Excellent work these past few issues, though I do have a lore question. Does the border on this one mean it's a legal card for play in Legacy and Vintage formats?

That's a good point. Imagine a full year's story involving a Toa Team consisting of Norik, Helryx, Hafu, Gelu, Lewa, and Nuparu.

When I saw Black Six posted in this topic, I freaked out and thought someone made it weird and it had to be closed. Glad to see I still have a chance to give my two widgets. In a lot of ways, it feels like every memorable aspect of BIONICLE can be somehow connected to another big franchise. The way all the stories come together, like an iceberg with movies at the top, books and comics below, and things like the BIONICLE 5 treatment at the bottom remind me of (old) Star Wars' canon tier system. Our fandom as well reminds me of the Star Trek fandom. Aesthetically, there are different "strands" of the BIONICLE vibe. I have read more than one review of the 2003 movie that describe it as basically an abridged version of The Lord of the Rings. MNOG and the early comics (like B6 said) do their own thing, and IMO that is what makes BIONICLE, BIONICLE: the fusion of advanced technology and ancient Polynesian stuff. If you want Pacific science fiction, to this day, I think BIONICLE is the only place you are going to get it.

I certainly want to get all of the achievements, but some of them seem like they'll be a real grind to get, and that would make sure a boring stream, going around and attacking things with a whip and finding snakes to kill and whatnot. I guess we'll see how things go next week!

For me, it's two things. The first, going back to 2001, is the vibe. The atmosphere the Mata Nui Online Game created, along with the early comics, really set the tone and is what I think about when I think of Bionicle. But really, it's the community more than anything - we are all here because of Bionicle, and it's that shared passion. Bionicle is the fans who love it.

So my 12-year-old recently read through all the comics I made on here back when I was ... what, 16? My main reason for being on BZPower for quite a while. It was a surreal moment, and sort of embarrassing... 😅 but hey, the half-or-so of them that he understood, he thought was funny - so I guess the comedy works for that age. Here's to feeling old and decrepit, but also sort of cool.

Three more levels fully completed, along with one of the bonus levels. Sorry I wasn't able to log in sooner to inform you of that audio issue (as I've said before, 7:00pm is pretty much the absolute earliest I can be able to join the chat). Looks like next time will be enough to at least fully complete the last two levels as well as play the Young Indy bonus level (as I said in the chat, that one should be unlocked because you needed all minikits from just any three levels, regardless of which movie they're from). I think the last bonus level requires collecting all of the minikits from all of the levels, including that one from Raiders of the Lost Ark that you've struggled to obtain. As for the achievements, I'll leave that entirely up to you. As I've said before, I have no experience with such achievements, since Steam does not provide them for the older Lego games. Seeing what some of those achievements are, I could see myself doing everything I could to unlock them, even if it took me several hours to accomplish because I'm OCD enough to seek absolute perfection (which I somehow doubt you would be quite that obsessed with). Anyway, looking forward to the next stream.

It is the Biological Chronicle after all It's name literally states that it's a story told about living things/characters. So I'd 100% agree with Bambi on this.

Greg has confirmed that the beings in the pocket dimension are the same as in the red star, namely Kestora. He also hinted that while they're the same species, they were created at different times under different circumstances, which is why the City of SIlver Kestora are more warriorlike rather than repair workers.
