Dude... Stargates. But to alternate universes. We could pull anything from any universe we wanted... be it a Bionicle character or otherwise. Tahu, Luffy, Obi-Wan, Naruto, Commander Shepard (either Mass Effect or Stargate [lol the arguements of "No, I'm Commander Shepard!"]), and Spock running amok in a Bionicle setting would be amazing.Or maybe I'm absolutely insane and that wouldn't be a Bionicle RPG anymore and it wouldn't work whatsoever. Either way.

Part of me really wants to do this, but the other half is screaming that is insane and would deteriorate quickly. :P

What if a mysterious individual removes the Ignika before the collision and manages to take both it and Mata-Nui off the ship. That could make a vital plot component - find Mata-Nui.-Toa Levacius Zehvor :flagusa:

Oh god, I just sort of compared that to those Halo novels where a group of UNSC guys are stuck on a Dyson Sphere or something.

I read that one. Anyway, most of Lev's suggestions sound pretty good, we could try to figure out what happened to the GB's or otherwise those that preceeded the crash. Evil A.I.s sound fun, as do robots.Or, we could force all out civil war.

On this eve, the thirtieth anniversary of that first colony, many are left to wonder; is the world fast approaching a breaking point?

You forgot Aragorn and Jon Snow for extra fire and blood. Also, Hubert. A personal thank you for that "Blood for the Blood God" line.-Dovydas

Crash-landing on a planet and finding aliens? Cliche.Go the Firefly way and don't have any aliens. Because Firefly is awesome. My suggestion -The Great Being saboteur from the main story is real. When the Techna was created, he boarded onto it, and has been living on it for 100,000 years. He was actually responsible for the first Hacker group that killed Ion, and fed Enaltai the information on the wormhole - which doesn't go to Spherus Magna. When the Hackers go through, it instead hurtles the Techna-Nui into the planet where the Great Beings resided. The ship happens to land on the coast of a small, Rhode Island sized landmass where the Great Beings built their home. That's enough space to go around, me-thinks. Maybe bigger. Thus, many bio-mechanical Rahi - ones never seen before - reside. However, something killed all of the Great Beings. Something that may still be around. Or not. Instead of natives, the area is occupied by a few other beings of the Matoran Universe brought by the Great Beings who helped them build up their cities and tame the area, though none remember what happened. Perhaps even a few unique entities were kept there was well, and newly created Matoran (actual matoran) are found in stasis across the area.Stuff like that. Oh, and robots. Lots of robots.Of course, that's also pretty cliche. Still, it's better explained then 'crash into planet that somehow has the same atmosphere and a race of aliens'.-Toa Levacius Zehvor :flagusa:

This is actually similar to my original plot idea in some ways, but LL seems to like the idea of Zyglak-like mutants shunted by the Great Beings.:c-Teezy

Revolt! Because if this ship doesn't crash I'm crashing it......Or not. But there's no way this won't cause serious problems.-Toa Levacius Zehvor :flagusa:

Blow up the sun, which causes a moon to crash into the ship, which begins walking on space water, which is actually a portal that opens into an alternate Bionicle universe that also pulls people from other stories/games/lines, which causes an epic war, which ends in FIRE AND BLOOD.GENIUS

I should never have never made Stargate references, but it's too late now. We must continue.Okay, if we go with the Great Beings home idea, what about replicators!-Toa Levacius Zehvor :flagusa:

Well, most of my ideas were serious... :PI still think crashing into a planet full of Baterra and lord knows what else would be neat, then it would be a matter of surviving on the remains of the ship while holding off the Baterra, or Bohrok...or something....Hmm...maybe have the remains of the Hackers and Techna still fighting at the same time? Just to keep two main factions in the game.

And my suggestion for landing on the home of the Great Beings was serious, along with my suggestions past that.It would be interesting, though, if something like a Stargate was discovered. Perhaps a number of them that lead to other Great Being colonies. Perhaps the City Dwelling Creatures can be found on other worlds, and were the primary construction workers of the Great Beings? The Kestora would be their soldiers, and now have their own civilizations using Great Being scientists. None of them know where their creators went.Anyways, things like that.-Toa Levacius Zehvor :flagusa:

Well, I have an idea... Taking a note from an episode of The Twilight Zone.

The Hackers managed to force Techna back to Spherus Magna, only to discover that while they were gone, war has decimated the planet, and killed off most of the population. The main plot could be trying to Keep the Wrecked city safe from the people on the planet trying to survive.

Yeah, best I could come up with... not good with Technology based stories.

Blood and fire was a completely serious suggestion. In fact, let's name the sequel Techna: Blood and Fire.-Dovydas

I seriously support this. Though, I think Fire and Blood flows better.

LL, KNI and I are putting the finishing touches on the plot now. We need to flesh out locations and then we should be good.-Teezy

You guys are awesome. In case I didn't mention it before.
