Upsilon won't fight unless provoked or persuaded.Alignment: None.Bio: A machine nobody knows about. Upsilon appeared out of nowhere one day, and seems to be the only one of his model.

His body is laced with a few neon-green glowing parts which can be adjusted to glow or not. Volin’s mask is shaped like some futuristic army helmet with a neon-green glowing visor.Kanohi: Mask of EngineeringEquipment: Volin’s equipment consists of a riot shotgun with a port for magazines of six bullets, making reloading much faster, and two machine pistols. He also has access to EMP grenades as another lethal weapon and just for fun, a wrench. Magazines are carried on his two upper arms, his chest, parts of waist and thighs while his EMP grenades are carried in a pouch on the back of his waist.Powers: Being an S-Toa of Data, Volin has control over (you guessed it!) data. He’s a very skilled programmer, being able to create software, anti-viruses, you name it. He’s also a very skilled engineer, builder and designer.Implants: On his wrist is a mini-computer which he uses mainly to create programs, software and designs when he’s on the job and he uses this to upload them to whatever it is he’s uploading them to. As a secondary implant, Volin’s visor allows him to analyze robotic and mechanical build, giving him all the information concerning how things are built, how they function, their structure and their components, which he later stores in his wrist-mounted computer.Personality: Volin is a nice fellow but a bit rough on the edges. Although he may not act like it, he’s a genius when it comes down to computer and engineering-related matters. Volin’s passion is to design and build inventions he can come up with, making him a bit of a grease monkey but young at heart and full of life.Alignment: TechnaBio: Volin had taken interest into mechanical and robotic engineering as soon as he discovered the two. Researching both subjects and furthering his knowledge about them, he quickly became one of the best when it came to designing, engineering and programming at the Science Tower. As a side job, Volin runs his own little business called Volin's Workshop where he sells standard parts, implants, weapons and other little trinkets. He also takes requests for the creation of objects as long as the customer has the money and the object which was requested to be created was within reasonable boundaries.

Name: WheatleyGender: Programmed to be MaleSpecies: Eyebot (Violation Resistance Facilitator 4.0, VRF-4)Appearance: Wheatley is a white orb-shaped eyebot and has a single blue glowing eye at the center with mechanical eyelids. He has lines all over his body which are indications that his body can open up at different places for different purposes. Above and below his eye are two black handle bars, evenly distanced but why they were put there is a mystery.Equipment: Wheatley’s sides can open up to reveal two mini energy blasters with built-in flashlights to illuminate dark areas. The blasters aren't exactly the strongest things to fight with but they're useful when it comes to self-defense. Powers: Wheatley can relay what he sees to whoever he sets up a connection with and has telescopic vision. His eye can travel around his body vertically, allowing his optic to flip onto his back. Wheatley travels by hovering around, capable of flight and by attaching himself to metal railings through very faint magnetism.Implants: Wheatley’s body is completely mechanical and his AI and computing systems were based off the brain of a Matoran. He talks through non-visible speakers and has audio captors to hear noise in his surroundings.Personality: Wheatley is friendly and talkative, being quite the fun little eyebot. He often second guesses his own decisions and isn’t very assertive, always trying to persuade people to go along with things rather than order them. He’s responsible, shows a good deal of initiative but is rather dumb most of the time, trying to act smarter than he is. Despite his stupidity, he is capable of coming up with clever ideas.Alignment: Techna, VolinBio: The VRF project took a bit of a turn after ending with 3.0, deciding to make a 4.0 version. They equipped it with a self-defence system and took out its programming which would compel it to help citizens, making a more independent version. To help the population, they installed a device which would give it a moral sense of good and evil, based off the brains of many once alive and good-willed Matoran. The eyebot would have been a genuine success had the brain it was based off was from an unintelligent Matoran, unable to disband the AI programming from the body. So now, it assists Volin, one of Techna’s greatest engineers. It helps him watch over the shop for him, helps him in his work and much more.For those of you who have played Portal 2, you know who this little guy is

It lets her see stock and keep track of orders. She can turn it on and off at will.Personality: A cheerful person, who is quite good with people. She has a bit of a temper, but she has a lot of patience. She likes talking to people, and is not one to forget a name. She enjoys the occasional fight, just to let out some anger. She's rather stubborn and very strong willed. She doesn't let herself be pushed around by others.Alignment: NeutralBio: She joined the city to start up a new life, away from some rather unpleasant circumstances on the planet. She made a few bad deals with some rather dangerous people, and ended up having to flee. Has the speed, agility and expirence of Hydraxon, and resistance of Axxon, and the intelligence of a Ko-Matoran scholar (Specializes in military formations, languages, and body language). Very, very, very talented fighter, skilled in the use of his weapon. His species doesn't age at the same speed as Toa, Matoran or others, and thus, even with his old age, his in tip-top shape.Weapons: His right hand is covered in a very large combat Gauntlet composed of a mysterious substance that is nigh-unbreakable, but not a metal. No known type of toa can control it. The gauntlet is meant for grabbing weapons, and then breaking them, but it’s spiked knuckles reveals that it can be used for hand-to-hand as well. A large Samaritan revolver.Implants: NonePersonality: Dark, Pessimestic, Brave, and HonorableAlignment: NeutralBio: Remember the attempt to overthrow Mata-Nui made by Pridak and the other warlords? That wasn’t the first time. Once, a whole species attempted to over throw the great spirit, and they got dangerously close to their goal. The species in question were wiped from history, but a few elder beings speak of them in whispers, fearful that the mentioning of their names might cause a second rebellion. Atlas was one of the most powerful soldiers in the entire war, easily destroying every toa or other protector of the matoran he met on the battlefield. The hand of Artakha quickly began to fear this certain warrior when he destroyed two of their agents at once. The only time he ever faced defeat was when he was fought to a standstill by Helryx herself. The results would have been much different if they had not met on a sea-faring ship. After their lose in the war, his species spread over the known universe before the Toa and Co. could destroy them. Atlas was a mercenary on Zakaz for awhile, enjoying switching sides whenever a higher offer was raised. When Makuta died on Bara Magna, Atlas was one of the first out, scouting the new planet, and looking for something to fight. When the Matoran and Agori teamed up, Atlas worked as a scout and explorer, finding new frontiers. During all of this, the Toa and others were wary of him. As soon as Techna was finished, he boarded. He is currently wondering around, looking for fighters to challenge, Merchants to work for, and the such.

Name: Mero Kiap, other hackers refer to him as BinateGender: MaleSpecies: ToaElement: DataAppearance: Average height with an average build. Mainly white with green highlights. His mask is white with green stripes running up it. Green eyes hidden under white goggles, with the lenses themselves being black.Kanohi: PakariPowers: The ability to adjust data and data flow. His mind also doubles as a database for information. Super strength, via Pakari.Weapons: An armored energy blaster attached to his tail, two retractable blast shields on the underside of his arms.Implants: A tail with an energy blaster attached to it, armor plated for bashing and striking. Two blast shields on the underside of his arms, both of which can retract and fold up into his arm, hiding them entirely. A built in voice-box, a replacement for an extremely near death incident which included his throat getting shot.Personality: Quiet mostly, prefers not to speak much, but when he does, his words are usually sarcastic if they aren't filled with information, which is most of the time. He's always loved code. To Mero, writing and manipulation any form of code or data is like creating his own ideas. Places, beings, and experiences. Wise, with a complicated thought process, Mero believes that the ends justify the means, less so now than before. But even so. He does however, still value life. Lives lost cannot be gained back or replaced, unlike belongings or data. But to him, the hacking world isn't about stopping the city from reaching it's destination. It never has been, which is one of the reasons he doesn't see eye to eye with other hackers. His general knowledge is vast, due to the fact his element stores an unlimited amount of information and, of course, he's run plenty of data through his mind, due to the fact he's a hacker. And a good one at that.Alignment: HackerBio: Originally a hacker and always a hacker, "Binate" was notorious for his abilities. Stealing information and spreading it freely all across Techna Nui, Mero Kiap didn't enjoy his work because of getting paid, it was because it allowed him to really get his hands on files and systems others didn't, which in turn, meant more data for his eager mind. He simply loved handling it.Needless to say, he's been trying to hide from authorities for a few years now. Not exactly an easy thing for him to do on a ship in the middle of space.Mero doesn't have many friends, but he has a few admirers. He's known for his release of thousands of files containing information on Techna Nui, and distributing software that made hacking much easier. A ploy which, only half succeeded. Originally, it was to make things simpler for newer hackers to accomplish much more than on their own, to encourage more to join the hacking class of citizens, although the more experienced hackers never had much use for it. It didn't help that pretty much all the software Mero had a chance to give out (for free by the way) eventually found it's way to the Toa Techna, and eradicated entirely.Mero Kiap is still pushing buttons, and trying to find more data to run through his mind, which would lead to his ultimate goal of free spread of information, released for all to receive.No more bounds, no more control, only equality.

Most of the time the mask looks exactly like a white Miru, is when he literally is grinning... And is a hint that you should interact with him cautiously.Kanohi: Mask of RemembrancePowers: Standard elemental powers over Fire, powers granted by Mask of Remembrance.Weapons: Tsuki only has a single katana that he wields.Implants: Tsuki has implants in his feet that allow him to jump higher than normal, and travel slightly faster than most people; to an extent of course. Definitely not Kakama speed or so, however.Personality: Tsuki is typically calm, cool, and extremely cunning, though his plans are chaotic and for the purpose of trying to do evil things. However, if you anger him just enough, he'll drop that and go for straight out anger; though something major would need to happen, like someone close to him dying or so.Alignment: Neutral?Bio: Tsuki is one of the most intriguing people on Techna. He's an original Toa, however, he's been spending the last while planning things. He is not necessarily on the Hackers' side, but isn't on Techna's either. You could say he's on his own side, but even that isn't really true, though it does really seem like it. It is unknown what his plans are, however.I have plans for this character; I just have to think what they'll be. =P

Clock's power to absorb machines is too powerful, methinks. You could take TX Wade's suggestion and make him into a Toa of Robotics, perhaps with arms that have a bunch of different transformation modes. Forming a pistol and jetpack is out of the question, though, because he would have to get ammunition and / or fuel from somewhere.

Has a personal code of honor, and usually a good sense for people. However, he is also quite practical, willing to do what it takes to get a job done, whatever it may be.Alignment: Techna / NeutralBio: Vaedan appears to be your typical, everyday law-abiding citizen of Techna, friendly and outgoing, and eager to see the defeat of the Hackers. Freykoln is an excellent thief, a natural criminal who cares not for anyone but himself. In reality, the Toa of fire falls somewhere in between the two. A gifted sneakster, he prides himself on his abilitiy to slip into fortified areas undetected. He is also a good swordsman, pickpocket, and marksman, with a respectable skill in lockpicking as well. He is well-informed of the criminal, "underground" side of Techna, and is making a name for himself in the less-than lawful circles of the city.

He abides and lives by a creed, a few rules to keep himself from slipping into the realm of evil. Name: YerithGender: MaleSpecies: ToaKanohi: Mask of StealthPowers: He is a Toa of Iron, so he can create anything he wants out of iron (in possibility, of course), but hardly uses it anymore.Weapons: His weapon of choice is a tube that launches iron balls that he conjured from his elemental power, which he hardly uses. He also has two or three knives, the biggest of which he uses to prove points.Implants: Yerith has a speed enhancer in his hands, which make them function at Kakama speed with excellent control.Personality: Yerith is a very quiet old Toa. Even more ancient and grumpy than Solaris, he never seems to have a good side. Although he does seem to lighten up around old friends.Alignment: Techna Bio: Yerith worked with a special Toa force thousands of years ago. He made a couple screw-ups and ended up in a prison for a few years. Once he was rescued by his friend and old mission partner, he went up against a crazy General and took him down with his old friend. The friend was wounded in the mission and flown by Gukko to an island to be healed. Now the pair had to go up against a power-hungry Skakdi who had started an inter-island war in the Matoran Universe with the aid of a couple of turncoats. His friend was killed in the hunt, leaving him only with the two traitors. In the final assault on the Skakdi, his new mission partner was killed, but Yerith succeeded in killing the Skakdi and fully ending the war. For years afterward, he became bitter of his friends' deaths, and found a consolation in bartending. On the Techna Nui, Yerith started a bar in the Information District near the Public Library, near where his friend Solaris works, called the Library Pub. Solaris is the only living friend Yerith has, now.

Most of his width comes from the fact that he has a gorilla-like body, arms almost as long he is, and nearly as wide. His face is bestal, but maintains a shred of sadistic intelligence. His eyes are a dull yellow, and his skin is dark blue, his face and chest lighter. He is constantly dressed in armor, making him appear even fierce.Kanohi: Wears a horned and tusked Kanohi Pakari, which adds to his already formidable.Powers: Elemental Control over ice, but he doesn't have the concentration to create anything complex, perfering to stick to concepts he understands, like walls, icicles, and violence. Thus, in the elemental-power-level, he is about 3/4 as dangerous as a normal being.Weapons: His fists.Implants: N/aPersonality: Brutish, Dangerous, Slow-witted (Not physically), and strangely enough, Trusting.Alignment: LokiBio: Jotun is Loki's enforcer, goon, and right-hand man. Sneaking onto the ship with Loki, Jotun is a imposing figure, the way he runs, using his arms, gives off the idea that he is a Rahi or creature. Then he starts speaking. Jotun isn't the hardest person to out-wit, but if you anger him, and there is nowhere to run, watch out.

Has a socket concealed in the forehead for reprogramming.Kanohi: N/APowers: N/AWeapons: A single arm-mounted pistol with ammo container inside the upper arm. Also has a backup knife in the wrist. Gun starts with no ammo.Implants: Can be customised with up to two implants, but starts with none.Personality: Obeys orders from anyone of his faction but otherwise enjoys not being restricted.Alignment: TechnaBio: Steam was created in a factory of Techna to serve as a guard in the Computer Knowledge Centre. When he was released into the world he served his purpose but was soon thrown into a scrap heap when newer guards were issued. He was repaired by a scientist and now roams free in the districts of Techna.
