  1. Your voice is great sure, but it's more so a really interesting accent and less masculine. Raz on the other hand.
  2. One more spot till we can start this party.
  3. >masculinity. Hubert your definition of masculinity is flexing non-existent muscles with your dad while grabbing a jar of pickles.
  4. I dunno about you being the cutest Ty, Silvan might be hiding something.
  5. Yes Hubert, join me on the list of people that will be free from being permanently scarred.
  6. Look I get up at 6 as well, if I'm lucky I'll get to sleep by 12 AM, more often than not I won't be that lucky and will go to sleep around 2 or 3 AM. For many of us that's just the way life is, yeah it sucks but that doesn't give you an excuse to take it out on others. If you're really tired and grumpy just don't post until after you've slept. You don't see me going around being a smug and condescending jerk, there's no reason that you have to be one as well. I get it okay, having a messed up sleep cycle can put a lot of stress on you, it's not really surprising that you end up taking those stresses out on others. However that by no means excuses anything. If you feel stressed don't post or read over it and find a way that you're not taking your frustrations out. You can always wait to post at another time. Also don't be afraid to apologize, again and again and I don't mean one throw away word. I mean a completely sincere apology where you acknowledge that you were in the wrong. Don't throw in a single word in a rant where you just try and justify yourself. Apologies speak loads about one's character and, to tie it back to the game at hand, make you far more trustworthy as a GM. At this point all you've done in pursuit of trying to make this game is alienate others. You can't have an RPG if no one wants to play because you're the GM. My advice would be to take a step back and listen to the complaints of others and I mean really listen. Find and a really good co-GM, someone who's had experience, and listen to them as well. You can't keep stubbornly defending your game and ideas when the vast majority of people reading find issue with it. And honestly, I would recommend finding some one who's been RPing on this site for a lot longer, and earned our respect, to GM the game. Not co-GM, but be the head GM. I'm sure there's a few people who have great ideas for an Elder Scrolls game, so ask one of them if you can co-GM their game. Learn the ropes by watching someone with experience, use to the time to mellow, and get a better understanding of how games work in the OTC. Then you can feel free to try to make your own game afterwards. It'll make you a lot more credible and appealing to the judges. But hey, that's just my two cents, make of it what you will.
  7. Everyone added. See I debated using that name because of those characters, but then I realized I was too lazy to come up with alternatives. A reason why I'm very happy I snagged the 15th game.
  8. Topic is up, those that asked for reserved spots have been entered. Let me know if I missed anything in the topic.
  9. BIONICLE MAFIA: The Sinful Fifteen Welcome, my brothers, to my sad tale of woe, one that I hope will serve as a warning for those that still live. For our foolishness is something I would not wish upon anyone. We were consumed with greed, ambition, and other selfish desires. Unable to ever rally together and stand up to the evils both within and without. Perhaps that is why were always the target of those consumed with rage and bloodlust, for what easier target is there than those who can never unite. Apologies, I got ahead of myself without even bothering to introduce myself. I’m a simple observer one who has seen our foolishness increase through many long and bloody battles, if you must call me by a name then call me the Watcher. For all I ever do is watch and listen. Time and time again I have seen the mafia tear us apart from within, hysteria and paranoia would run rampant and in the height of our naiveté we developed a system. The mafia were creatures of the night so we became fighters of the day. Every day we would band together and vote. Trying to decipher which of our neighbors was the culprit of the heinous crime. As you might expect, this did not end well and all too often we found ourselves prone to committing even more atrocities. It didn’t matter what we did. Suspect lists, Lloyds, even the slaughtering of the null family, none of it prevented our ambitions from killing each other. So we ran, from village to village, leaving only carcasses in our wake. I don’t know what possessed us to think that this time would be any different. For while it may have been peaceful for a few short years, the mafia soon chased us down, followed shortly thereafter by more mysterious characters. Some came to our aid and others to enjoy and partake in madness. However our greatest threat was one entirely of our own making. A vengeful being determined to avenge its family for we were the sinners who had killed them. I am the Watcher and I saw how the sinful fifteen acted out another saga of bloodshed. 10. IC: Lexa "Still more useful than the stuff I could do. My abilities are even more situational." Lexa sighed, "You guys really are incredible."
  11. IC: Silvanni You know someone got lazy. Again. I'm not naming names here, but someone got really lazy. So I'm not in this fight. Even though I could have been. I could have had a robot. That would have been great you know? Why am I returning after each though. This is dumb. Anyway I'm sure a robot would have satisfied my boredom. Ah well there was still THE SHOPKEEPER. Maybe he'd noticed I was talking this time. "Hey SHOPKEEP, how are you? May I inquire once more as towards your name, for you see I was Shopkeeper A in my last world." Maybe he'd hear me this time. Depends on the attentiveness of that guy with a brow. IC: Lexa Lexa found herself surprised by the sudden gesture of politeness. "No, no," Lexa protested as she put up her hands, "Compared to stuff I've seen it really is incredible. You make something unstoppable, that's really impressive." Already a little flustered by Aeila's politeness, Lexa was taken aback even more when Des started speaking to her as well. "No it's fine Ms. Des, I haven't talked to that many people either. In fact I've rarely talked to more than one person at a time."
  12. IC: Lexa I guess they didn't hear me. Lexa thought to herself, a little dejected but not surprised, as she tried following the conversation once more. Something about Sado and Zuto-Nui's.
  13. IC: Lexa Once more Lexa found herself feeling even more out of place. Compared to the powerful abilities of her peers, Lexa felt powerless. All she had was her bow and two gimmicky powers used for crowd control. "You guys are incredible."
  14. IC: Malik Even as I was mentally berating myself for my terrible pun, Redhot, blessed be his name, did not find himself deterred in the slightest. Rapidly setting off to serve dessert and even topped it off with a pun of his own. This house really had attracted some interesting characters. "So, um, you're just... cool with all of us being here?" The question caught me off guard, after all I hadn't really thought much on the fact that I was just letting strangers hand around this place. So shrugging my shoulders I answered simply, "I guess so, my old man was the stingy one. This house is way too big to enjoy alone."
  15. IC: Lexa Once more the conversation had rapidly flew past Lexa and she found herself feeling like an outsider once more. Everyone else came from such interesting worlds that probably weren't filled with nearly as much conflict as her own. The whole being thrown into another world to fight situation hadn't appeared to have shaken them up nearly as much as it had her. For now though she would simply watch this demonstration of powers. Perhaps the powers could prove useful in escaping.
  16. Just letting you guys know. I should have the game up around 5 PM CST.
  17. Oh we need a Mech for this round? I should probably make one for Silvanni. If I don't get lazy.
  18. IC: Lexa "Uh hi, and the pointy thing is okay. I think."
  19. IC: Lexa It didn't take long for Lexa to lose track of the conversation in front of her. She had never been a people person, and being this far out of her element surrounded by strange words and stranger people did not help in that regard. Dasaka, submarines, inventions, these were all words and concepts that she was unfamiliar with. She had never been an inventor and submarines were something she had only vaguely heard of, but never experienced. Dasaka was a word she had no knowledge of. As the two beings in front continued their discussion, Lexa found herself shying even further away. She wanted to leave, she didn't know these people and the people she did know needed her by their side. However she also began to realize the other two obviously didn't know how this situation had occurred either. Perhaps it would be best to make some friends to help in her eventual escape. Sizing up some courage, Lexa spoke in a meek whisper, "Um, my name is Lexa Rial. Nice to meet you."
  20. IC: One second she had been readying a shot, arrow primed to deal with yet another potential invader, and the next she was in the middle of a strange room being fed an even stranger explanation. Thrown into a new world to fight? That was the last thing she wanted. She had to get back, there were too many people she had to protect. Being ripped into a realm was most definitely not her idea of a pleasant change. Think Lexa, there's got to be a way out. Maybe my arrows would help, but I'd need a target. Unfortunately it soon became apparent to Lexa that there was no such easy solution and it was only now that she took notice of the rest of her surroundings. Namely there were two beings standing near her who also appeared to have been thrown into the same predicament. One was a Toa and the other was a species Lexa had never seen before. At the current moment Lexa wasn't sure whether it was wise to approach either one of them. So instead she waited and watched.
  21. Silvanni Zikkray isn't referencing anyone at all. Besides his real name is Shopkeeper A.
