes though. Contrast almost always look better with gold masks on a predominately gold being. The trans lime blends in and looks a bit sickly. It bears noting that Kulta keeps his red eyes when he puts on the mask. So we'll see what happens with Ekimu...

  5. It's a blended mask, so everyone is going to have a slightly different version. Maybe you just were lucky to get a mask in which the colors don't mix weirdly with each other.
  6. Anyway, about Makuta being pink or whatever. Much as I'd like to see that, I really wouldn't put much stock in what we saw in the video to predict what we might see in a set. After all, the shade of blue used in set Ekimu's eyes HARDLY matches what we see in the legend video. It matches it so poorly it's not even blue. So yeah.
  7. Onua needs them, and they look cool, but Kopaka's can go suck a butt. I haven't applied his and I honestly always forget he is even supposed to have them until people bring them up. He looks perfectly fine without them. So unnecessary. I plan to forget again after I am finished with this post. My life is happier that way.

    SHE'S FINALLY HERE

Figmas come with bags for your parts, which helps in the not losing stuff department. Just sayin.
  9. Well, you're not wrong. Having the plot stop for a sec did allow for some more dialogue, I guess...even if most of it didn't mean much character-wise. Oh well.
  10. At the (constant, drawn out) insistence of a friend of mine I started watching the Love Live! series. I'm like halfway through the second season. It's not very heavy on the substance and really has a lot of trouble handling its large cast, but it's entertaining enough. I also started Selector Infected WIXOSS yesterday. I'm pretty sure it's pretty good so far (3 episodes in) but the fact that one of the main characters is an incest seeker is kind of...overshadowing everything else and being off putting. Blehg. Directed by the same guy as Steins;Gate though so I hope it's all good in the end.
  11. They're different Mixels. Just the same tribe.
  12. Older people regularly refer to people younger than them with the term "kids". I'm late 20s and I refer to people who are early 20s, especially college-aged adults with the term "kids" all the time. That is true... I can't remember if I thought they were adults too, actually, but since SDMI is the series I know best and they actually were shown going to high school in that it became a moot point.
  13. Why would everyone call them "meddling kids" otherwise though, if they weren't. Kids.
  14. Ah, seems that finally got fixed. Yeah, everything ok now. Topic can be closed.
  15. Kinda. I mean, even BZPStuck used spoiler tags for conversations because that is literally the only way that could have worked too. On the other hand, I actually kind of like how, even if it's just this one, there's a website where spoilers are spoilers. If things got lax with that it would be kind of a loss, imo. Best solution would be to include another feature that, like Pahrak suggested, looks like a spoiler tag and works like a spoiler tag but isn't (i can't believe it's not a spoiler tag). Who knows if that would be too much hassle to implement though.
  16. Eh, I'll take it. A secretive, grumpy shell of a man.
