Flip the - unpleasant - coin already.Heads I live, tails I die.Reichenbach flipped the coin. Heads. He lowered the sword, and sighed."There are only so many times you can try to kill yourself before you realise the universe has other plans."Reichenbach looked up. "Hello, Nikarra. Where've you been?""Nowhere in particular." Nikarra lied. She couldn't let Reich find out about what she was trying to do. "Zarrus, the Matoran y- Chronn tried to kill.""What about him?""Some Vortixx grabbed him in the hospital. I saw it by accident.""Any way you can give me a better description than 'some Vortixx'?""Big, kind of thick-looking. Knocked him out and grabbed him."Sentraken... possibly?"That certainly sounds interesting. But I'm sure he'll find a way out. We need him to talk."You need him to talk. "Okay. I'll catch up with you later.""Fine." Reichenbach returned to flipping the coin.Nikarra walked away from Reichenbach. She knew more of his plan than any of his other minions. And she knew where Incommodo would be. If she could stop Arkrak, then she might just be able to save Reich.She headed towards a tunnel, before taking a shortcut that would lead her to Ga-Wahi.OOC: Nikarra to Ga-Wahi.

IC: "So, Zarrus, you are at my feet again. Shame I did not recognise you in Le-Koro due to my amnesia at the time, but losing an arm is still a worthy punishment for your incompetence.""What have I done now?""The Toa of Sonics in my hut at Ta-Koro. You helped him escape, didn't you?""How could you possibly have know- I mean, um-"Sentraken kicked Zarrus lightly, causing him to land in a heap a short distance away, "No matter, I have use for you once more, and naturally you are going to obey me."The Vortixx's freakish gaze was enough to frighten Zarrus into submission, "Of course...""Now, tell me everything that happened between Le-Koro and Gutlun capturing you. Do not leave a single detail, or I will know, and punish you further."Zarrus told his tale. Everything from being healed up at the hospital in Ta-Koro to being captured by 'Chronn'."Chronn captured you...? What did he say?""That he was going to make it look like I was captured by some other guy... I think he was setting it up so that it would look like he was solving the crime...""Why, in the name of sanity, would the famous and renowned detective Thedar Chronn, want to improve his reputation? Something's wrong about this, I'm sure." Sentraken turned to Onyx, "Onyx, any thoughts?"

IC: ReichenbachTime is running short... No, it isn't. You can still do this. Put it off. Or better, just kill him. Your vengeance doesn't have to be like this. Yes, it does. I have to get my revenge... Wouldn't death be a good enough revenge? No! I can't just kill him! Killing is so... unimaginative. You have to destroy him. I have to destroy everything he holds dear. And there are very few things he does hold dear.Reichenbach picked himself up off hte ground, and walked towards Whenua's hut, his mask becoming a normal black Mahiki. Strangely, he didn't seem to have activated it, and it would appear that the Shelek itself was an illusion.He knocked on the door, and waited.

IC:"Yes?" Whenua asked.

[Wade.]

IC: WalkerWith his two Matoran friends ready to roll, Walker made his way to the front desk of the hospital and left a bag of widgets for their troubles, mostly caused by the Toa of crystal himself, before exiting the building. Usually, the typical scenario would have been bright light invading his few but then again, they were in Onu-Koro so the most he did was take a good whiff of that 'outside' air."Smell that air...smells like freedom!" he said, not bothering to conceal his excitement and joy. Walker gave both his friends a mischievous look before clapping his hands together a couple of times, proceeded by pointing forward with both hands in a comical fashion."Lets get this road trip started!"OOC: Where to ?

OOC: How about Ko-Wahi? I've only been there a few times IC: "Let's see, what would be the most different place to Onu and Po-Wahi..." Wrehn thought to himself, before comically pointing his finger into the air in triumph, "How about Ko-Wahi? It's cold, unlike Po, plenty of fresh air, unlike Onu. Lovely and exotic!"

IC: Reichenbach"Turaga, I have something important to tell you." Reichenbach stepped in, and shut the door behind him.

[Wade.]

IC: Walker"That and from the books I've read in that infernal hospital, Ko-Wahi's the closest place to Onu-Wahi. Although, I must say...going there the way I'm dressed would be suicide...but who cares!" Walker said optimistically.

[Nuju Metru]

IC:Whenua did not invite the newcomer in. But the newcomer came in anyway. The Turaga was immediately on his guard. Casually, Whenua moved towards his chair as the newcomer, who Whenua saw to be a Toa of Sonics, closed the door behind himself. "Something important? Well, brother, sit down, tell me what it is," Whenua said, betraying no signs of his preparedness as he leaned against the back of his chair and looked at Reichenbach.

IC: Reichenbach"Turaga, this is a very sensitive matter, and I ask that I am not named as the one who brought it to your attention." Reichenbach glanced around, seeming slightly nervous. "It involves the detective, Thedar Chronn."

[Nuju Metru]

IC:"Very well," Whenua said. "Go on."

[Wotz]

IC: "The way your dressed?" Wrehn exclaimed, almost laughing, "I'm not even wearing any clothes!"

IC: Reichenbach"He has been responsible for a number of deaths." Reichenbach sighed. "And I fear it might be my fault."You remember the deaths in the Mata-Nui Daily? Those were him. Well, some. I believe he also had an accomplice."I know this because he hired me as an actor, to pretend to be the killer, so that he could capture me and solve the crime. The pay wasn't great, but I needed the money. However, I began to worry when the killings started."I realised that I didn't want to be involved in this, that he had to be brought to justice, to true justice. That is why I have come to you." Reichenbach had a solemn expression while he explained this. "You see now why I had to ask that I should not be mentioned. He would kill me if he found out I had told you. In fact, he has already tried to kill me a few times, after realising I was no longer loyal to him."

[Wade.]

IC: Walker"Looks like you'll be joining me in the afterlife then. Although, if you die first, I'll have fun poking the icicles forming in your nostrils."

[The Dark Chronicler]

IC: Garme"This trip is going to be heading strait into a frozen death of misery and suffering." She commented with a frown upon her face. "So, when are we going?"She actually did want to go. She was a Ko-Matoran, naturally resistant to the cold to a degree.

[Wotz]

IC: "Good to know you haven't changed, Garme. Always so optimistic." Wrehn joked, "I say we leave now. I'm sick of this bloody hospital and this bloody village and... You get the idea."

IC-Kaylov:Kaylov thanked the Onu-Matoran Ussalry Guard again, sending him back to the Po-Wahi border outpost. He then sighed, resting on his staff a moment before he continued through. He passed the throngs of Matoran running around, trying to find his main target.And find him he did, just sitting there in plain view. He walked up to the being, sitting next to him. He sighed. "Fictus," he said to the Turaga. "It's been a long time, hasn't it?"

IC: Havon - Onu-Wahi Tunnels -"'NEX' huh? Never heard of them. Though, if they are a group of assassins, I don't believe they could possibly working for Turaga Whenua, he'd never hired assassins."

IC: (Uar)"Didn't really think so either. Although, it's always hard to trust those who rule." Uar replied.IC: (Enara)The Vortixx continued to stalk Uar and the Toa of Fire, keeping a distance of about 100 bio, and always blending in with the unlit areas of the tunnel. IC:"My advice is to leave this Koro," Whenua replied after a thoughtful pause. "If you need an escape route, I can provide you with one. But leaving is your only option."

IC: Garme"Yeah, that you're suffering from blood-loss." was her somewhat joking reply.IC: NexThe Turaga stood, clutching his staff and drinking from a small cup of water. At first, he hadn't noticed Kaylov walk up, until the other Turaga began to speak. "Ah, hello Keylov, what brings you to this section of the Koro, my friend?"

IC: Reichenbach"Thankyou, Turaga, but I can't help but worry he would follow me." Reichenbach scratched his chin, nervously.

[Nuju Metru]

IC:"That is why you would have to leave in total secret, and move very far, very fast," Whenua said. "As I said, I can provide you with such a path if you want one."

IC-Kaylov:Kaylov smiled-at least Fictus was nice enough not to send others off to kill him. "Not too much," Kaylov said. "Mainly, there was the Rahkshi attack in Po-Koro, and then Turaga Onewa got taken." He looked over at his old friend."Fictus, I need your help with the second. They're sending people off to find Onewa, against better judgement. They're too impatient to wait." He thought for a moment."I need you to get somebody from your organization to scout out the Infernavika. That's the ship that he was taken on. And," he added, "If the others seem like they're going to attack the ship, you need to send somebody in to grab Onewa and get away as fast as possible." He smiled."So, would you do a favor for an old friend?" He then laughed slightly. "Or do I need to pay you?"

IC: Nex"... You will need to travel to Ta-Koro. Find the one from which smoke pours from his hands and mouth. His name is Vibaya, and relay to him the information that you have. His mission to make a deal with a blacksmith can wait. And he can, to a degree, travel over water... he will be perfect for this mission I assume?"He took another drink from his cup of water, closing his eyes for a few moments. "And then tell him what you wish done with the Turaga."

IC-Kaylov:"Thank you, Fictus," Kaylov said, then smiled. "Or should I call you Nex, like all the others in your organization do?" He then walked away, laughing slightly. While he was here in Onu-Koro, he might as well speak to Turaga Whenua.

IC: Reichenbach"Thankyou, Turaga. I will take your offer, even though I feel that Chronn will find some way to follow me." Reichenbach smiled slightly.

[Nuju Metru]

IC:Whenua nodded. "It is nothing. Now, firstly, you must exit through the back door of my home. Then, make your way to between the third and fourth houses along the bank of the river. Jump into the river, and you will find a hole. You must swim into this hole, clim a few rungs inside, and you will reach a cave passage. Crawl along the passage until you find yourself at another, small cave. There should be a ladder there, which will take you up to the surface. It is a long climb, but it's the fastest way up."The Turaga paused to let his visitor process this information. "Now, once on the surface, run away, towards the jungle. You will be harder to track there, and perhaps you will find a more hospitable place to hide. None will suspect you could have escaped by anything but a highway, or the mines. Good luck."

IC-Kaylov:After walking around for a while underground, Kaylov came to where he wanted to, Turaga Whenua's hut. He walked up, leaning heavily on his staff. He knocked on the door a couple times."Turaga Whenua?" He called. "I need to speak to you."

[Nuju Metru]

IC:Whenua heard the knock. "You must go now," he said to Reichenback, and practically shoved the Toa out the back door before turning to answer the front. The Turaga opened the door to see Kaylov. "Yes, brother?" Whenua asked.

IC-Kaylov:"Greetings, Whenua," Kaylov said, looking around. There were quite a few Matoran there. He leaned in to whisper to the Turaga. "Whenua, I need your help with something, but I can't tell you out here. Too many eyes and ears." He sighed sadly. "I don't want to frighten them."

[Nuju Metru]

IC:"Then come in," Whenua said, closing the door behind Kaylov. "What is it?"

[otter]

IC-Kaylov:"Just a day ago, Turaga Onewa was kidnapped," Kaylov said. "You remember that pirate ship, the Infernavika? Well, it has a new crew, seemingly smarter and stronger than the original." Kaylov sighed. "I honestly don't know what they plan to do with Onewa, though I figure they'll just ransom him off." He then sat down, looking up at Whenua."I'd really appreciate it if you would take care to keep a stronger guard around yourself, Whenua," Kaylov said. "I'm planning on traveling to the rest of the island, warning the other Turaga. Hopefully none of the others have been taken." He then sighed bitterly."I also would appreciate some of your wisdom with the situation," he said then. "I told the others, back in Po-Koro, to wait until the pirates ransom Onewa off, that the safest solution, for all parties, would be to just pay and take him back. But they didn't listen, it seems, and set up some task-force to go find him and get him back. Which do you think is the better solution?" He asked.OOC: "Warning the other Turaga." Wow, he's in for a bit of a surprise, don't ya think Nuju?

IC:"We must show these mercenaries that we do not concede with their demands," Whenua said, his voice like stone. "Onewa must be taken back by force, lest other evildoers try to follow the example of these... these pirates."

IC-Kaylov:Kaylov sighed again. "I understand your position, Turaga," he said wearily, "But what if, when they see that we are attacking them, they decide to harm him in retaliation?" He leaned back in the chair his head in his hands."That is my main fear," he muttered. "That if we attack them, they'll attack him where he can't fight back. Do you really want that to happen?"

[Nuju Metru]

IC:"Of course not," Whenua said. "They will not harm their hostage if they still believe that they can extract some kind of profit from him. The key to this action is to maintain the utmost secrecy as long as we possibly can. A strike team must catch the criminals by surprise and subjugate them quickly, too quickly for any injury to be inflicted on Onewa."

IC-Kaylov:"If you say so," Kaylov sighed. He stood up, preparing to walk out. "Thank you for taking the time to speak to me," he said, stepping out the door. Hopefully Whenua wouldn't notice the pastry he'd taken from the Turaga's table. He was hungry, after all.OOC: Can I get permission from you here and now to have a Vortixx with a scoped rifle (like a squad's Designated Marksman would use) and a high-powered pistol? I don't want to take the time to go through all sorts of PMs and what-not.

[Elemental Ussal]

I.C. Kranuka & KromastKranuka rapped on the door of Kromast’s hut. He, and Fehron, a toa of iron, were hoping to stay at his hut for the night. They waited a moment, and eventually Kromast opened the door. “Oh! Kranuka! I haven’t seen you in forever.” “Good to see you again too, Kromast. Excuse the short notice, but we were wondering if we could stay here for the night.”“Fine by me, but who’s the Iron toa? I haven’t seen him before.”“Oh yeah, he’s a friend of mine.”“Here, come on in.” Kromast escorted the two figures into his home. He turned to Fehron. “I never caught your name. I’m Kromast.”

[Simulacrum]

IC: Onyx & Henchmen, Onu-Wahi CatacombsOnyx's face, and thus his emotions, were hidden behind his gigantic helm. "The fool Reichenbach has shown his want for Chronn's downfall dozens of times, why would this be anyone else?" He asked.

[Wotz]

IC: "And of course, he also wears a Mahiki..." he looked down at Zarrus, "I'm afraid Zarrus, that I cannot allow you to live. Nothing personal. Just business."And with that, Sentraken pinned the Matoran against the wall with one hand, and nailed his head to it with a knife, killing the tiny being instantly."Sorry about the mess, Onyx."

[Elemental Ussal]

I.C. Kromast and KranukaFehron saw several closed crates lying around, 2 beds, a weapon sharpener, a table, a painting of an old looking matoran on the wall, and a lightstone on the ceiling. Everything was laid out in a neat and orderly fashion."Nice to meet you." Kromast walked over to a crate and opened it. It had some various food items. "Anyone hungry?""I am." Kranuka responded."Yeah, but you don't count 'cause your always hungry."Kranuka grinned. It had been a long time since he had seen Kromast.
