Note that all you need to do to not be F2P anymore is to buy a single item from the store, even if that thing is just a $0.05 standard weapon. Yes, they stack, but the effect is miniscule. When you've already switching in the fraction of a second, shaving 15% off that fraction doesn't cause any noticeable difference at all. It should probably be noted that the Flare Gun generally does what the Reserve Shooter does already. It's better for enemy Pyros since you can't ignite those, but otherwise puff+flare or puff+axtinguisher works alot better since there's a high chance of the shotgun pellets missing when the target is already flying away from you. To use the Reserve Shooter most efficiently, you need to pin targets to a close wall, and then you might as well roll with the Axtinguisher anyhow.Does it cost money to make a server? Because I would gladly make one, if its not so expensive.A server is basically just a computer that is running the game 24/7. You know there's a "Create server" button on the main menu, right? By clicking that, you can set up a LAN server. Then you can execute a few console commands to make the server truly online and allow people outside your local network to connect. It should be simple enough to find a tutorial for it.Note that a proper server would need to be on 24/7 and basically only run TF2, and it most likely requires some knowledge with networking in order to get it to work the way you want it to.
