The Swimming Beard Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 So, what is your favorite Lego set? Mine is the Scorpion Palace from the Orient Expedition line. Also, please do not include Bionicle or Hero factory, as there are topics for that already. Quote "I pitea the fool!" Great Mask Of ???? Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 I'll have to go with either Stealth Hunter or Grand Titan, mostly because I'm not sure if the Visorak Battle Ram fits under this or Bionicle. Darn gray area. Quote Comics coming eventually: The Bionicles Try to Run A HouseUpcoming MOCs: Sir Lesovikk, New Tokotoru.Current MOCs: ROTF Ravage.Dead MOCs: The Tokotoru, this fire monster, this turtle. This topic. Love it and cherish it. Do it for the lulz.
Toa Smoke Monster Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 I guess my favorite non-Bionicle set would be my Star Wars episode 3 X-Wing set. (I don't know the actual name of it.) Quote Everyone is one choice away from being the bad guy in another person's story.
Squishyfrog Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 uhwellout of the ones i havewhich really aren't that manybecause most of my early lego life was spent on bionicleand i've only recently really gotten into regular legoit's probablyumsomething from Space Police 3like the Lunar Limoor Smash 'n' Grabor the Space Police HQbut probably Smash 'n' Grabbecause it was my first SP3 setbut anyway incoherent ramble over Quote
FrozenFlash Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 I'm just going to say that my favorite set that's not Bionicle or HF is either Cole's Thread Assualt from Ninjago or the Sky Guardian from Exo-Force. Quote
Cederak Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 My favorite Lego set...hmm. Well, in terms of sets I've owned, I'll say the Lego Studios Scary Laboratory. In terms of sets I haven't owned...maybe the Arachnoid Star Base from the Insectoids line.-Ced Quote Cederak's Library l Blog: Fair Enough
Ehlekdude Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 This is a really tough choice to make, but probably the 8088 Star Wars ARC-170 Starfighter. Anakin's Y-wing and the Republic Attack Shuttle are also great, though, so it's hard to decide. Quote
Ballom Nom Nom Posted May 5, 2012 Posted May 5, 2012 Disregarding Technic sets, Lunar Limo. So very, very much. Purple! And SPACE PIMP! ~B~ Quote
Velox Posted May 5, 2012 Posted May 5, 2012 Out of sets I own, the Imperial Flagship. Out of sets I don't...who knows. Maybe the Eiffel Tower. Quote "As a writer you ask yourself to dream while awake." ~ Aimee Bender
Meiko Posted May 6, 2012 Posted May 6, 2012 Darn, I hate favorite topics, not because I don't like them, but because I just can't choose favorites. I've got so many LEGO sets that I can't keep track of which is my favorite, so my favorite is going to be every set I own. Peach 00 Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 The Ferrari F1 cars they sold back in the day with Michael Schumacher in the cockpit. They were pretty awesome - still have them to this day, as well as the pit garage set with the car included. Quote On the day the wall came down / They threw the locks onto the ground And with glasses high / We raised a cry / For freedom had arrived On the day the wall came down / The ship of fools had finally run aground Promises lit up the night / Like paper doves in flight I dreamed you had left my side / No warmth, not even pride remained And even though you needed me / It was clear that I could not do a thing for you Now life devalues day by day / As friends and neighbors turn away And there's a change that even with regret / Cannot be undone Now frontiers shift like desert sands / While nations wash their bloodied hands Of loyalty, of history / In shades of grey I woke to the sound of drums / The music played, the morning sun streamed in I turned and I looked at you / And all but the bitter residues slipped away slipped away...
