  1. Thanks. The trans-lime was intended to represent the electricity flowing through this, since it is a robot (or something along those lines). Thank you Thank you! The only part of this that actually used skeletal pieces was the back, as to hold the 4x4 dish actually. The whole thing was mainly built around normal connectors and some system bits. The feet maybe look awkward due to the toes having been slightly moved. They weren't fully aligned, but other than that they're pretty stable. Thanks. Out of this whole MOC, the toes are surprisingly more stable than other areas. The connection is actually supported, since the weight of the MOC tends to be more towards the front, rather than the back.
  2. Looks like schools back, yay ._.

  3. Click for the topic. Thoughts?
  4. Click for the gallery (when public)BackAlternate AngleFlickrThis was a pretty frustrating build, mainly due to how fragile this MOC is. However, I'm still happy of how this turned out, especially the head and legs. The medium blue were used as accents, just to give a touch of color to this. The only thing that I don't really care for is the left arm, but it was the only thing that I made that seemed to fit for this.C&C appreciated.
  5. They all look great, especially the Gamzee one <3
  6. Thanks. This was a pretty tough color scheme to use, I even had to redo the torso, since I didn't have enough of the right colors for it.The head here was a real pain to make actually, had to rely on friction to hold the eye on. Glad you like the hooves, they're the reason I even made this =) Heh, credit for the name goes to Gatanui. I was skyping him the same time I was about to upload the pictures onto my computer. I had no idea what to name the MOC (since I leave it on the file name as well), so I asked him for a name to use for my MOC. The first thing that popped up in his head was "Zerox" I guess, and so I just went with it
  7. wait watSumiks named the MOC Daiker. And the MOC is a blue beaver (?). Therefore, you are now a blue beaver, I think...
  8. I voted for #5, with #3 being a close second for me. I just liked the aesthetic of it a little bit more than #3.
  9. Heh, thanks Bio =) I'm happy to hear that you like the MOC.
  10. Thanks guys, although I wouldn't say I'm talented, I appreciate the compliments =) Glad you both like the MOC.
  11. Yeah I really tried to focus on the appearence and shaping here, the colors just seemed to work with what I had in mind. I was considering making the eye color trans-red, but felt it would have looked too dark. Thanks bro, glad you like it =) Thanks! I did consider making the hind legs digitigrade, but ended up going with what you see. I just wanted to give it a weirder appearance compared to the normal animal's limbs (although I don't think it mattered considering the head ). But, I do agree that the current legs appear a little awkward compared to if it had a digitigrade design. Thanks for the crit =)
  12. Click for the topic. Flickr
  13. Apparently it's some kinda alien-dog-pony-machine hybrid. So let's just say it is an alien's pet.Click for Gallery (when public)Ready to pounce?Top viewSide ViewFlickr LinkMOCpagesFor the most part I'm pretty happy of how this turned out, it was a pretty fun MOC to make. Especially since I got to play around with some of my new parts! I really loved the hooves, I might use it again in the near future.C&C appreciated.
  14. May we alter the fruit itself? Like carving out a face or something.
  15. Well, this is an interesting theme. I might try this out. At least I can eat the fruit or vegetable once I take the MOC apart.
  16. The video was somewhat disturbing. Regardless, I still like the song <3
  17. @NX09: Thanks, glad you like it =)@Zarohum: He is isn't he? Must be that hair of his...Thank you, shaping was a big aspect of this MOC that I wanted to work on.@Flameman: Yeah, this all started since I was fooling around with that spine piece. I probably would've spread the blue around, if I had more of those armor pieces to do so. Glad you like it!@55555: Thanks bro =) I always wanted to use that color, and it just seemed fitting to have black and white to accompany it.@Toa Onarox: Thanks, I generally don't make more compact builds (since they do get frustrating at times ). The transition is mainly ruined by the inika armor and the sides spikes of that skrall armor, but I didn't have any other parts to replace either at the time. Regardless, this is a tablescrap, so you shouldn't expect it to be perfect, lol. Thanks again for the crit. Also, a basic instruction on how to do the arms (since a few people asked me to post it): Can be found here (Whenever the gallery is public...).Thanks for the comments everyone!
  18. Very nice job on this What? This was a nice read, mainly since the story-line was pretty interesting. Nothing really to criticize.Good luck in the contest!
  19. As long as we still get other important (or fairly important) sets I honestly won't care what brands LEGO goes into. Although, Minecraft actually sounds like an interesting idea, it would be silly for LEGO not to think about exploiting it's popularity.
  20. Very nice job here 5 =) The creature seems very reminiscent to the shadowy being from Spirited Away, except a lot freakier.I loved how the story unfolded, the ending being my favorite part <3 Anyways, I thoroughly enjoyed the story, great dialogue, and a very ominous theme at many points. Great job here, KUTGW.
  21. 50 PGS's? Bio, you've gone mad :PAnyways I really enjoyed the new comic, but the cash for gold one was even better
  22. Congrats to 55555 & DV. Hope you both enjoy the minifigs!
  23. Sounds good, although LDD never works for me. Regardless, I like Shine's idea.
  24. Thanks =) It all started with the head, since I wanted to have some fun with that spine piece. Glad you like the MOC =) Thanks bro. I've been trying to work on my shaping a little more, considering how bad I was at it a 3-4 months ago. Yeah surprisingly they clashed a little more than I expected, mainly since I didn't have two more of those armor pieces to use on the legs. I still need to get my hands on some more HF 2.0/3.0 parts, those armor pieces are very useful. Thanks again. Thank you! Glad you like it. Personally I'm still somewhat dissatisfied with the legs, since it's more of a common design rather than something a bit more unique for the MOC (and lets not forget those feet ). I can make some instructions for the arms, considering they aren't too complex. I'm still somewhat surprised at how well they turned out too, it was a pain to get them to work Thanks again.
