  1. So, I was just casually drooling over a concert by one of my favorite bands, when something caught my eye: a stop-motion animation of Matoro Inika used in the visual aid. I thought it might be worth sharing. Matoro is at 5:06 in the top middle of the screen. https://youtu.be/E-5ZgJV6M5M?t=5m For some reason it feels like my life is complete now.
  2. It's back! I'm amazed by how you got all the way around to doing this again. That's real devotion.
  3. Yas. I like the effects you created in-between of the themes. You've got some solid arranging skills, too. ...
  4. Wasn't there once a link from bionicle.com to bzp? I vaguely recall that it was something like that. Is that the place I think it is? XD
  5. 4/5 Epic, bioniclish, I luv it. There's a slight tendency towards some cliches, but they provide plenty of surprises to make up for it. I actually wanted to post react's pewdiepie remix for the next poster (you're welcome), but it has a bad word so oh well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZ58M1sAaWY Btw, it didn't die at the end. Cats just do that. That is the best thing ever! I can't believe it's been around since 2011.
  6. 4/5 Not my cup of tea, but it's a solid performance, and there's nothing really wrong with it. Now... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ
  7. Oh that one. 3/5 But she gets a 5/5 for handling it so well. In all serioussness... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XMgcHv-HGCY
  8. That is one of the best pieces of stop-motion that I've ever seen. There's actually detail in the movement and it looks like good thought went into the angles and tension curves. Not to mention the impressive depth in the background. Very well done.
  9. 5/5 It's gorgeous. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfVsfOSbJY0
  10. "Red Star" by Nixie Malmsteen. "Out of the Woods" by Taylor Swift.
  11. Wow. I feel it, Lady K. "It was as if someone had taken rage and evil and given those qualities a body to walk around in."
  12. I'm a big fan of hipster pieces. Like toa metru shoulder pieces and inika masks. One can tell the designers are trying on this new new wave, though. I was afraid tht bionicle 2015 would just be another hero factory, but the actual design feel like a breather. Those shells are kinda bland though, and stickers won't help much. Wouldn't making the shells rounder make them look cheesier? No corners means even less detail. If you'd add more organic-looking detail, you might end up with some kind of barakki 2.0. Ultimately, I just want the set designer to be really creative and inspired, and I hope they dare to be different.
  13. I would definitely play it, even if it was bad. MNOG was a masterpiece. The follow-ups were kinda lame, though, so I haven't set my hopes high, but hey, new story team...
  14. Maybe you could implement them in something that you do. For example, I would use them to make a nice frame and photoshop it around something, and use the ball joint in my music Ask the question "what could I use right now?" first, then wonder how you could use dem plastics. Oh and if you're into jewelry, run a string though a piece a hang it around your neck. Yeah, it'll look dorky, but hey, you made an investment.
  15. So, while am stuck at my other topic, I decided to do something else instead, and here it is! Time for singsong So umm yeah Just put your hands in the air like you dun care and get singing (if you dare!)!
  16. You're welcome! It's great to see that people still like these and these and it's even greater to know when music touches someone. Hey there, levaNuva. I'll ad the request, but it's become a long, long list by now. I'll recoup it for you as well as I can. As it is, I moved and got into college back in september, which put me into a rather odd position. While there are piano's available at "school", I don't have time nor permission for any all-out recording sessions. Thus froze the topic for a bit, but I don't really plan on ending it just yet. Anyway, this feels like a good moment to catch up a bit in general. It's been a bit hectic over here, but there's always time for music in my book. I still wanted to start another lego-related project, but I'm not really sure what I mean by that yet. Guess I just need to take a bit of a nostalgia trip again and see whatever comes up? This weekend I plan to get my acoustic guitar fixed, so maybe I can use that. Come to think of it, yeah, maybe I'm up to something. I don't know why, but the word cryoshell comes to mind. We'll see... Big shout out to all of you still checking out the old stuff. You are awesome.
  17. *Gasp* What an awesome! This style looks kinda like cell-shading. I love how detail are suggested rather than included, escpecially on his right arm.
  18. Great design, it really looks like it could have been and actual mask in the story. The Mata head reference is quite a creative feature. There's just enough depth in the picture. You could have checked with a ruler for alignment. I really like the colouring, idk why.

  20. We saw all this official stuff, then one time the Faber posts something Bionicle and I'm like . I guess that's the Faber effect.
  21. IWABT isn't dead, just asleep...

      Lukas Exemplar

      Oh, that's great news! :D

  22. Such a pretty thing. Good job on getting the swing nice in sync with each of the sounds. Most good stuff has already been said, but yeah, great mechanical noises and awesome drama. I loved the choir in the middle part.
