  1. I mostly just don't tell people, and if they find out, I'll just blow them off and continue watching it. My brother knows, but he doesn't really care. (I haven't made him a brony yet.) Now, I just need to get a T-shirt and make a blog approval for you.
  2. I don't think either of them are done yet, so no. Oh, so it's like Fighting is Magic where they're not releasing it for public alpha/beta and are merely showing videos/screens of it? Okay, cool. I thought she was fine. Personally, I thought her whining voice was good near the end, since it helped emphasize how much she wanted Sweetie Belle back. That would have been a nice touch, and a good way to incorporate another of the mane six in the episode (even if only for a short bit.)
  3. I want you Spike to have that written out and burped over to my house ASAP. If and when my family finds out (save for my brother who doesn't really care,) I'm so using that as my reaction. Also, anyone else play Equestria Online or MLP Online? I'm just wondering, because if so I might start playing one (or both. )
  4. I've never been a fan of the Beatles, and I agree that they're overrated (though I'm into the heavier metal.)As for underrated, probably Crush 40. Their work is awesome, but aside from Sonic fans (or people who have played Sonic games,) not many people know about them. Oh, and they so need to release either a rockband addon disk or a DLC pack.
  5. I never got any Bionicle or Lego related prizes. However, I got a few Star Wars and a couple Indiana Jones light-up spoons. Also, I got a couple CDs back in like 2000 that had computer games of Monopoly Junior and Operation. And I had a Windows 95 computer in my room at the time. Good times...
  6. Yeah, when you have a character with four weapons (two claws, a zamor launcher, and a laser drill,) it's hard to chibify them (hence why I removed one of his claws, which was in the way of the drill.) Thanks, but I don't have him yet. Until then, I'm hoping to have Chibi Firelord up soon. Also, I'll ask for him for Christmas so I can make him into a chibi. I'm not exactly sure which piece you're referring to. If you mean the pieces that have one plus-rod-hole facing one way, and another attached to it that's perpendicular, then the feet will probably squish into each other. No, the ball joints that accept an axle, like those at the base of an Inika neck. And if they squish, try black Metru feet or the black Mata feet from Von Nebula.Ah, those. I have plenty, both in the open and closed forms (the one where you can only stick one stud-length of axle through, and the other where you can stick it all the way through.) I'll try that and see if it works (and use either Garan or VN's feet if needed.) The hordika necks don't come in any other color to my knowledge, nor do those HF armor pieces. (not to mention that's from his original set, which also used it as chest armor.) The hand pieces that attach to his legs come in black, so I could replace those, but that's about it.I know for a fact that they come in light grey (in Thunder), but I'm not sure about black... Time for some research...-- Actually, they come in Yellow on Meltdown, Light Grey on Thunder, and Black on Corroder (that's it I think.) However, he doesn't have the other ones for his arms, so I figured I'd at least use the yellow one for his chest. Also, while I own Corroder, I'd have to take the stickers off one of the pieces, and I don't know whether I could do that easily (or put them back on afterward.)Vapour has those parts, but stickerless.Interesting, I didn't realize that. If and when I get him, I'll use one of his pieces to replace the one on Meltdown. (and of course I'll chibify him too. ) Sorry I haven't posted any chibis, I've just been busy with Sonic Generations and whatnot. I'll try to have one up soon since I'm getting a kinect in a few days and then all my free time will be devoted to my 360.
  7. I'll probably go watch in shortly if I don't have chores. I'll update this post with my thoughts upon seeing it.
  8. I totally forgot about minecraft. I'd probably be a toss-up between Sonic Generations, Minecraft, and Portal 2 (though I haven't played Portal 2 yet.) Also, the first one is partially due to me being a fanboy.
  9. True dat! If you like crime shows and don't mind comedy, I've become a fan of Bored to Death, although that might be mainly because I'm a fanatic about Jason Schwartzman. I also watch the Daily Show and the Colbert Report...ooh, Conan O'Brien did an awesome set of shows this week in New York City, which were so much fun to watch being the old Late Night fan that I am.Coming back on topic, I agree that FiM is the best children's show I've seen on TV right now. I like Adventure Time, but after Chowder and Flapjack it just seemed like yet one more surreal cartoon, which isn't to say it's bad, far from it. It just felt like more of the same. Cartoon Network's lineup in general seems to have gone off the cliff lately, which sucks. I grew up with the stuff on that channel so to see it go downhill kills me.If you're looking for something good on Cartoon Network, Young Justice is pretty good, but it's really aimed more at older kids. FiM is one of the best shows out there for younger kids, while still appealing to the older audiences (in some case up until their early thirties. ) I blame "Robot Unicorn Attack" partially, given that it helped make unicorns more manly, and the fact that there's some popular guy on the internet who watches it. Also, hilarious conversation with my brother about the show edit: Okay, how the karz did my post end up before LR's when I freaking quoted him?edit 2: Nevermind, just my computer messing up.
  10. Star Trek favorite is probably either Voyager or Next Generation. But on-topic, FiM should totally be every day. As for other children's shows, I watch Phineas and Ferb, but that's about it (most other shows I watch are crime shows like CSI: Miami or Psych.) Given that there's two hours til the new episode and I've already seen all of FiM, are any of the shows worth searching up online?
  11. *Looks at Casino Night Zone* Get out. Nao. XD I, on the other hand, am not all psyched for Generations 3DS, and Dimensions doesn't really sound too great either....I'm psyched for anything Sonic.inb4 hatok calls me out for this: Yes, it's called being a total fanboy. I'm retarded. XDEDIT: Is it wrong that I have 3 tabs open on Sonic Generations music, one for each era?Yeah. I'm just as much as a fanboy. Also, can't stop listening to the Crisis City remix. Speaking of which, does it seem like they used the uncensored version of His World for the game? (only one word so I can't really tell.) I'm psyched for Dimensions too. Also, there's a rumor that while they'll probably keep the Unleashed style, there will be another style as well (which could be used as the main style when they phase out Unleashed gameplay.) Again, this is a rumor, but it would be nice if they confirmed it. Oh heck yeah! Your neighbors should be glad they're being woken up by such awesome music.
  12. More likely they'll put in extra stages. I believe that the most likely and popular are Stardust Speedway, Hydrocity, Ice Cap, Metal Harbor, and Starlight Carnival, but I don't support all of those, only Ice Cap, Stardust Speedway, and Starlight Carnival, as well as Eggmanland or Twinkle Park instead of Starlight Carnival. Also, Windmill Isle and Tropical Resort confirmed for Generations. There is a new trailer with them in it; it's a Japanese commercial. They are only shown for less than a second each, but it was long enough to see. Also, Iizuka is hinting a new style of gameplay for Sonic in the next game, but I think they'll keep the Unleashed style and create a new style that's also used.Confirmed for Generations or a different game? It's probably on the-site-that-must-not-be-named but could you maybe give me a title to search for? Also, a new gameplay style would be interesting, especially if they split it into two different gameplay styles like Unleashed or Generations. I really like Sonic games, and while I prefer platformers in general, I haven't gotten around to getting any Mario or Kirby games, so it's nice that they're giving it variety. Now, to keep my fingers crossed for a Silver the Hedgehog game (maybe on kinect,) and a Shadow the Hedgehog FPS.
  13. Oooh, there ya go, have a level from each of the storybook games...Y'know theres a rumor they're making a third. Or was that a developer that said that?Anyway, I liked Black Knight. What's better than having a supersonic hedgehog with a freakin' SWORD for pete's sake? A supersonic hedgehog with a freakin' sword that can TALK and insult's him. Epic.I'm not sure what level they should do from Black Knight, but that would be awesome if they did (maybe Great Megalith.) Also, there was a poll somewhere I can't link to about the genre for the next one (the only two I can remember were horror and western.) Also, I'm hoping if they do a level from Shadow The Hedgehog, it could be the cyber one since they don't have a ShTH level yet, and they don't have a cyber level yet. Plus, if they had a Tron-esqe chase boss (maybe jet with a light trail on his hover board,) that would be freaking awesome.
  14. There are a bunch of unused objects, cut features, unfinished animations, and incomplete levels. Never mind things like the Purple Gem...Honestly, that's part of the "charm" of 06, specifically, that you can have plenty of fun breaking the game (I did that a lot with my friend yesterday.) Though I admit, some of the levels are hard, (Shadow's Wave Ocean Hard Mode and the Silver's Normal Dusty Desert Level without using glitches come to mind.) At least 06 had plenty of content, with nine different levels (eight for Sonic and Shadow,) three different stories and nine different characters while keeping the same core gameplay, a frigging epic final boss with three different super 'hogs, hard mode for all the different levels save for bosses and "extra" amigo levels, plenty of DLC, and silver/gold medals to collect along with all the achievements. However, Generations is completely freaking epic, having two styles of gameplay, several different levels from almost every mainstream Sonic game, some awesome DLC along with potential for more, plenty of music to unlock and the ability to use said music in any level or mission, several epic rival and boss fights, plenty of missions for each level, new unlockable abilities, Super Sonic for either Sonic, and the return of the elements of harmony elemental shields! Now, let's hope Sega does it right with DLC. I'm hoping for some sort of desert level (preferably Sand Oasis from Secret Rings,) and a winter level (either Sonic 3's Ice Cap Zone or White Acropolis from Sonic 06.)
  15. I'd just like to agree with the gravity having a burst effect, since as fun as it is, that would require is to actually be aimed, and given how strong it is, making it slower and require accuracy would help balance it out. Oh yeah, and since it already looks like waves, you should just recolor it and use it for Sonics. Problem solved. Speaking of accuracy, what were you planning on doing for that, a targeting system for attacks perhaps?
  16. Hero's my favorite AIK song, since it fits the theme better overall, but Caught in a Dream is pretty close. Gravity Hurts is my favorite song overall, partially due to it being one of the first I heard, being rock, but not being too heavy (heavy metal that is,) and also fitting the year's theme pretty well. Hero is probably my second favorite song overall. As for favorite Cryoshell song, Bye Bye Babylon, given that I loved the music video, it fit well for the year, and the heavy metal was fitting. However, Creeping in my Soul and Destiny (or Closer to the Truth as I believe it's called,) are pretty close, especially due to them both having a great combination of guitar and piano elements.
  17. It's simple.Pinkie Pie = LewaFluttershy = OnuaRainbow Dash = TahuApplejack = PohatuTwilight Sparkle = GaliRarity = Kopaka, I guessIt's no surprise it's so big on here.Okay, now my head is full of "whining Kopaka" images."I am not whining, brother! I am complaining! Do you want to hear whining? Thiiiiis is whiiiining! Ooh! This exo-suit is so tiiiight! Why don't my elemental powers woooooork? Why do we have to go undergrooooouund all the time? It's so daaaark down here! And this suit is fiiiiilthy! WHY DO I HAVE TO WEEEEEEAR IT?"I'd actually put Twilight Sparkle as Kopaka (Y'know, the whole learning bout friendship thing?). Gali sort of fits with Rarity in that she's the most ladylike. That is so darn hilarious. Also, what is truly "in" right now is mustaches. Curly mustaches. Also, I'd love to see one of the mane six as a Dark Knight, Batman-esqe superhero. Maybe Flutterguy, since she can fly and has the deep voice.
  18. I can't wait to try and get that sonic trophy (especially since according to Sega, its ERV is $300, and I've seen them go for like 500 euros on ebay.) Too bad you absolutely have to use the demo, which I deleted as soon as I got the game. Looks like I'll just re-download it. Also, anyone know where I can unlock "His World" at. I've been collecting as many red rings and doing all of the different missions in Crisis City, but I can't find it. (and I know it's in the game because someone used it during a speedrun.)
  19. Rahkshi have painful staff powers too. Also, I like bohrok being bots, but I'm thinking they could be a type of care package. If we have killstreaks, one of them could be unleashing a swarm of bohrok (kinda like the pack of wolves in Call of Duty: Black Ops.) Also, maybe for rahkshi and vahki, their weapons might have special effects, but be weaker (namely status effects like your screen icing over, your character slowly burning up or being confused, etc.)
  20. First off, if there is a setting, The Core War anyone? It would work great for multiplayer (and you could have buckets of EP in the color of your team.) As for teams, assuming they are order and chaos, order should have clean armor, possibly with a sheen or gleam to it, while chaos would have dirty, rust armor (like the infected kanohi, but for all their armor, and in whatever color they are, not red and black.) I don't necessarily want classes, but I would prefer the six main elements balanced out, along with different body types like in Brink that have slightly different physical stats. Also, it would be interesting if they had different weapons based on character type (in BH, I believe it went Fire: Infantry Water: Heavy Weapons Air: Rifleman Earth: RPG Stone: Rocket Launcher Ice: Sniper) but of course that's just an option. Also, I'm thinking they could maybe have certain weapon upgrades based on character (e.g. thermal vision for fire/ice character.) As for 3rd or 1st person, I'm thinking it should be first person, but it could work in 3rd like BH (especially with something like Matoro's sniper scope.) If you could switch between 1st and 3rd person, that would be awesome, but probably hard to program. How about elements act as classes, and species acts as body type (e.g. matoran are weaker but can fit into small areas, matoran are bigger and can do certain things like wall jumps, skakdi are bigger but can break through walls,) like in Brink. Mask powers could work as classes as well, but then what would elements do? (unless elements were certain weapon types like in BH.)Okay, how about this. Species are body types like in Brink, elements are classes, and masks are perks like in Modern Warfare 2 (e.g. instead of wearing a suit for a stealth or bomb-resistant class, you wear a Kanohi Volitak/Hau.) Does that work?
  21. But that already happens in the game :|What she's saying is that she (he?) wants there to be another purpose. On a related note...FINALLY PRE PURCHASED SONIC GENERATIONS FROM STEAM! TOMORROW I CAN PLAY IT! WHOO HOO!He. And yes, I'm just saying an alternate use would be nice, since I don't really care about good endings. Yeah, but the good thing is he's already faster than regular Sonic, plus he can boost/fly over large sections of levels to save even more time. Now to finish math homework and beat the game so I can speedrun it as Super Sonic. Also, there don't seem to be any downsides to classic Super Sonic, save for the obvious ring-draining and possible limitation of wisp usage in Planet Wisp (I think he even flies over rails instead of grinding on them, while still making sparks because he's just that awesome.)
  22. I really don't mind homing attack (it makes certain sections easier, like ones you have to bounce on an enemy's head,) and it's not much different then playing as Modern Sonic in 2D ('cept you have the spindash instead of a boost.) Also, now I want to go out and buy a tablet for CD. You know what would be awesome? If the time stones had another use in the new port besides getting the game's "good ending" and making it so when you go to the future it's automatically a good future. Maybe allowing you to go "Chronos Sonic" (or some other super form,) or maybe the ability to go back/forward in time by say, doing a spindash/super peelout left to go backwards, and right to go forwards (though I guess that could be annoying if you do it intentionally.)edit: Anyone else hear about the addition of Tails to the port of Sonic CD? Hopefully this means war multiplayer.
  23. This (especially since mine won't even let me get it.) Also, when we were talking about good, T-rated CoD games, was Modern Warfare: Mobilized, since I saw it for DS at only $19.99 and while I don't have a DS/Lite/i/iXL/3DS, I will be getting a DS sometime after Christmas, and being only rated T (and for only mild language,) it's something my mom would let me get. Of course, I'm also looking at Bionicle Heroes (especially since it's for GBA and DS,) but would this be worth getting?
  24. Only if I get to play as Rarity. You can bet your flank I'm going to use her magic to manipulate needles and scissors to fight with. My favorite pony is Rarity (in third for overall characters, right behind Discord and Gummy,) but as for pony I can relate to? Maybe Rainbowdash, since she's a tomboy, is very competitive, and can get kinda cocky at sometimes, and gets frustrated when she screws up, trying to do better.
