Lime Paradox
So yeah, I think this is the first new kit on the new forum. Yay. Also, I should probably warn you that this kit has absolutely nothing to do with limes (and looks way too much like Xaniskit, or so I've been told).(PNG version) (BMP version)Fan-made additions are allowed, and anything I like will be added to the main kit (with credit, of course). That said, I'm a horrible perfectionist, so don't be surprised if I heavily edit your sprite or ignore it entirely. Also, if you're using Windows 7 Paint, I'd advise to use the BMP version - it won't make Windows 7 Paint suck any less, but it will at least make the kit actually usable. Kazi the Matoran
You're right, it does look a lot like Xaniskit, but it's still pretty good. Raaki
To an extent it does, but the palette is nice and simple which is nice because it'd be easy to recolor! I would definitely use this!
Robin MebKohu
It's nice, simple, and as of so far, easy to recolor.
Zarohum
Looks like a cross between Xanis and Chimoru. I like it!

Darcsyde
Yeah it does look a lot like Xaniskit. But about 50 people just told you that. Good stuff.
Zerothemaster
It looks to me more like XRM. Quote The Drawing Room (Comic) ~ Mata Nui Adventures (Comic)Lost Forgotten Souls (Comedy) ~ Bad Images (Comic) ~ Reality (Comic)

Taipu1
I haven't seen a kit that separates male and female bodies before, but I'm not a regular to the kits forum. The difference aren't all that huge either, I think if you are going to separate the two, more could be done to the proportions to separate them. The masks are all pretty good, except the Hau, which I feel could have more done around the mouth area. Quote - Taipu1.HighFly MatoranShowdownBZPRPG ProfilesHave you seen my Blog? Lime Paradox
Well, I've finally updated the kit, although it's not really much. There's a Miru Nuva now, as well as a new walking pose and a few very minor changes to the existing sprites. You can probably expect at least one more walking pose soon - and I'm honestly not too satisfied with how the Miru Nuva turned out, so don't be surprised if I end up making a few changes to it. Triggons
It looks to me more like XRM. Anyways, great kit. While it does look a lot like other kits, it's very well put together and does have some flair. Good start!EDIT: Oh wait, you're Phil. Then nice work as always. Calvirick
A walking pose is more than just two poses. I hate to be one of those negative people, but if you compare it to the Rayg kit, he's created four poses that look different. Also, when creating sprites, it's better to stay away from the ILLUSION RUNNING. Where it makes the person THINK the legs are switching when they're really not. Do you see what I'm saying? I hate to be one of those negative people, but if you compare it to the Rayg kit, he's created four poses that look different. This kit is intended primarily for use in comics. Rayg 2.5 is designed more for games and animations. It's not as important for comic kits to have multiple walking/running poses - for example, Chimoru only has two, and RZMIK only has one. Also, when creating sprites, it's better to stay away from the ILLUSION RUNNING. Where it makes the person THINK the legs are switching when they're really not. Do you see what I'm saying? I think I get what you're saying, but I don't really see how it applies to this kit. If you're referring to the two poses at the bottom of the sheet, one is a running pose and one is a regular walking pose, and I intend to make alternate versions with the legs switched for each of them. Calvirick
Ah. But then there's also those times when comic makers make animated movies.

Lime Paradox
Update - a few new poses, female armor, and actual eyes on the Kaukau. Still no new masks or walking poses, though. =/
P~M
The OP still says that you haven't sprited a Kaukau. Might want to update that.Is this kit open to fan contributions? 'Cause I could sprite some masks...--

JiMing
When people say this looks like Xaniskit, I think they mean that as a compliment. And to me it's a compliment, Xaniskit was an excellent kit, and so is this. Quote Haven't seen one of these in a long time...

Dralcax
Nice! I may use this. Simple and easy to color. Also, no too-big Toa or too-small Matoran is a plus. It honestly looks like it could be either, which is exactly what I want. Nice job! I think I could even adapt the facial expressions in my comic, too.
