Here's a countdown page that will work regardless of which time zone you're in. No, I'm not in Mexico City, that's the default location it lists for CDT. Plus, a slight correction. I'm pretty sure you mean CDT, not CST. The only places in the US officially on Standard time are Arizona and Hawaii.

See, flying's good and all, but if you had a power that included flight... My power: Telekinesis powerful enough to move fairly heavy objects or carry myself (flight), but also precise/controlled enough to affect molecular bonds (Turn solids into liquids and vice versa, cause molecular friction and heat). Right there you've got all the bending practices from Avatar, PLUS flight. You can't tell me that's not cool.

I don't deny they have the right to say anything they want, but there's nothing that says other people aren't allowed to get offended or annoyed by people's behavior. If someone is spamming up your timeline on a regular basis with content you'd rather not see, I wouldn't blame you for unfollowing them for the sake of making your own Twitter timeline more enjoyable to read through and use.

Only, that isn't Twitter's intended purpose. Technically speaking, Twitter is supposed to be a single, text-message length, 140-character status update, It's not really designed for multi-tweet rants. Generally speaking, that sort of content is better suited in some other longer-format blog. That doesn't mean I don't personally use multiple Tweets to express myself, I'm just saying that it's not what it's meant or designed for.

By far the best online prank I've seen so far today. That includes sites like Removed. Please do not mention sites with forums.-Nukaya, Google, and ThinkGeek. Hilarious. EDIT: Huh, I've seen it referenced by its initials several times without having been removed, so I assumed it was probably okay to refer to it that way. Apparently I was wrong, my apologies.

So one year ago on March 29th, Takuma Nuva convinced me to watch Episode 1 of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I then went on to watch five more episodes that night. That was the night I became a brony. I did not get a healthy amount of sleep that night. In the past year, I've bought pony merch, helped out a bit with several brony collabs and projects, and I even got to meet up IRL with a brony in my area for coffee! (He even gave me an amazing hand-carved woodwork Fluttershy!) Arrested Development is fantastic, just finished watching it a couple weeks ago myself. Makes me excited for the upcoming new season (only on Netflix, but I have that), as well as a theatrical movie if I'm not mistaken? Also, you really need to watch through Airbender as soon as you get a chance. It starts out more than a little slow, but around halfway through season 1 it really hits its stride and just gets consistently better throughout the rest of the series. It remains one of my all-time favorite shows.

You know how I said Avatar: The Legend of Korra premiers on April 14th? Yeah, um... Actually the first TWO episodes will be premiering. TOMORROW. No joke.

They haven't mentioned what specific time it goes live yet. :[

I'm going to stop by Gamestop during lunch break or after work today to pick up my pre-ordered copy. Can't wait! Some reviewers complain about the odd control scheme, but the controls look kinda similar to Metroid: Prime Hunters on the DS. If that's the case, I'll be totally fine; I used to play M:PH multiplayer every night for nearly a year.

If you're talking about MLP:FiM, I know for sure it won't conflict. Korra airs on Saturdays at 11am EDT, whereas MLP airs at 1pm (though it has a week off on the 14th anyways). I wouldn't know about any other shows you might be watching around that timeslot, though. If you have a Netflix subscription, the entire series is available for instant streaming from there. Otherwise, you'll probably have to Google around for other sites to watch it on. One thing's for sure, I highly recommend watching the original series before Korra.
