OOC: And as you keep ignoring, I wasn't mad, merely annoyed that people would keep ignoring things I say to everyone. See, this is why I can't get people to like me! They ignore me unless I yell, then they hate me! What am I supposed to do in this situation?

 

And the reason that bothered me was because it sounded like any character that used a sword was somehow inferior to yours. Whether that was lighthearted or not, the implication isn't very nice.

Seeing that Pahrak was in danger, as his health was critically low, Pulse decided to launch himself into the air with an explosion, heading leg-first to the location in front of Pahrak.

 

"Away from the Bohrok." he hissed, ready to fight back if they did, with his spear held in both hands so that he could hopefully block some attacks with it.

I twisted in the air, and landed on my feet. I then ran towards Zero, buzzsaws whirring, and attempted to ram both into his lower intestines.

IC: Voxumo [status: Observing and being stealthy Health: 6/10]

 

Voxumo could see the lightning bolt heading for Ehks and decided to throw up a wall of energy infront of him. As soon as the lightning bolt safely hit the wall and dissapated Voxumo turned his attention to Shadowhawk. Given his distance from him Shadowhawk should not have been prepared for voxumo's attack as he threw up a bubble of energy around Shadowhawk. There is a slight possibility that shadowhawk could have avoided the bubble but a slim one none the less. Voxumo was now partially glad he had moves away from any of the major fights for it offered him a chance to observe yet not be observed.

 

So what if canis now out in the open. Does not affect me.

Voxumo saw the power-ups appear near him and with that he lunged out and grabbed a nightmare fuel and both krana. Just for good measure he also grabbed a fire bomb. However this left him in prime targeting position in the open.

 

OOC: I do not believe there was a limit as to how many power-ups we could grab correct? First come first serve eh?

Zero quickly ran over and grabbed another Fire Bomb and Nightmare Fuel, tossing the Fire Bomb at Voxumo.

Pulse, noticing the powerups, decided to dive towards them and picked up a Fire Bomb, sending it flying towards Chro.

you know before i finish writing this epic post that will ultimately result in the death of me can we receive a health update? Would truly be beneficial right now.

[Pahrak Model ZX]

IC: 5 health

 

Zero managed to slice a small chunk off of Pahrak's boot, but Pahrak didn't mind. As the robot was distracted getting his hands on power-ups, Pahrak willed the sliced chunk to ram into him from behind. If it somehow missed, it would then explode.

[Voxumo]

IC: Voxumo [status: Ape**** crazy Health: 3/10]

Voxumo laughed maniacly as he felt the Firebomb hit him. Apparently that was the final straw for him. Voxumo let out a thunderous growl and using the Scythe of Destiny Voxumo raised it into the air calling forth it's power as a bolt of unseen energy tore the shadows from Blade's soul. with that done Voxumo proceeded to use his scythe like a kohlii stick and sent the fire ball flying at Blade causing even more damage to him.

Voxumo then held up the vial of nightmare fuel and released it's contents upon three select combatants, Blade, Chro and Zero. He fell to the ground as he felt nearly all the energy drain from him. He threw the two krana towards his teammates for them to use, Pulse and Pahrak. To prevent his others from grabbing them he used a tunnel system for the krana as they slid into the appropriate grasps. Now with voxumo being nearly out of energy he removed any energy constructs he had created and instead created a 4 foot thick cocoon around himself as he began sinking into the mud from the weight of said cocoon.

An idle thought went through his head

Hopefully i will emerge as a giant, deadly moth.

OOC: And with that Voxumo is down to 1 health point to his name.. Blade should take 15 points of health from a combined total of 10 (Ultimate weapon), 3(Fire Bomb) and 2 (Nightmare) resulting in a whopping 15 points of damage. While chro and Zero should take 2 points each. Ah.. that was a glorious moment of insanity.

@JiMing: *rubs head wearily* Look, I wasn't ignoring you. I told you why I used the name 'Zero'; I did it deliberately, because I was referring to your character's IC actions, not something you as a human individual did or said OOC.

And as for implications of jokes... well, now that I think of it, I guess I should have added an emoticon to that original comment, just to make sure that a misunderstanding like this didn't happen. But I was tired, and the hour was late, and I didn't think of it. I wasn't trying to offend you, or anyone, in any way, but if I did, I sincerely apologize.

IC: [ Shadowhawk ] - [ 17/20 HP ] - Trapped inside energy bubble

The Shadowhawk tensed and glanced quickly around like a cornered ninja rat (TMNT, anyone? ha), his reflexes triggering a moment too late to escape the spherical energy construct that materialized around him out of thin air.

OOC: I had 18/20 before, how have I lost 3 extra health? Nobody's even tried to attack me since Ehks did 2 damage.

After temporarily recovering from being bogged down by multidimensional managing, ShadowVezon decided to go charging at Pulse and Pahrak again, but being careful to run sideways to make dodging future snipers easier. He also tried to wipe off some of the mud while running to the fighting, to take advantage of Pahrak.

"That...was...magnificent!"

 

With the enemy's de facto leader out, Pahrak felt a surge of confidence. Looking down from his mountain boots, he spotted ShadowVezon, who was probably still stumbling from being Krana'd.

 

"Gotta love Krana. Think I'll hold onto mine for now."

 

He sent a wave of rocks out of the ground towards ShadowVezon.

IC: ShadowVezon, HP: 14/20, Still charging towards Pahrak

ShadowVezon was affected by the Krana, stopping him from attacking Pulse. But he knew how it worked, and so focused all his attention on Pahrak. The rocks made him stumble, but he kept on running. If he could climb the rooftops of Odina during a heavy blizzard, while being hunted, and be able to change outfit completely while doing so, he could get past a few rocks.

I looked at ShadowVezon, who was rushing headlong towards Pahrak once again.

And, of course, I was behind him. SV, that is.

I shot off a few lasers, two aimed at his back, one at the back of his head.

ShadowVezon was shot in the back, getting hurt a bit more. But at least he had made it. From the looks of things, he was only just in time, not that he really cared about the other team, excluding Zero. Knowing that Ehks was behind him, he spun around to try and stab him.

IC: [ Shadowhawk ] - [ 17/20 HP ] - Backstabbing Ehks

As quickly as it had come, the energy cell wavered and dissipated, freeing the Shadowhawk for further action. Taking a quick glance around, the grey-armored assassin spotted Ehks, now looking quite beat-up and evidently low on life force, dueling with ShadowVezon, several dozen yards away.

Drawing his longsword, the Shadowhawk flashed silently across the open ground with magnificent speed, polymorphing into his ordinary corporeal form a few feet away. Without slackening pace or momentum, he leaped forwards and somersaulted straight over the top of Ehks' head, making a precision stabbing attack at his enemy's back whilst upside-down, then spun completely through to a vertical position and landed on his feet in the mud. Noxious swamp water splashed everywhere, further announcing his rather flamboyant entrance.

IC: Zakaro (Status: Curses..) [HP: 15/20}

Whoops, looks like the geysers can go through solidified earth. Best to keep that in mind.

Getting up and spitting out toxic mud, Zakaro did not feel as great as he once had. Looking up, he surveyed what had happened.

Lots of stuff.

And..

Zakaro caught a glimpse of something descending into the mud, a solid energy cocoon of sorts. Herm. Ehks was up here, so therefore that was Vox..

Perhaps..

Zakaro flung out his arms and the earth around Vox moved away, the mud becoming more like a dirty, murky lake. Clapping his hands together, the earth formed into a solid chunk and rose above the lake, before dropping in abruptly and likely trapping the cocoon, with Vox in it, deep below the swamp.

Task done, Zakaro continued his charge towards the main fight.

Voxumo could feel the earth around him move and feel himself dropped yet he did not seem phased as the cocoon continued to serve it's purpose as he drifted below the swamp safe in his cocoon
