  1. I like the MOC, it's a good use of old and new parts but the feathered headdress is unfitting for an earth matoran in my opinion.
  2. After seeing your artwork, I just want lego to use your art style if they ever decide to make some awesome animations.
  3. I love the artwork! I really hope you make the rest of the toa mata meeting their newer counterparts!
  4. How do I make a blog?

  5. I love it when the staff involved in the bionicle series releases concept art, drafts and prototypes of sets and other stories but this is awesome! I can't wait to see what's on those CDs and that VHS tape! We've become one step closer in unlocking more secrets of the bionicle universe!
  6. How do we tell when content has last been changed and updated? I can't tell how recent or old the entries are.
  7. I have a few questions I'm not very good at roleplaying but I'm not bad either, I can write at least two sentences when describing a situation or actions and I'm fairly descriptive in my writing but I can't match the skill of professional roleplayers, are there topics where I can join other roleplayers that are at what people consider the intermediate level of roleplaying I want to act as a wild Tarakava that terrorises Ga-Matoran on the beach, are members allowed to play as non sapient creatures like rahi or kraata? Do you allow pet rahi as companions? Can players choose to act as villains like the dark hunters? I know that there are certain kanohi allowed but can players have a kanohi in the shape of another or share features from another ? Examples: A kanohi Hau with an eyepiece found on the kanohi Akaku or a kanohi Kaukau in the form of a kanohi Pakrai?
  8. According to the bionicle wiki, Greg Farshtey Matoran, Toa and Turaga of plant life were MEANT to be female, but there was a typo and they became male.
  9. This is good but there's too much pink on the matoran with the kaukau, it makes me turn away from the matoran with the rau.
  10. Can you please add Rahkshi to this sprite sheet or make a separate one for them? You can be thanked however you want me to.
  11. Boneseii, I clicked on your links and they gave me the 404 error message, are there other links to your screenshots that work?
  12. Can you put your images somewhere else? Brickshelf has just broken down so I can't view them. I'm not kidding, I clicked on them and they wouldn't work.
  13. I'd say it was supposed to be Avohkaan. Also, I think it's just there for some MOCing opportunities.
  14. I like the mini figures, the arms and legs remind me of the toa mata arms and the leg pieces remind me of the exo force iron drone legs. Also, I like that some pieces are compatiable with regular minifgures and it gives plenty of potential for customization. I just want to buy a few sets for the figures.
  15. I liked savage planet because of the quaza creatures, I want to recreate them to fit in with the bionicle universe, I liked the variety of villains in breakout, the brain attack parasites were cool throwbacks to the krana and kraata and could even work with bionicle pieces because of the axle connector and those little creatures in invasion from below remind me of the minifigure visorak. Ultimately, I'd say Breakout was the best wave because of the unique designs of some villians.
  16. I'd say that the characters trapped on the red star had to help the kestora replenish supplies needed to keep mata nui running and dissecting inhabitants. I'm not sure if that includes the dead inhabitants waiting to come back home or they were left alone while the kestora jumped of the red star and travelled to different continents to experiment on the inhabitants.
  17. Protodermis is a metalloid element which can be mined from caves or scooped up from small pools located on the surface or deep underground. Protodermis is a substance that was synthetically created from Energised Protodermis by the Great Beings on Spherus Magna, and many varieties of it were created, differing in states, durability, and various other properties. The Great Beings used the many types of Protodermis to construct the Great Spirit Mata Nui and all of the locations and inhabitants of the Matoran Universe within him. Within the Matoran Universe, Liquid Protodermis functioned as water and formed seas or rivers. It was also found within the earth, and was mined along with solid Protodermis. Several mines existed on the various islands, and the ones not designed for Matoran use were known to be hazardous to the health of the workers. Matoran also mined Protodermis, in safer conditions. On Metru Nui, solid Protodermis was mined in Onu-Metru, while Liquid Protodermis was channeled from the Silver Sea into Ga-Metru, where it was purified. Protodermis was used all over the city, where it was turned into various objects such as Kanoka disks, Kanohi masks, weapons, tools, and transports. On Mata Nui, Protodermis was mined in the Great Mine in Onu-Koro by the Onu-Matoran and then traded and used to make goods. Liquid ProtodermisRaw, Liquid Protodermis: A clear, silvery, semi-transparent liquid that comprises the oceans of the Matoran Universe. Raw, Liquid Protodermis is comparable to pure Protodermis in the same manner that seawater can be compared to fresh water. It was sometimes found in Onu-Koro and the Onu-Metru mines, where it can be collected using a Sluice. When purified, Liquid Protodermis gains a slightly blue tint. It can also be created and controlled by a Toa of Water.Pure, Liquid Protodermis: This blue liquid was purified in Ga-Metru and channeled into canals that run throughout the entire Metru. On Metru Nui, pure Liquid Protodermis was magnetized and made into chutes. It was also heated into molten Protodermis and examined by the Ga-Matoran.Molten Protodermis: A type of purified Liquid Protodermis that has been heated. It has the properties of molten metal. Molten Protodermis was dumped in a subterranean pipe system and used to heat the city of Metru Nui. It was also used in Ta-Metru to create masks, disks, and tools.Solid ProtodermisPure, Solid Protodermis: A type of hardened molten Protodermis that resembles metal. It can be created and controlled by a Toa of Iron. Armor is conventionally made of this substance, and the products of Metru Nui's forges, such as Kanoka disks and Kanohi masks, as well as some artifacts, are in this solid form. Special types of pure solid Protodermis exist, like the precious metals that compose the Toa Hagah and other elite Toa Team's armor.Raw, Solid Protodermis: A type of solid Protodermis in the form of rock. It can be controlled by a Toa of Stone. It was mined and collected with a Pickaxe in Onu-Koro and Onu-Metru. It was used to construct almost every landscape in the Matoran Universe. It was also used as a medium for carvings.Frozen, Solid Protodermis: Re-frozen Liquid Protodermis. It can be controlled by a Toa of Ice. In Ko-Koro, it was used to make buildings.Glowing, Solid Protodermis: Lightstones are made of glowing Protodermis, a form of very energetic Protodermis, granting them their ability to illuminate their surroundings. Protodermis of this variety needs to draw its energy from Karda Nui or another outside source to remain lit.Crystalline, Solid Protodermis: A type of solid crystalline Protodermis. It can be produced by the staff of the Shadowed One, or by six Toa of different elements combining their powers to make a Toa Seal, although it is conventionally made in other ways as well. Knowledge Towers in Ko-Metru were grown from and made of this kind of Protodermis.Protosteel: The hardest known type of Protodermis, often used in the making of weapons.Organic ProtodermisOrganic Protodermis is a type of Protodermis that makes up all the organic tissue in the Matoran Universe. Being biomechanical beings, the inhabitants of the Matoran Universe are made partially of organic Protodermis and partially of solid Protodermis. It can decay over time, if not repaired. For instance as the Toa Mata laid inactive in the ocean for a thousand years, their organic parts decayed and only regrew when they fused their lost limbs back on.
  18. I'd say Mimic is my favourite dark hunter because of his special ability.
  19. I'd wish to meet the chronicler's company to hang out with them.
  20. I'd say that the matoran weren't segregationist, they just usually stayed out of each other's regions to avoid interrupting their work unless they had important tasks that required the efforts of two or more elements.
  21. If anyone can recreate that prototype, post the picture here. Also, I'm glad that Boneheads of Voodoo Island evolved into bionicle, with such a silly name like that, Lego would've bit the dust with the theme.
  22. What happened to the piece quality over the years? 2001-2006 didn't have broken pieces but when I tried to rebuild Ehlek after disassembling him, the lime green pieces snapped.
  23. In terms of functionality, this is how I'd rank them (From most to least): 1. Kanoka Disk launcher: It's the perfect blend of range and accuracy! 2. Midak Sky blaster: It was quite heavy for poor Lewa nuva and he would always fall down while Pohatu laughed at him 3. Zamor Sphere launcher: The inika magazine didn't work well, the top ball would fall out if you aimed it but at least it had good range. 4. Rhotuka Launcher: It was freaking amazing to pull the cord and watch it whiz around the house but... I lost one rhotuka to the roof. I think it's still there. 5. Thornax Launcher: The jaws looked bad but it served its purpose and I like that the ammo is rubber so it doesn't hurt to get hit in the eye compared to the plastic zamors. 6. Cordak Blaster: I liked the gatling gun design but I never liked how the ball joint could easily break or the one centimetre range. 7. Squid Launcher: This was an idea that should NOT have made the final cut. The ammo could not be launched without knocking the model over or dropping it. 8. Kohlii Stick: I bought the 2003 Macku set and I remember seeing Macku throw her puck by twisting her gear on the box. I built her as soon as I got home and when I twisted the gear, the puck just fell down without moving a single millimetre.
  24. I wanted the original toa mata and nuva, rahi, bohrok kal, toa onewa, the black, green and white vahki, the red, black and brown visorak, Avak, hahli, hewkii and matoro mahri.
