  1. I remember always trying to figure that out!
  2. Dude! I was just thinking about those the other day! i remember I got all hyped out about them, but I never got them .
  3. Yeah, eBay is a good source, but if you can't replace them, use spare parts to substitute all the armor for a different color.
  4. I dunno. Probably just because of the flipping weapon design, and the other for poseability. And, yeah, I always found it convenient for that too.
  5. Snack containers? Genius! :lol:I could never find uses for mine. I only kept enough to make a Suva and a Matoran Sphere, but the rest I recycled.
  6. Pohatu Mata could have done better, but he's still pretty cool. But Gali Mistika, Nivawk, and the Ultimate Dume combo model could have definitely been designed better. But I'm generally not a fan of the "hunchbacked" character sets, though.
  7. I once found one in a public place (I forget where), but every now and then, even long after the sets were discontinued, I still find spare parts in the corners of my bedroom.
  8. Sometimes I lightly dust mine, but a couple years ago I took two days to gently wash the ones that were sturdy enough in my bathroom sink. After that, lightly towel them and lay them out to dry. The dusting does help, though. Other than that, for parts, if you have a bin of spare parts, look through that, or ask around to friends if they have any spare parts you could sift through.
  9. It's true. They do get hyped up more, along with most other things that come out in the summer, like movies, etc. But you'd think they'd hype them up more as gifts for the winter sets around the holidays, though.
  10. I had never even heard there was going to be an LotR line! Sweet!!
  11. Wow. Pretty cool! How many times do you guys think it broke when they were trying to build it?
  12. Sounds fun!! Double kudos for their website rewards!Makes me miss BIO codes.
  13. Even though it wasn't official, "Move Along."But in order from my favorite to my least favorite for the other Bionicle songs - "Hero," "Gravity Hurts," "Creeping in my Soul," "Caught up in a Dream," and "Bye Bye Babylon."
  14. Yeah, mainly the opinion that 2001 was disappointing, me too, along with the opinion that it should have been ended earlier. But even still, nothing too controversial for me.
  15. A couple of them would be cool. Alpha Team maybe, and maybe Exo Force, but, of course, Bionicle.
  16. "Girls in Their Summer Clothes" --Bruce Springsteen and the E. Street Band
  17. The Web of Shadows design was cool, along with the one they put out for Legends of Metru Nui.
  18. Couldn't tell you. I have a couple of small models my dad owned as a kid, so those are the oldest, but my first (I'm not exactly sure) was a Lego Star Wars Naboo Starfighter that my uncle gave me for a birthday...I think.
  19. Mainly some kind of innovation (no over-using parts), while still holding to the general feel of HF. Poseability helps, though, too.
  20. The sword is made of metal (some kind of metallic Protodermis), and simple channels his elemental fire power through it. So I'm assuming it can be channeled around the sword, resulting in the "flaming sword" effect.
  21. That's actually really creative. That piano oh, I said a leet word - contact a moderator to take proto from me!, btw.
  22. I'm definitely a Lewa or a Takua. More of a general Le-Matoran, though.
  23. True. Nidhiki was really cool, mostly because you really had to feel sorry for him. I mean, he had it really rough. But I always enjoyed Tuyet as well, just because of how she started out as a good entity but was corrupted by the Nui Stone's power.
