    I created a golden Skakdi using parts from Irnakk, Zaktan, and Reidak to name a few of the main sets. I've never really made any other palette swap kind of MOC without making a lot of other adjustments to the model, like the MOC in my avatar. Though I have always wanted to make a brown Inika Hewkii.

    Saw a bunch on Imgur. As Roki pointed out, they're mostly from r/me_irl. They were enjoyable to see, but it's only a matter of time before it fades into obscurity, just like all of those other monthly memes.

    He looks tough and bulky, which is pretty cool. His torso construction also looks solid. Though I'm curious about that grey piece on his back. Where did that part come from? I've never seen it before.

    3/5 We have talked on a couple of occassions and I see you frequently. Say, is the spot for original Tahu or Lewa guy taken? I'm pretty sure Tahu 3.0 is the original Tahu guy, though I'm not sure about Lewa. I know me = Pohatu, Ghidora = Kopaka, Tahu 3.0 = Tahu and Lenny = Onua. I guess Gali and Lewa are free, though I'm not sure. I'm also quite certain I'm not the first Pohatu guy. If we complete the team, we should totally make a silly user group. I don't have enough Lewa or Gali sets to be a decent original Lewa or Gali guy. Though, I do like the idea of being a member of a silly group.

    I actually find those bootlegged Protectors to be a little bland. They're essentially clone sets with little variation in shells and different weapons. The torso construction also seems to be gappy around the neck area, maybe due to the fact that they had to cram a gear box onto each of their backs. The only reason I find them remotely interesting is for the recolored elements.

    I'm missing Toa Nuva Pohatu from '03. I have all of his sets except that single one. I'm actually looking to buy it soon, so that's a yay. Uniter Pohatu is definitely one of the uglier sets from '16, but I can look past it just because he's Pohatu. I'd say go ahead and get him if he's the only version you're missing, but that's just my two cents. Most definitely. Thanks to the hurricane and my procrastination, I almost didn't get my last two assignments done for this week. Agh. I sort of know how that feels. The best thing to do is not let it bother you. Sticks and stones, you know? It works for me at least.
