So I just got back from a 2 week trip. Which means I survived an almost 12-hour car journey. Wow. Some art updates might be up this week, along with a comic (that's about half finished, and, behold, in colour...), but I can't promise to get everything done tomorrow. Really can't. Yayayay! =D It worked so much better than expected - I mean, yes, I didn't understand every single word, but I could follow the plot and find out a lot about the characters. What now? Read it again! =D
Take your time. Rushing will only lead to uneven colouring, lack of depth in both colour and shading, and inconsistencies. Trust me on that. It's better if you do it panel by panel, and take breaks in between. Like, 30 minutes for one panel, a break of 15 minutes or more, then the next panel. (time's estimated, it depends on your colouring style )

The problem is, 4 years at school just don't really suffice. I mean yes, you're able to gain some basic skills, but just as with any language, practise is crucial. Therefore, reading is also crucial.
